I walk to this Starbucks every morning from my office and I have yet to have a problem here. The drinks are all made correctly new ones included and the location is perfect. I have actually come to this Starbucks after another Starbucks made my drink incorrectly and they fixed it for me free of charge which was so nice of them to do. I have used the Mobile order once and hand no problem, when I arrived my order was waiting for me at the pickup counter, I don't use it often only because by the time I get there it isn't overly crowded but I would use the Mobile app. If I was going in during a high traffic time. Really!! Really!! I spend over two hundred a week at Starbucks! And this surfer guy with glasses - talk mind you.. oh yes.. do you see a beach anywhere! No!! Told me this morning " it is Starbucks policy NOT to fill drinks to top" I got smart and don't ask for ICE! If I spend that much on drinks I want more than 2 sips!! I pass about 4 Starbucks on my way to work every morning, but I still make a point to stop here. It doesn't matter who makes my drink, I always know it will taste the same. They are so friendly here, and every time you walk through the door they greet you by name. They deserve an endless amount of stars for the quality of my drink always, but also for their impeccable service at this store. read more

Yesterday was happy hour: buy one get one free. Coupon said at participating locations. I ask the guy if the honored it and he answered, "well that's the name of our store, so ya" The next guy takes my order and then won't scan the coupon saying I have to pay using the Starbucks app. I don't pay with that so he wouldn't scan the coupon. I always get roughly the same thing here, a grande iced coffee made with cream and sugar free syrup of some type. They never overfill cup so that it makes a mess when you go to pick it up (I HATE THAT!) it's always right amount, and mixed up rather than a cloud of cream and syrup on the bottom (looking at you, Cabazon.) The baristas are always so friendly even when the customer has like 10 drinks all with multiple variations. I don't know how they keep track, I'd probably break down crying trying to make all those different things in such a short amount of time, with impatient people staring at me, haha. read more

It's a Starbucks so you know what to expect. At 7am on a Sunday morning, there was basically no one in here. Not to stereotype the age demographics of the Palm Springs area, but I thought this would be their busy time.....it wasn't. I was out for a bike ride and hadn't had my cup of coffee yet and rode upon this place. The staff was friendly enough and there was some limited outdoor seating for me to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Coffee was ok, for a medium blend. Being a dark roast drinker, I was a bit disappointed in the number of selections as it was limited and a normal dark roast wasn't available. The fixings table was not monitored or stocked regularly. The 1/2 & 1/2 cream container was empty and the table itself could've used a wipe. read more

I don't usually get sweets at Starbucks because I'm trying to be healthy and what not but I had to try their new whoopie pies! I purchased the raspberry flavor one with their signature pink drink! Great Combo by the way, for taste and for photos. The whoopie pie had chocolate cake on the outside and raspberry frosting for the inside.The cake was moist and soft and had a nice chocolatey flavor but not too rich. The raspberry frosting gave it that fruit flavor but I wish it was less sugary and more of a buttercream type of frosting. But it still tasted super yummy. The pink drink as usual is super refreshing and has dried strawberries in it which are amazing and super expensive to buy on their own at grocery stores so I eat every last one! The only thing I wish was different at Starbucks is their prices. It's 4.50$ for a small drink and half of it is ice. Their desserts are tasty but prices are so high for mostly being full of preservatives and fake ingredients. Don't get me wrong I like going here but I don't go nearly as much as I would like to, due to the prices. read more

I really love Starbucks and am willing to go out of my way in the mornings to grab a cup. However, this location is always so packed in the mornings and is never worth the wait. Nothing more frustrating than standing in line for 15 minutes to be told they are out of Pike or once up get your coffee to realize they are out if half and half and are too busy to refill it. I haven't figured out if it's poor staffing or if the location is just oddly busy. I avoid this location when I can help it. read more
