This place gets crazy packed in the morning, but I went in the evening. There's always incredible people watching at this location- Always! I've never failed to have free entertainment while catching up with a friend here. Bekah is an awesome barista. She knows all the products very well and is great at articulating even the smallest of details. I love their clover processed coffee. Not every store has these machines and the prices for the coffee are higher, however, the quality is higher as well. I tried the Kona and it did not disappoint. read more

I do not think they know how to make a Frappuccino. Yes, the drink is cold. Yes, the taste is there. However, it's suppose to be frozen and icy. All I get is a cold liquid drink. It's limp. I have gone there three times with the same results. I go to any other Starbucks, and the drink is frozen and nice. So either I am wrong or the other 5 Starbucks got me spoiled to the wrong way. read more

The one glaring thing that stands out about this Starbucks versus most of the other ones is the size! The interior of this cafe is very large! Tables line the wall to your left as you walk in. There's a row of bar stool tables in the middle of the floor. Then there are other tables and booths tucked away in the corners. In most Starbucks that I go to, there are a few small tables, some puffy chairs, and after that you're out of luck. This particular morning, I had all types of troubles ordering a coffee and breakfast sandwich. I will tell you exactly what happened: the woman in front of me ordered and stepped aside, the guy behind the counter then asked me what I wanted. I ordered a grande Americano and the egg and cheese sandwich. He told me that they were out of those sandwiches, so I asked for the savory spinach squares. He wasn't sure about those either, so he checked. He said they don't have any spinach squares. I then said, "I'll just take the coffee then." He then asked me "do you not want the egg and cheese sandwich?" Uh...I was totally confused at that point and told him that I thought they were out. "Oh no, we have them", he said. At that point, I just wanted to get my stuff. I noticed the price on the register, and it was extremely high. He thought that I was with the woman who ordered in front of me (for some reason) and added both of our meals together. In the end...everything was straightened out and turned out well. Everyone has bad days...I just thought the incident was strange. I really like this Starbucks. It's in a nice location, and it seems if you go in the morning..the parking situation and the size of the store gives you a great chance to get in, have a seat, and get out without too much of a hassle. I'm not so sure about it later on in the day when all of the other stores situated around it open up. read more

Not a big fan of this location. A number of times they have not gotten my order right. On my most recent visit there when my drink was finished, the barista forgot to mention a part of it so I questioned her and rather than normally saying yes or no to my question, she rudely picked my drink up and shook it with out saying a word to me. This is by far my favorite Starbucks. The barristas are wonderful, their customer service, at least all the customer service that I have encountered has been terrific. My morning Venti White Mocha is sometimes the best part of my day and everyone here really makes me want to return again and again. And already having ATT, the wifi is free :) read more

Waaaaaaay insufficient parking and seating and for that matter standing room for a SB in this location. The staff was definitely hustling and trying to move the line quickly but there just isn't enough space. I'll make a point of hitting the drive through up the road by Stonebriar mall instead of risking this one again. read more

This is by far one of, if not the best Starbucks in DFW. Sandy and Robin are consistent fixtures here who always have a wonderful smile and a happy greeting in the morning. They will know your name within a few visits or do their best to. I've definitely made it a point to being friends and family here. Definitely a solid place to network as well. read more

