I absolutely love this specific Starbucks. We have always went here and never been told they didn't have what we wanted. I had a specific situation today that warranted me writing this. I was using the Starbucks app and actually went to the Starbucks off of the Jefferson exit. On the app it stated it was open until 10pm so I ordered. It was approximately 855 when I placed my order. I went to go get my drinks and bakery items and the door was locked. 2 workers were inside, but no one would come to the door. I even called the store and they went about their business as I watched them not answer the Phone. I called the college rd Starbucks and the gentleman that answered the phone was MORE than willing to assist me. He told me to come down to the store and he would take care of me. I got to the store and he hooked me up with my Order, no questions asked. I will not go to another Starbucks again. I wish I had the young mans name! Kudos to you! read more

I came in this morning for coffee and was very disappointed. I ordered a venti macchiato with an extra shot of espresso and saw the barista skimp on my expresso shots. They weren't anywhere close to the white line on the shot glasses. Then she placed the drink on the counter when she was done. Didn't call out a name or drink. After seeing it for a minute or two I went up and asked what the drink was. She said it in a very rude way like I was interrupting her even though she wasn't doing anything at this time. This is my favorite Starbucks! I love the drive thru! It's usually really busy but they staff always is extremely nice and always ask how your day is going! I work closer to the location on Oceanside blvd but they don't compare. read more

We don't go here often but when we do, they always make the drinks well. While my drink, Hibiscus Tea, comes out right everywhere, my husband having his iced coffee come out the way he want seems rare. This place actually makes his coffee correctly when we go so he will drive a little extra to go to this location. Normal costumer service. read more

Hit or miss at this location. I really like the drive through and usually get great service (which makes up for the line being so long most of the time). Went inside on one occasion and probably won't be back for a while after how rude she was not only to me but the person behind me too. Yes we know you're busy but remember you work in customer service! At least pretend to be nice! read more

Can never go wrong with Starbucks, I've always felt they kept their customer service and professionalism to the highest standards. I tend to come here quite often because it's close by to the Walmart. Every time I come in here they greeted me immediately at the register and I had never had any complications with my order. Order always came out quick and precise with a smile on their face. I do love my coffee and this is one of my more common locations I come to. Come in with a good vibe and just spread it around, it'll go a long way. Parking is no problem at all, its a plaza. Friendly a lot of the time. Weekend mornings are nice. Nice crowd of people. Other times they are not coordinated and even arguing and insulting each other. It seems the staff are not consistently trained or managed. Hint: If you are snipping and putting down your coworkers in front of guests, you are a problem employee. I think this place would be 5 stars with a little more planning and management. read more

I came to this starbucks with my hubby one afternoon. we were the first timer there since we are not familiar with the area. the first impression was the staffs were friendly. I ordered a venti macchiato and he order a grande coffee. we sat there while he's working on his tasks. before we leave I went up to the counter to ask for a cup of ice so I can make my macchiato to cold drink since it was no longer hot and nice. This tall dark handsome guy at the counter said to me " let me make you another one, because it won't taste good if you put ice in it" then he went and made me a cold macchiato. I can just say he made my day and I instantly post a great review on my Facebook. I also love the baby palm trees they have outside the window. it swing when the wind blows and the shade looks wonderful through the window. I don't know when I'll have a chance to go back there. but definitely a 5 stars for that store. read more

Really nice location right off the 76! I got a grande hot caramel macchiato and it was nicely made just how I liked it, which is great considering it was my first time at this certain location. I agree with other reviews that the parking is exceptional and customer service was pretty nice too. read more

Updates from a previous review..... I enjoy this location a lot more. The gals and guys that work here are exceptional and make my mornings great. I've seen some new faces and regular ones which means from my view the less exceptional ones are no longer present. Appreciate the amazing change and turn around especially at this location as it's always busy, they slay and handle everything coming their way. My coworkers and I love this spot now and always tell our guests to stop in on their way out or if we have a long wait. Keep it up gals and guys. You're rocking it. read more

not an everyday SB drinker but travel enough that I love the fact I have internet too. It was so hot the other day I stoped by to get a blended drink it was packed. The staff was smiling they realized how hot it was and they were working so hard being nice and doing their best, while I was waiting there was a few mistakes made with drinks instead of allowing it to create an issue with everyone the manager used the "ops" drinks by pouring them into small cups offering them to people waiting to taste she. Trully made "customer service" customer service and by doing so sold even more drinks expanded peoples orders and kept people calm and talking while waiting. I do think who ever put these pictures up needs to redo them the store deserves better photos... read more

So I go in and ask for a large coffee. The pleasant young woman behind the counter tells me, "We don't have large, we have Tall, Grande, and Vente." Mmm, I think to myself, "What's a Vente?" I never heard the word before. My next thought is, "OK, Grande must be pretty big, but then they also mentioned a Tall. I suppose a Tall might be bigger than a Grande, but maybe I'm wrong. Perhaps a Grande is bigger than a Tall". I just don't know. In any case I want the largest coffee I can get my hands on so I take a chance and order a Tall. Then I look at the cup they start to place my order in. It's small! I quickly stop them, "NO!! I want the largest size, give me the Grande". She answers saying, "No, if it's the largest size you want then you may want a Vente". "Huh", I think. Then I ask, "A Vente is larger than a Grande?" "Yes, of course" she answers. I then reply, "Then why is a medium called a Grande?" "Because that's what it is", I hear from behind the counter. I then ask, "If a small is not tall, then why do you call it a Tall at all"? She answers with a confused look on her face, "The Tall, IS small!" I then ask if there is anything smaller than a Tall, she says, "Not at all". It smells great in this place and I still want my cup-a-coffee. I say, "OK, I want the largest coffee you have and if I understand this correctly, a Grande, even though it is called a Grande, that I picture as big, is not as large as Vente, correct?" She answers, "Correct". I continue, "So if I want the largest coffee you sell all I have to do is say 'Vente'. Is that correct?" She answers, "Yes, That's correct". I then ask, "Well, why couldn't you just give me a Vente when I first asked for a large coffee?" "Because", she tells me as a matter of fact and in stern fashion, "We don't sell large coffee, we serve Tall, Grande and Vente." read more

Love this store! The employees are always so friendly to my husband and me. They go out of their way to ensure our drinks are perfect. Last week we ordered one of those boxes of coffee and they offered to carry to our car for us. The store is always clean and incredibly friendly outgoing staff. Clean, friendly, some inside seating in addition to a nice outdoor tables and chairs. It's a smaller location but always seems to be doing a good business. If the lines are too long here you can always walk just a few feet across the parking lot to another Starbucks location quietly tucked inside the Von's - where there's less ambiance but rarely a crowd. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks ever! I get a white chocolate mocha which is a staple at all Starbucks so why I could never get it made correctly baffled me. For the longest time I just quit getting starbucks. Then I moved near this one and I was pulling 6am shifts so I thought I would give them a try. I'm sad they don't have a drive thru but at the same time they get to know their customers because of that. Every single time I get my food and coffee, it's amazing. Not too bitter, not too sweet. They almost always have what I want in stock (they were out for a good while of the new breakfast sandwiches like the ham and swiss). It's not like it's only one employee that I can rely on for an amazing coffee either, it's every single one of them. The manager is always there walking around, helping employees, helping customers. It also helps they know my name and are super sweet. I've never had an issue here and while I usually don't complain unless it builds up and is really bad, I usually have some kind of issue everywhere I go. most people do. They usually just aren't big enough to matter much but I have never had a single issue at this Starbucks. read more
