Definitely NOT the Starbucks to stop at. I went inside to avoid the long line outside. I was second in line. I ordered a peach tea drink iced. About 5 minutes or so later I am told they are out of peach so I ask for regular black tea and lemonade. Then I waited almost 20 more minutes for my drink. After 10 minutes had passed I had asked if they were working on my tea. The woman at the register checked and said they were. It still took another 10 minutes to finish making tea! Several people AFTER me were walking away with blended drinks! I asked one of the guys if he ordered through the app or online. He said he did not. He had 2 fraps!!! He said he was after me and that I should talk to someone. I did..she just said oh we are busy. Really lame excuse for the people after me who got their drinks. Super slow service and then on top of it all my order came out wrong. This is a great place to stop if you just need a quick restroom break and drip coffee. If however, you have a complicated drink or food order, prepare to wait for a long time on a weekend for a potentially incorrect order. Probably the worst Starbucks in Stanislaus County. Is it is by far busiest since it's the only one in Patterson and next to the freeway. I only order through the mobile app as the store is ALWAYS busy. There are times in the day they turn that option off, assuming due to how busy they are. 3 out of my last 5 orders have been incorrect. It's pretty easy, black tea...lemonade. That's it... no cane sugar, no syrups... just 2 ingredients, black tea...lemonade. 2 of those 3 mistakes I didn't get lemonade, just tea. So I had to go back in and wait for lemonade to be added to my cup. I'm not paying $4.25 for just tea. This time, which prompted my review, I pick up and rush back to the daily grind and my black tea lemonade is extremely sweet. I guess they didn't read the label stating No Liquid Cane Sugar I know there are larger life issues, but until we find the cure for cancer, ALS and MS, I will expect my order to be made correctly. Fingers crossed the new location opening soon in Patterson will have better luck. read more

Ordered an ICED green tea lemonade and received an iced lemonade. I let the barista know that the drink was wrong. She said "Ok," took the drink, and to save herself some time she just poured out some of the lemonade from the cup and added the green tea. She returned two seconds later with practically the same drink and NO ice in the cup. Besides being the slowest Starbucks in the world, the customer service is also awful. It's safe to say I will not return to this Starbucks in the future, and you should definitely think twice before stopping here. read more

This Starbucks is ok. Pretty standard for the large scale chain coffee place. The service was average too. I usually like the mocha or flavored coffee as the straight up coffee is a little bitter and strong. read more

This Starbucks is sorta hidden in a trucker's stop of a town. Was in desperate need of coffee on the way back to LA so we stopped at the first s'buck we saw (we had a gift card). Funny thing about driving through Central CA in the winter... it's always about 30 degrees colder and 1000x windier outside of your car than in. So we ran into the store to get out of the cold wind, and was greeted by a warm and welcoming Starbucks. The staff was friendly, and when I asked for a key to restroom they said "there is no key." What? No key? Awesome. Definitely one of the cleanest, friendliest, and warmest Starbucks I've been to. read more

I have been visiting this store for over a year now. I have to say that the drive though line does get long but the employees working here are on top of it and I have never waited more than 5-7 minutes to get my drink. I am leaving a review today because I feel the employees did an exceptional job this morning, November 9th. I was waiting in the drive through line and could tell there was a customer ahead who was causing the line to slow down. Although today was the longest I've ever waited for a drink, I'm not upset. It's not the employees fault that there was a difficult customer. When I got up to the window to pay, I was greeted by a young man who was cheerful and smiling. My drink and sandwich were ready to go and nice and warm. I just wanted to say thank you to the Starbucks staff for keeping a great attitude and having excellent customer service. read more

This Starbucks is busy!! There's eight employees serving the customers in the store as well as the drive-thru You can tell it's a local hangout for families and individuals a well as a pit stop for those traveling on the Interstate 5 freeway. The sidewalk leading up to the store was dirty and there was loose trash around. The bathroom was decent, but the floor was dirty. That actually made me realize that the store's floor was dirty too, which is not a good feeling at all. It seemed that the merchandise and everything else was tidy. The staff didn't seem too personable because they were busy churning out the number of drinks. I paid with my starbucks mobile app on my iPhone. The cashier didn't know how to manually enter the starbucks card number, which is fine. However, when she asked another barista what to do, he made the comment, "oh, how tedious" in regards to punching the numbers. I wasn't particularly pleased with that. My soy latte was made well. I discovered this place when I was driving to Los Angeles. It's right off the freeway. It's a little hidden so you'll have to look for it. They have great hours. I stopped by at 6 am and they were open. The people who work there were very nice and helpful. Coffee was good. The reason for the three stars is I think it's over priced. read more

