I typically do not like to post reviews with anything lower than three stars but today was outrageous. I went in at approximately 6:50 am, ordered two drinks and one muffin. I got my drinks in a timely manner and politely told the employee that I was missing my muffin. She said it was coming up. Fifteen minutes later and no muffin. I went to the register and asked t he cashier if she could check on my muffin, she said that the employee handling food is swamped but it will be right out. Thirty minutes later I asked a different employee and she said would check. Comes back and says that my ticket never printed! So.. the two other times I asked no one checked?? I am so put off by this... It sucks because this is the only Starbucks near my job .. very frustrating! read more

Today this Starbucks really disappointed me . I got in and ask for a keto friendly drink which was pretty simple grande cold brew with a splash of heavy cream . I don't know what a splash means to someone else but this was basically a cup of heavy cream with a splash of coffee ... I was so frustrated because not one did the person who took my order repeat it to me the person who made my drink also looked at the cup and I seen her read it..I was so annoyed I threw away the drink and walked out .. didn't ask for them to fix it or my money back because it's more than that ... so Starbucks please train your employees a little better and start getting rid of the ones that don't know how to follow a simple drink. Worst Starbucks I ever been to. Placed a mobile order l. Ready about 10 mins after it should of been. Asked nicely at counter if it was ready barista with no customer service what so ever just replies that they have a lot of drinks and it will be ready when it's ready. Also over hear another customer asking for his drink and she says it's not ready. Another barista finds it at the counter and she says, " it was ready a while ago we called it's on you that it's been sitting there." Seriously, no customer service at all. This place is always slow. I dread going to this location but it's right by my house. If they would only get a clue when the line is long, to all jump in and open up the second register instead of talking to fellow coworkers or paperwork. It only takes a few moments to help the line move along. It also would be great if there was creamer ready for you to put in your coffee after waiting in line, instead of having to go back and ask for a creamer refill. How hard can this job be? read more

I stopped at this Starbucks because, I had to get gas on my way to Riverside. I ordered a Grande Caramel Macchiato No Foam, Extra Caramel, and Whip Cream. After of going back because they got my order wrong I just gave up. There is a reason why I pay extra for my drink and I just wasted time and money. oh well 4.75 is just chump change, but it would be nice if I can have the drink I paid for. The staff was not very friendly; the woman cashier heard our order incorrectly and the gentleman who made the drink, threw it away in front of us saying, "well I guess that's where that'll go" rather than giving it away as other Starbucks do. I went in earlier with my two sisters and the big girl I think is the cashier because after she ringed us she rang other customers was soo unprofessional and plays dumb!! I did two separate orders under my name (monique) and I ordered a vanilla bean , strawberry lemonade Acari and a mocha frappe and me and my sisters got all our drinks except for the mocha frappe, and I did another order of the mango dragon fruit and we got that one but still waiting on the mocha frappe. We were waiting for at least 15 mins and I finally go up to the cashier I wish I got her name but I couldn't get it, and asked her how long is the mocha frappe gonna take ? And she says oh is that what you were waiting for , oh someone else probably took it I'll make you another one , ok first of all just by saying that that makes me think that has happened before where customers take other customers orders and you guys as workers should be the security of that and pay attention, shows how much you guys work there , I think it's time for different more devoted workers that want to be there and pay more attention to their customers on a timely base, VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Normally I have no issues at this location but my last experience with this Starbucks just rubbed me the wrong way. Last night I ordered two drinks a caramel frap and the pink drink, the first drink came out and then 20 mins pass and then 30. I'm watching customers that had come in after me getting their drinks left and right so finally I ask what's taking so long. The barista then began to question me "well you got your drink it's in you hand" well duh I ordered two and I only had the frap in my hand. I explained to her that I ordered two drinks. Then all loudly the barista tells the girl at the counter to check my transaction to see if I was scamming them. It confirmed I ordered two drinks. The barista then gets all huffy saying how she swore she made me my second drink. (Mind you they checked for a second cup with my name on it and it wasn't there because the girl at the counter didn't bother to write my name on my second order) so she makes my drink and hands it to me and tells me how some customers get confused and don't read names and someone must of grabbed my drink. My name was only called once and it was only called for the caramel frap... this barista just wouldn't admit she made a mistake and just kept pointing the blame at someone else. And to have them openly check my transaction to try and prove me wrong about ordering two drinks just really rubbed me the wrong way. I won't be coming to this location anymore. Just came inn for a quick Frap and the cashier was great! When they called my name and I went up to get my coffee the girl said "that ones not yours" I had no idea! It was the same drink i had ordered. Meanwhile my sister was already drinking her Frap. She than called me again so went up and she said can you give us the drink back?! I never have been treated this way before! Mind you it's the SAME drink I ordered and once again had no idea why she was so upset almost as if she thought I had taken it purposely. Favorite Starbucks location ever, by far. First of all, there's no drive-thru, which I LOVE because the baristas actually care and are not only focused on their drive-thru like many starbucks locations that I have been to. I've been in Perris for about 6 months now and I had a specific location that I would go to daily back in my old city, therefore I have a very specific drink that this location makes correct every single time ! I tried the other location that just opened up and also the Starbucks in lake elsinore and both got it wrong. This location is also close to the freeway I take to go to school so it's so easy to make a quick stop. The only part that sucks is that it might be hard to find parking sometimes but it's totally worth it parking further down the lot. BEST Starbucks I've ever been to. read more
