This location is across the street from my work and I'm constantly here picking up coworkers (and my own) orders! But today the baristas were so sweet I couldn't decide between hot or cold drink so they suggested cold, but made me a tiny hot drink as well just in case I didn't like their recommendation and I really appreciated that because I ended up liking the hot one they made better than the cold! Thank you so much!

Can't stand the manager this is the only location that does this. She had a whole argument with me about filling the foam to the top, but again you're paying extra and this location never does. Had her remake it for me, but she had an attitude about it. They need better employees and managers

I always have such a great experience at this Starbucks! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, they remember regulars and make you feel right at home. My drink is always made just right or my food is always warm and never served cold, even when it's busy, the service is quick and efficient. The store is clean, cozy Definitely one of my Starbucks locations in the area.

Hadn't even taken a drink yet. This was the second attempt, worst part was the barista with a curly mustache was trying to convince me all Nitro cold brews would be half a cup of foam.

Al was amazing. He basically hooked me up with a good drink that he created. Honestly this Starbucks has been one of the ones that have stood out. I have been too many. The donations to charities is amazing (never knew this starbucks donated their leftover food to any charity).The customer service is exceptional. Everything about this place is friendly and honestly a vibe.

I dined in Starbucks off a Perris Blvd. at 9pm in between movie shows at Perris Regency. I enjoyed my Lemonade refresher and my sandwich. There was a lot of items out of stock and so I selected a Lemonade drink. I enjoyed the calm store. The other employees were welcoming to each guests in store. There was a lot of seating to relax, do Remote Work, and study at Starbucks coffee shop. Kehlani made sure my order was perfect.

Found this little Star Bucks in Nuevo, off the I-215, on our way from Nevada to California. It is a smaller Star Bucks with a few indoor and outdoor seating. They have two, unisex, single stall, restrooms. It wasn't busy at this time (6:30pm). It appeared they had the full Star Bucks Menu including the New Ice Tea flavors. I got the Iced Blueberry Black Tea which was nice and refreshing a"shock was also recommended by the cool female barista. Nothing special nor out of the ordinary here. But, if you need a quick caffeine boost or a restroom stop in between Nevada and California, this place will do you right! read more

This Starbucks is seriously the worst. If they're not screwing up your order, they're taking their precious time getting through the insanely long line of customers. And if they're not doing that, they're probably giving you attitude because you inquired about the mobile order you placed 15 minutes ago that still isn't ready. Corey was the best barista this place had ever seen. I haven't had a good experience here since he left. The customer service is terrible, and 2/3 times, they don't even have what I want. And they're unapologetic about it, too. "We don't have any, so..." Um, okay. I hate that this one is closest to home. But hey, you can always complain. read more

I just left and I have to say I'm truly impressed with the 2 ladies and 1 gentleman that was working around 10:30am. I have never seen a Starbucks so busy with orders but work so cohesively that the wait wasn't dreadful. I typically prefer this location as to the one by Popeyes. The quality in drinks is worth it. Good job guys! read more

This store has the rudest people working there. I went on 5/6 at 12:30pm and the staff member omg were short and rude with the customers. The guest in front of me was waiting to pay and he asked one employee can I play for this? And the employee answered with an attitude "yes you have to wait for the other person to come back". Then when it was my turn I asked I called to check on a product availability and I don't see it. Another employee not the one that was helping me answered "that's all we have, If you don't see it we don't have it!". I have never experienced such rude customer service at any Starbucks unexceptionable! Will never visit that store again. read more

Crystal Ball, what a blurred future you have. THANK YOU, Starbucks for making it only for a limited time. As per Starbucks, "the drink comes with one of three colors of sprinkles: If they're blue, it "foretells adventure." If they're green, it will "bring you luck". And if your Frapp is purple, "wonder and enchantment" are headed your way." My non-caffeinated, bubble bath tasting, Frappuccino was sprinkled with purple sugar. I gave it a five star because there food and drink helps me keep me up and having to enjoy my day. Today they help me giving me the drink when they know that I'm stressing out because of my gift card been declining, so they hook me up with a free drink. Stopped in for a quick cup of joe. Read the comments below, but was greeted and delivered awesome service. The gal behind the counter was on her first day, which was fun. Trying to figure out which lid was for my tall took two tries and a few chuckles from the lead who was I assume in charge of the shift. Good experience here for a quick stop. I'll make this my pit stop for future mid morning caffeine intake! read more

