Update: I took Jeff's great advice my very supportive and awesome good friend on Yelp. Jeff told me yesterday to call this Door Dash Customer Support number and talk to someone who will give me the refund that I deserve for this missing Gouda Cheese from this Bacon, Gouda Cheese, and Egg Sandwich. Jeff my good friend from this Yelp Review Website is right! This Starbucks Coffee Shop should be held accountable for their false advertising on this Bacon, Gouda Cheese, and Fried Egg Sandwich. Especially I am charged the same price the $5.45 for this item. I did call yesterday to Door Dash a second time and I talked to Joanie their customer service representative. Joanie said for this Missing Gouda Cheese Item , she will give me a $6.25 Credit to my Door Dash Order. I can use this $6.25 Credit that will be applied to my next online Door Dash Order. Since Joanie said I am their loyal customer and I order from Door Dash on a frequent basis in order for me to write my Yelp Reviews since I am an Yelp Elite 2023 Reviewer. I still believe it's not fair to me that I am charged for this sandwich when it doesn't have all these ingredients advertised in their Bacon, Gouda Cheese and Egg Sandwich. It is FALSE ADVERTISING on the Starbucks website. I had to drop down my rating from (4 star review to a 3 star review), because I noticed after I received my Starbuck's Coffee online order from the Door Dash delivery service yesterday morning and I opened up this brown bag and then I unwrapped this one Bacon, Gouda Cheese and Egg Sandwich. My two other orders were the one Berry Trio Parfait. The price is $5.15. And my other order is the Iced Caffe Latte. I have chosen two add Ons like the Apple Drizzle and the Cinnamon Sprinkles for the topping and extra ice in my Iced Caffe Latte. The price is $5.35. I noticed when I opened up the clear package and flipped over the top bun. The top bun only showed there was one piece of bacon and one fried egg with no GOUDA CHEESE inside this sandwich. I was surprised that GOUDA CHEESE is missing from this sandwich. I have to pay for this sandwich. It is not fair to me their customer. I called from my Apple IPhone XR yesterday afternoon at my home and I talked to Randy he is the Starbuck's Supervisor. I explained to Randy that when I opened up the package to this Bacon, Egg, and Gouda Cheese Sandwich there was no GOUDA CHEESE that is located inside this sandwich. Randy told me that he is very sorry that issue has happened to me and Randy himself had that happen to him when he was eating his lunch at this Starbuck's Coffee Shop and he saw the same issue with the Bacon, Egg, and Gouda Cheese Sandwich. Randy also told me their barista's don't make and don't prepare any of their cold sandwiches at all. Their employees are only in charge of heating up these cold sandwiches that are located in front of their display cases where their cold juices and bottled water is also there as well. The subtotal was $18.40. This delivery fee was FREE. Since I spent a total of $12.00 plus dollars on this Starbuck's Coffee Shop order. The service fee was $3.00 but was reduced down to $1.50. The estimated tax was zero. The Dasher tip was $3.00 and the total cost was $22.90. I received my Door Dash order on time before 12 p.m. by this younger blonde hair guy who left my Starbuck's order at my front door. The only issue with my order was the missing GOUDA CHEESE in this sandwich. Everything else tasted delicious.

Stopped at this Starbucks since I was shopping a few doors down- out of convenience. I ordered three drinks- mango passionfruit refresher, a strawberry frap with soy milk, no whip, and a mocha frap with almond milk, no whip, mocha drizzle. Aside from our drinks taking forever, the mocha frap was incorrect. When I got the drink, I could clearly see whipped cream, I told the male barrista that we had ordered without whip, and he take the drink back. While I stand back and wait, I could see him scoop out the whipped cream with the lid. He puts a new lid, hands it back to me, I look at the drink and could still see a huge glob of whipped cream. I apologetically tell him that I didn't want to bother him again but there is still clearly whipped cream in the drink and that I asked for no whip because we can't have dairy. He rudely takes the drink back and tells me he'll have to remake it. Furthermore, shares that the item wasn't listed as no whip. The drink gets remade and no mocha drizzle at this point, I've been waiting a while and have no interest in waiting longer, so I leave. I'm really unhappy with the quality of service and drinks from this location. I've been vegan for over six years- I know how to order my drinks vegan friendly. If the drink was not rang up correctly by Starbucks staff that is not any fault of mine. I don't think I'll come back to this location and my desire to come to any Starbucks at all has decreased substantially. Experiences like this reinforce my likelihood of NOT returning. Not to mention the up-charge on non-dairy milk.