We went to Starbucks because A. was tired so I had to use the bathroom & since I knew about a special I wanted to stop here. It's on I-5 just off the freeway. Used the bathroom - separate ones. Then I ordered a cafe latte tall for $2.55. Charge it. They had a deal that ended Sat. Get a drink then get a FREE Cake Pop. Well, the cake pop didn't look that interesting so they let me get a brownie, whoopie pie, or cupcake. I picked salted caramel square which is regular price $1.50. It's small & tasted fine. Yeah, this location really is just kinda in the middle of nowhere, solely for the purposes of LA to SF commuters who are really tired of the scent of road construction, cow manure, and truck exhaust. When it's 11pm because you've been sitting in construction gridlock, you're tired and sore and sick of being in your car... there's nothing more welcome than a coffee shop. The customer service is definitely a lot less friendly than what it used to be when I lived in Patterson. my drink was made incorrectly, and the reaction was as if I had made to drink incorrectly for them. I apologize for the inconvenience... Next time maybe do it right the first time? I don't know. Just a thought. I wasn't even rude when I politely asked them to fix it, as it wasn't irritated... I just couldn't drink it as it is. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This store conveniently closed for cleaning in the middle of a rush! Literally 3 cars in front of me got to order and then all of a sudden he stopped answering for me and 5 other cars behind me!!! Crazy busy and not very fast, at all, but Marley made it all better with her spectacular customer service. Made a quick stop here on my way back from the bay, or hoped it would be quick. I was fifth in line when I came in and as I finally made my way to the register, I looked back and there were 6 more people behind me and a cashier walking back and forth. Not super efficient, but I spent no longer than 15 minutes here. So, depending on how you look at it, that's either a positive or a negative. Inconsistent Starbucks. The line took FOREVER! Ordered sweet cream cold brew (with extra sweet cream) tasted like straight water with a hint of coffee and not sweet at all! I order this drink very frequently... most Starbucks make it the same with slight variations here and there. Do not recommend it here. WASTE of money. YEEESSSSSS!!!!! we originally stopped at the Santa Nella exit off the I-5.. horrible mistake, heading north this was one not too far after and I'm super happy to have found it. The customer service was on point, with more customers inside and in the drive thru than the other location. Our food was hot, fresh and delicious. Drinks perfectly made. The Santa Nella SB needs to find some way to send their staff to train at this location. Super impressed with the customer service and product quality. read more

Let's face it, when you're driving down the I-5 and all you've seen for the past 4 hours is an endless, boring road ahead and agriculture fields to either side, the sight of a Starbucks sign is like a mirage in the dessert or that bright light at the end of a tunnel...could this be real? Your mind is playing tricks on you but you soon discover - it is real! yes, it is real! There is really nothing around this area but a gas station and a few fast food restaurants and this Starbucks. So, if you're in need of a break or need to stretch the limbs...STOP! This Starbucks is clean and the employees were very friendly and accommodating. My household has made an effort to cut down on use of plastics...and this means no more purchasing of bottled waters and the like. I had my reusable coffee cup and filled it up and took my reusable water bottle and did the same. Usually when you're in remote areas, they'll look at you like you're crazy but they didn't do it at all. The gal even thanked me for being green. I'm really starting to dislike all Starbucks and I used to be an employee and an gold card holding customer. They just don't give a crap about service anymore. The barista that served me made my latte(nothing special, just a regular latte) realized it was cold(because he was to lazy to heat more milk in the first place) so he poured the whole thing back into a SOY milk container and reheated it. So what I got was a reheated latte with soy remnants in it. I would be even more pissed if I was lactose intolerant and my soy drink included remnants of my latte in it. It may be local coffee shops for me for now on. At least they smile when you walk in. read more
