The crew was overwhelmed and unorganized. After waiting on line for over 10 min, I placed and paid for an order@ 9:25 am for two Tall dark redeyes @ 9:40 I had to approached the manager because the cashier charged me but didn't process the order. Counters were dirty and they didn't have a selection of milk nor creams available. Coffee was rancid. I don't recommend this Starbucks, unfortunately, it ruins the brand. read more

Even ordering online 30 minutes prior to being there -- and my drinks are never ready. If they can't handle drive thru and walk in service, they should just pick one or the other. This Starbucks is awesome! The store is clean and has modern decor with an adorable lounge area tucked away in the corner. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love using the Starbucks App to get stars with the rewards program and that I can mobile order on days when I plan ahead. The drive thru is convenient and quick- even on busier days. I really appreciate all the partners have great customer service and genuine smiles. The locals seem to enjoy coming by to study or read the paper with their speciality lattes or fresh drip coffee. I see regulars here often so they must be doing something right to bring people back. ;) read more

This Starbucks has such terrible customer service. Placed a mobile order for 3 drinks and waited 20 minutes through the drive through line. We were told at the order screen that they are not at our mobile order yet and that we would more than likely have to wrap around the drive through once again if it wasn't ready by a certain time. We requested we just reorder and cancel the mobile order. She said we would then get charged twice so we proceeded to pull forward and wait in line. Pull up to the window at the exact time they said it would be ready and it still wasn't. We said we were fine with waiting after they told us it would be just one minute. One minute later the barista pops her head out and says they can't finish and we just have to pull around or cancel the order by calling ourselves. I just want to enjoy a $6 coffee while on vacation but can't now that Starbucks has ruined it. I've wasted my time waiting in the Starbucks line not once but twice. Will not return to this location. Rudest employees I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. The so called "coffee master", treated multiple customers like garbage. Not to mention I ordered 5 drinks and they made them one by one in random order so I had to get up multiple times to get my stuff or they keep screaming your name. This Starbucks has a mix of great employees and rude employees. Erin is awesome. She warmly welcomes me and is very approachable. I go to this Starbucks often and she remembers my order. Been to many Starbucks. Almost always order coffee fraps and caramel fraps. At this 123rd St Ocean City MD location they don't seem to know how to make this most basic of fraps. I didn't taste before I left. Hardly any flavor at all. If I had I would not have accepted them. Also, they only had one person making drinks and she was the only one working. While there was hardly anyone inside, the volume of mobile orders and drive through orders was heavy. A second person making drinks was sorely needed. So one star for the drinks, two stars on timeliness and 5 stars for the interaction with the staff. Hopefully this was just a glitch because it is a relatively new location and the only person making the drinks was swamped. Will try this location one more time. read more

I go to Starbucks frequently and this is by far the WORST Starbucks I've ever been to. I ordered my drinks and asked to use the "Bogo" Starbucks prompts about once a week for buy one get one free and the employee ignored the offer and wouldn't give me the discount when I showed him the offer. The barista's were very rude and not attentive to any of the customers who had questions. I waited 30 minutes for my drinks. As I was waiting multiple people's drinks were made wrong and when they asked for them to remake the drinks the employees would just ignore them and walk away. I do believe the employees were under staffed and were not trained completely. read more

I will never go to this Starbucks again it was supposed to be buy one get one free expresso drinks and Frappuccinos but I ordered 2 frappuccinos and the person taking my order wouldn't use my buy one get one free coupon. Tried to order my coffee on the app, app wasn't working, called the store and was told they don't take orders over the phone when the app is up and running. Told them the app wasn't working and that I tried, was told that "well it should be soon, try in like 30 minutes". If there were 0 stars I would give it 0. We waited over 5 minutes for the man to just take our order. We were the only car and there weren't people inside. Then after we paid we waited 15 minutes for him to make my frap. Instead of making my drink he got himself a nice glass of water. He then took out the trash and put a new bag in. There were 2 other workers there so he wasn't alone. After us sitting there for 13 minutes he realized he never made my drink. He made it real fast and gave it to us. It tasted like crap because he made it so fast. It tasted like straight milk. read more

Convenient. Clean. Rude staff. Understandably a Sunday down the shore, it's going to be busy. I mobile ordered at 830 am. I walked over and at 910 had to ask if my last drink was up next or of they even got the order for it. I had my 2 other drinks so just wasnt sure. Christine then went on to be rude and passively aggressively tell me how the mobile order app worked. I've been using it for a few years now, I know Christine. Just wanted to make sure it came through on the order. She was completley rude and then after my drink finally came one of the other rude employees yelled you're welcome. They had no issues with the 5 specialty modified drinks I ordered and even paused to ask me questions I had forgotten to ask! I went in the drive thru and completely forgot the name of the drink I wanted and the girl talking to me was so nice! She said "don't worry, we'll get through this." She began to ask me about the drink and was extremely patient. She was very funny and had a nice singing voice. Really nice on the inside too, it's kind of small so it fills up fast but at certain times it's empty. read more