After riding our bicycles along the river trail it was time for my 400pm iced coffee break. I always order the venti iced coffee with three pumps of classic sugar and a splash of oat milk. The drink was perfect and flavored just the way I like it. They have patio tables and chairs available which was a perfect place to relax and enjoy our drinks.

This starbucks doesn't have a drive thru but the drinks are always on point and staff is Friendly. They have seating in doors.

Service is good, and ambiance is chill. At times, they do get busy with 5 people in line but they do great at getting the orders completed.

What a great way to start the day. Team members are so awesome!

I was visiting this branch and trying to figure out how to give back to my team at work. So I bought all of them a little thank you gift cards. The team members here work together as a team. They communicate very well with each other and their customer service is top notch. They go above and beyond in their duties and in times like these with the Covid-19 still looming, kindness and ingenuity goes a long way. Thank you all for making my day and my team loved what you did for them. God Bless and take care.

However, my friends from North County highly recommended this establishment and kindly invited me to join them. The outdoor seating is spacious and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The friendly service adds to the overall experience. Initially, I was contemplating getting a coffee, but my friend insisted on trying the matcha. And let me tell you, you won't regret it. As I mentioned earlier, I'm not usually a fan of matcha, and I often end up regretting it and discarding it. But this time, I was pleasantly surprised. I was thoroughly satisfied and regained my trust in matcha. My friend opted for pastries, and she thoroughly enjoyed them, even devouring them.

This place has such a loyal following that people will happily walk a few blocks just to get their Revo fix. One of my favorite things is their seasonal menu. I've learned to fully embrace each special while it's here because once it's gone, it's gone. Right now, I'm completely obsessed with the Coconut Mango Sticky Rice Matcha. I'm pretty sure the baristas recognize me as "the Sticky Rice Matcha lady" at this point! I'm soaking up every sip while it's in season, and although I'll be sad when it's gone, I know they'll surprise me with something amazing next season. Their food is just as impressive. The toast is delicious, they use Prager Brothers bread, organic avocado, and fresh tomatoes, and you can really taste the difference that quality ingredients make. It's refreshing to find a café that clearly cares about food integrity. Another huge bonus for me is that they offer almond milk. So many coffee shops default to oat milk, but I appreciate having another option that fits my preferences. The only downside is the parking. My strategy is simple: go early if you can. Once it gets busy, finding a spot can be an adventure. But even with that minor inconvenience, Revolution Roasters is absolutely worth the trip. Incredible coffee, thoughtful seasonal drinks, quality ingredients, and a team that clearly cares about what they serve. Easy five stars.

The first time we went, we ordered Cafe de la Olla and La Morena- both with oat milk and I asked them to double check the syrups did not contain dairy. I was told all was good so we enjoyed our lattes and our daughters shared a hibiscus refresher. On our second and third visit we ordered again, La Morena and one other latte. I asked again if the syrups contained any dairy and was told no. We ordered again with oat milk. On the second visit, my husband had stomach problems and I suspect dairy was somehow inadvertently used. On the third visit, I thought it may have been a fluke, my husband getting sick and so we ordered what we had the first time but this time I got sick. So, I'm not sure if there is dairy in the syrup or if they accidentally used cow milk in our lattes. Too bad too, because the flavors were tasty. We also appreciated the donuts from Doughside Donuts. I'm just not sure we will be ordered coffee from here anymore. The entry is really cute and you automatically see the variety of plants. They sell some jewelry and plant/Mexican pastry merchandise. Service was friendly but parking is not so great, especially when they are busy. Street parking only and it can be slim, especially on street sweep days. Cute shop but be weary if staying away from dairy.