I went there with my niece and nephew and the lady was the rude to her she had gave my niece the wrong drink and gave my 7 year old niece attitude and threw the drink at her. Never going back to this starbucks again I advise anyone not to come to this one to. read more

Normally have good to great experiences at Starbucks. Dropped in for coffee at 11 AM. Didn't expect it to be busy. No drive thru. 4 workers all good at unwrapping cups and serving one customer with a big order. Oh yeah, out front this place is a pig sty. read more

I usually go to a different Starbucks closer to my house but decided to try this one out! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the atmosphere was great. It was super busy but everyone seemed to be working hard!! Nirvana took my order and offered me something I've never had before. It was delicious!! A gentleman by the name of Greg was making drinks and chatting with me. Before I left I asked who the person in charge was and they said her name was Sam. I asked to speak to her just to let her know what a great experience I had and she was just as sweet. Overall I will definitely be coming back and hope to have more amazing experiences!! I'm always taken back by their discrimination. The employees have their obvious favorite customers and fawn over them, where if you don't kiss the barista's ass or find yourself on their manager's bad side, you'll get your drink but the service is awful. You get no greetings, sour faces, and board line condescending attitude from freaking coffee servers! I've been to many Starbucks and the two in Perris have to worse customer service I've encountered. They suck! read more

This place gets automatic stars for just being a Starbucks in Perris. Unfortunately, that's all they get. The wait here is longer than so many other Starbucks cafes (I don't know how to pluralize Starbucks) I've been to. The service is OK, but nothing spectacular. Pretty much middle of the road - nothing stands out in either a negative or positive way. read more

Well I don't have the worst times here nor the best. One time me and my mom ordered two mango dragon fruit drinks. Then they called out our orders name, My mom looked up and saw 2 cups of water and ice. 20 minutes later, those two drinks were still there. I decided to go check if it was ours. And guess what, THOSE DRINKS WERE OURS!!! My mom decided to tasty it definitely tasted like a mango dragon fruit. Just with out the color. I know I know this sounds like but it taste the same. Yeah but I think we should have payed less. read more

I should have payed attention to the warning sign! I called the night before to reserve an early morning pick up - traveler size coffee for a meeting; after the lady put me on hold for five minutes and the call dropped I decided to call back. A guy took the order and said everything would be ready to go. I show up at 6:30am in the morning, no order was reserved. Apparently when you're a Star you make Bucks regardless of the orders reserve or not ;-) read more

Like almost all Starbucks, nice inside, clean friendly staff. Downsides: service is slow so if in a hurry dont expect to get out fast. Always crowded. Usually someone in the parking lot begging for money. My biggest complaint is Internet speed is ALWAYS slow here read more

Nice staff but slow service & incompetent baristas. I came in around noon on a weekday, it wasn't very busy. There were 2-3 people ahead of me waiting for their drink. I ordered a regular, upside-down iced caramel macchiato. It took way too long to make & there was too much caramel. The good thing about this place is that it is big compared to some other Starbucks. read more

My husband and I stopped in to grab a coffee as we were waiting for a store to open. As we walked in Pete welcomed us and asked if he could take our picture and put it with the rest of the 'family's pictures. We agreed. I came in 2 days later and there was Pete smiling and welcoming saying HI Dona welcome back! In this super busy world it is very nice for someone to take the time to start your day with a smile. I am not from perris and do not know the area. I looked up Starbucks on google and this was the closest one open till 11pm. It was 10 pm when I showed up. But it looked like they were closing. All the chairs were put up but two which were occupied and there was a wet mop out. I ordered and it was really fast. The drink was amazing!! I would come back here. The staff was super friendly. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because it shouldn't looked closed when you should be open a hour longer. It drives customers away. I know the staff wants to get out of there cause it's a Saturday night but it's their job.... read more

I couldn't believe what I heard. Wait.. it gets better. I then explain that I preferred a full refund for the meals, her response was (wait for it..) ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Hilarious and so disappointing. This young generation never ceases to amaze me. One word, CLUELESS!!!