One of my very favorite Starbucks in this area. The shops at legacy is a pretty hectic place so this location is always crazy. The baristas are very nice and extremely efficient. Long time Starbucks user but was not happy how I was treated this morning at this store. Stood in line next to be served. Looked at my phone to open my app ready to pay. Server at cash register ignored me and started talking to person behind me, who it turns out she knew. Put his drink through first. Gentleman behind me suggested she serve me first but the reply cam back as 'he was on the phone so I skipped him'. Well I was not 'on the phone' but getting prepared to be efficient at the register given the long line in front of me and behind me. When I kindly communicated this I was simply ignored. I was totally unhappy with her attitude. If she had said I am sorry but I thought you were on the phone I would not have given anything a second thought. Sandy is not nice at all & is SO SLOW. She has no respect for anyone's time at all - no sense of urgency! However, everyone else is super nice and always remembers me and has a smile on their face. I appreciate the good energy so early in the morning! It's not easy to be that perky all the time but makes a huge difference in starting the day off right. Worst Starbucks experience I've had so far... Placed a mobile pick up order at 8:40AM, came to pick it up at 8:50, that's my standard way of picking up my coffee at any other Starbucks location. Well it wasn't ready, so I stand and wait and wait, they are super busy and everyone was getting their orderes ready and if people who came there after me and ordered it in line after me. Needless to say I start asking where is my order and the barista said that it should be next. Well I wait and wait some more, it's 9:15AM by then and I ask for my iced coffee again... After that they finally told me that they are out of coconut milk and that they can't make my coffee... Really? It took you 35 mins and me 3 times asking to figure out that you don't have coconut milk... Well, finally they managed to make my coffee with soy milk and offered a card with "next drink on us" This is ridiculous and who ever manages this store, needs to get things under control... I should not have to ask 3 times and wait 30 ins for a cup of iced coffee... Simple as that! read more

Lots of people reviews of Starbucks say that a Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks which I tend to agree with. I do think some of the location, feel and staff matters but probably not a huge amount. To the exent that it does matter, i would say this Starbucks is better than others and is comfortable to hang out in or meet a friend for a cup of coffee. read more

I stopped at the Starbucks this morning and both of their esspresso machines were broken which is totally understandable. The problem was that they took my money without mentioning it and then after waiting 20 minutes for my coffee is when they were telling people that they couldn't have espresso. The wait and not being able to have what I actually ordered should have been explained up front. I had to ask for a weekend so now I am late to work with no coffee. I could have stopped elsewhere if they had told me up front. Poorly managed. read more

This location is extremely busy. There's a lot of traffic in and out of this store. Parking can be hard unless you get lucky and someone's on their way out at the same time you're going in. The workers are friendly and drinks are good here. The lighting is kind of dark and there's always a business meeting going on it's not that great of a place to study. Overall, not bad. read more

Please teach your cashier to say thank you. Instead I thanked her and was met with silence. She needed to grab her iced coffee and take a swig more than be polite. Also? Squatters? Really? This location has 1/3 of all tables consumed by people's free wifi needs. I just wanted to stop the world as a PAYING customer. I don't hoard tables and wanted just 5 minutes to relax. Very nice location and great roomy store. Was able to get one of the collectors city mugs but no tumblers. Had a nice variety of deli's and bakeries at this location. Was extremely busy and had a one or two drinks made ahead of mine that was place after mine. Workers are friendly as well. Since there is alot of business around the area I see why it is packed but does not get to clustered. read more

The people are what make this Starbucks supreme. I have always enjoyed coming here (and when I worked in the area would drive past 3 closer locations because if my strong preference). A prime example of the fantastic people is Lawrence. I came in for the first time in 8-9 months and he welcomed me by name! Today I experienced something in Starbucks, that literally almost made me say "F" it.... Racism is ridiculously on an all-time high... Buying gift cards for my co-workers, standing in line (Myself at one register, and someone of a different race at the register next to me. When I placed my wallet on the counter to take out my card, the cashier of a different race "GRAB THE TIP JAR" in front of me and gave me a snare like I was going to take it. She then proceeded to dump the tips in the jar in the canister by her. It was evident what she was doing, cause the patron next to "Of the other race" eye became really big and she looked at me. The service was bad, my friend and I both ordered Iced Tea with no ice in the cup. When we ordered the lady kept asking us why we didn't want ice. We told her that it was because then the cup was mostly all ice and not much tea. She then kept going on about how we could just have light ice, or buy a bigger size but we told her that we were fine with no ice. After we paid she kept bothering us about the fact we didn't want ice, she just kept asking us why we wouldn't want ice and told us it would be room temperature, we said that it was okay with us but then she kept going on about how it was ridiculous that we didn't want ice. Seriously, if we order something just accept the fact that that's what we ordered and just make the drink! Don't lecture us about it and complain to us about what we ordered. When we got our drinks one wasn't even full, and the other one took forever to make and had ice after we very specifically requested no ice and got argued with. read more
