However, the limiting menu here made it hard when ordering a bagel sandwich. The order came out quickly and was correct. The avocado was fresh. Sadly, the bagel was barely toasted and while they have eggs and vegan eggs, they did not have egg whites. They also did not have regular bacon, so we had to order turkey bacon. They only get two stars because the everything bagel was decent and had a good amount of cream cheese. The latte was also terrible in regards to taste. As soon as he gets his hand on that bagel, right in the toaster. As you recall I ordered it untoasted, with a little assistance, he got it out in time no problem. Great bagels with many vegan options. Vegam grilled cheese bagel for the kids. All the bagel bread is labeled with a V to identify which are vegan. They have provolone, cheddar, and another cheese flavor for the vegan cheese. Vegan meats include Turkey, bacon, and ham. From the look and taste they use Lifelite bacon and toffuti brand Turkey. Verdict: Not a bad bagel but I wouldn't schlep across town for one. My cinnamon raisin bagel was about average. I wasn't complaining and it wasn't the quality you'd get out of a bakery in a major city. Pretty standard bagel flavor selection so you'll probably find what you're after. It's cool that they have outdoor seating, though that cool outdoor seating can be hot at certain times of the year. Had one of the worst customer service experiences EVER' Doreen, who answered the phone, was rude, dismissive and acted as if it was the customer's responsibility to conform to her order-taking procedures. THEN, I call Doreen back to let her know the problems and she basically says "SO WHAT!" And then hangs up on me. Never again! And the bagels weren't even that good (stale, bland).