I mean it's enough room for everyone to have their own space-I nearly wanna compare it to Panera tho it's not that big. My pastries were good. Strawberry chai wasn't really my thing but it's great to know that they use a plant-based protein powder. Only thing I could want is more electrical outlets because I can certainly see myself coming back to do some writing here.

Luna's Sunday Cafe is such a hidden little spot inside the mall that I always walk by, so I finally…read morethought, why not try it? The café itself is cute and nicely decorated. It's a bit small inside, but they also have seating outside, which is nice if you want more space to sit and hang out. When I looked at the menu, I did notice the prices were a bit high. The small matcha was already around $8, so my friend and I decided to get a large Lagoon Matcha for $9 to share, which felt like the better deal. The drink itself wasn't bad, but I was honestly expecting a lot more matcha flavor. It mostly tasted like coconut water, which was refreshing, but there just wasn't enough matcha or cream to really balance it out. The matcha cream top itself was actually pretty good from what I could taste, but I wish there was way more of it. Instead of that richer, deeper matcha flavor you'd expect, it tasted more like a sweet cream with just a hint of matcha. I feel like if the ratio leaned more toward the matcha cream, it would've made the drink way better. The menu also mentioned that the Lagoon Matcha comes with coconut bits, which I was actually looking forward to, but unfortunately I didn't get any in mine. I actually had to go back inside and ask for more matcha cream because I could barely taste any matcha at all, and they were really kind about it and gave me extra, which I appreciated. Overall, the drink felt a bit underwhelming and disappointing, especially for the price. I really liked the concept and wanted to enjoy it more, but I just wish the matcha flavor stood out a lot stronger.

They have Thrifty ice cream here which is amazing. They have crepes, ice cream, reaps dos and so much more. It's very clean in here which is always a plus. We enjoyed a mega crepe and birthday cake ice cream in a waffle cone. Everything was delicious. I will say that the girl said that Nutella comes in the crepe but as you can see there was no Nutella so not sure why she said it has it. I also wish the crepe was a little bit crispier. I felt like it was raw or something. Other than that everything was delicious. Definitely will be back.

This Starbucks has the rudest/racist employee! My mom went to order her drink she doesn't know how to speak English so she showed the cashier a pic of the drink and she said she couldn't place her order like that she wanted to my mom to read it to her and she wasn't able to do it. She then proceeded to kick my mom out telling her she couldn't be in there because she offended her. My parents have been going to this Starbucks everyday for months and had never encountered this individual! She was acting like she didn't understand Spanish but spoke Spanish perfectly fine when she told my mom to leave. People like HER shouldn't be allowed to work here! read more

Starbucks Starbucks Starbucks!! This location is very clean and the service is fast. I have been to so many locations in so many places and they all vary in service, cleanliness, and friendliness. This location is close to me and offers everything that I need and want. In addition, I have many friends from nearby that work at this location and they know my usual drink as I approach the counter. Huge fan of Starbucks and I consistently give them my money when I need my daily fix. Good stuff. read more

Driving through Perris to visit friends when we stopped off for a cup of coffee at this Starbucks which is situated in a little strip mall near the highway. It is a unassuming Starbucks but I found the staff to be very nice and friendly and it appears that locals frequent this Starbucks. One customer was short 10 cents for his cup of coffee and before I could kick in a dime for him, the barista just told him, just pay me next time. This would not happen in the big city Starbucks! read more

I have caramel crunch I didnt taste crunch The caramel was stuck up all the way on the bottom and sticky But service is fast Friendly And when i was there Employees seems to have fun And play too much and making noises A bit too loud and doesnt look professional But for me its fine for them to have fun at work But they gotta keep it down because they are working there The room is clean With a music on read more
