2020.01-28/0839 on Register 2. What an AMAZING experience!! Since I never frequent Starbucks, I knew what I wanted but I didn't know what it's called. I went after a San Bernardino Sheriff named Mike and he knew what he wanted. How embarrassing! So the reason I'm writing this is because the lady that helped me was the absolute best (she's the only one with natural blonde long hair)! I didn't know what to order because I'm not familiar with Starbucks. I'm a tea drinker. I told her what I wanted and she was so sweet to help me!!! I told her I just wanted coffee with cream. She then asked if It liked a lot of cream and I exclaimed, yes!!! She then recommended the Misto and also offered any flavors and even sugar-free flavors since I mentioned that I didn't want any sugar. How knowledgeable. It's like having the best bartender or chef ever! She explained that the Misto is half coffee and half cream. Perfection!! I wish I knew her name!! I checked the receipt and didn't see it so this is why I time stamped this review in hopes that she or her supervisor would see this! SHE MADE MY EXPERIENCE and my day with her smile and wonderful demeanor!!! She's perfect. It's rare to find someone who is so personable at this time in the morning!!! I wanted to let her know that my Misto is fantastic! Please commend her and I hope she is someone in management because businesses need more people like her!! I came through with the most complex order in life -- Iced quad espresso 3 pumps of SUGAR FREE vanilla 3 pumps of SUGAR FREE cinnamon dolche 2 splendas Salted foam Light almond milk -- The young guy who helped me was all alone in the morning which made it hard for her but she did well by taking her time getting the order correct. The Starbucks across the street is remodeling but the Vons Starbucks appears not to have even prepared for this. The first day we went there, there was one employee and a nice long line. The next day we went there, the Starbucks female employee was talking to a Vons male employee. We walked up to order and she told us she was still setting up and couldn't take our order because she was called in to cover for a no show. The next day we went there, we were excited to see a man in the booth and no line. Our excitement quickly diminished when he said the Starbucks girl was on break. He was just there to fix a machine. We've decided to just go to Coffee Bean for our coffee. read more

I went in today to get a London fog latte on 03/21/23 at 11:05 am and the lady at the register wasn't hesitant to be rude and make a face as I was giving her the modifications to my order . Totally redeemed themselves after my last HORRIBLE experience here. Last time I came, it seemed the store was left to run by catty high schoolers. The girl at the register ignored me to talk to her friend about what their doing after school the next day, and the young girl who did help me, acted as if I was inconveniencing her to take my order, Just Rude! Thinking I would never return, my niece wanted to have a hot coco date before school. We went in and the line was redic! I really wanted to leave, but my niece insisted that we stayed. We made it down the line in less than 5mins. The girls at the register we super friendly and handled the rush impeccably. Then we received our food and drinks in less than 5mins as well. Went into the Von's location... I've gone here on several occasions... I ordered two drinks and a blueberry muffin... Now I've been drinking and eating Starbucks since I was about 18 and I'm 28 now and NEVER have I requested something and been told NO... if this is the NORM then ALL Starbucks locations should follow the same protocol, no? I requested a certain muffin and was told "Oh I can't. I have to pull from the 1st one that's available." Now this is news to me... is this accurate and EVERY other Starbucks I've been to is wrong? Maddy and Anna are the absolute worst. They blatantly make fun of customers right in front of their faces as well as make jokes about customers to OTHER customers. This location can be convenient since the one across the street is usually very busy, but I honestly would prefer being inconvenienced to go across the street because the service inside this vons location is not the best. If you're lucky you will get one of the few nice girls that work here but most of the time I feel like the employees at this Starbucks do not really care about the customers. read more

I don't know for sure the name I believe it was Ana and apparently this is not her first bad review. She messed up my drink and I didn't even say anything to her I let it go but then she started to be rude to my sister because she needed to transfer money to her account in order to complete the purchase. She raised her voice saying "you owe money" as if we already didn't know. Afterwards she messed up my sisters order and was rude to her again. My brother noticed her laughing and talking with her co worker when he came over too and we got the rest of our drinks then left. I am in retail so i know how customers can be rude and feel entitled especially since covid but we were very polite and she decided to be rude. read more

The barista Anna was rude for no reason, i had gone in with my friends and my friends card was acting up and didn't have cell service and in return the baristas were rude , forgot a drink , as well as messed up the orders , i would understand but orders but were very clear with our orders we spoke clearly and even had the ordered repeated back to us .I have never been to a Starbucks with such rude employees , very disappointed. read more

So much to love here. Great attitudes, convenient location next to the freeway. Friendly customer service. Baristas do a great job with my drink every time. The only thing which could b a half-star deduction if I could do it, is that it's always busy, and the small store size doesn't help abate that feeling. I frequent Starbucks quite often but this is one location that I try to avoid. The staff at this location are extremely rude. They are not the normal friendly people that Starbucks is known for hiring. If you like being greeted with rolling eyes and an attitude that you are inconveniencing the staff by ordering coffee, than you will like the immature brats that work at this location. If you want friendly service, the Starbucks inside the Von's across the street is much better. They may be a little slower, but at least you don't get attitude with your coffee. read more

A little on the slow side during a morning rush, even if it was the weekend, these guys still embody the positives we've come to associate with Starbucks. We were greeted warmly as our orders were taken, smiles abounding. Our drinks and breakfast took about two or three minutes to come out, which was fine because we were ahead of schedule. This location is all right, but not my preferred location. On more than one occasion they have run out of venti iced beverage cups and whipped cream, and I had to return a beverage once because the shots were burnt...I watched the barista leave shots for other people's drinks laying around for way too long. No greeting, long line, coffee was ok - Chelsea working the register was not the most friendly or customer orientated person. I watched her making crazy faces at the guy 2 people ahead of me & didn't think too much about it. When I got to the front of the line to order I asked about a drink I had over heard someone order at another location & she made the same crazy big eyed I must be an idiot faces at me as she did the guy a few ahead of me. At that point I said forget it & just ordered my regular beverage- When I was finished paying I asked for her name- she was shell shocked to say the least. As I waited for my drink she kept looking over my way & talking to another female worker that was near her, who also began to stare. If you aren't going to be polite when you work in a CUSTOMER FRIENDLY environment than expect to have someone call you out on it. Bottom line I don't pay almost $5 a day for a coffee to have someone be rude- my suggestion would be to hold out another exit & visit the Starbucks located by the Colonies. read more

This place always had my mobile order ready when I arrive. The one time they didn't have it ready, the young blonde woman who was working at 6:17am on 4/10(I didn't get her name) made sure I was taken care of and even provided a free item for my next visit since they took so long. Located in Vons...convenient for when I'm shopping...usually only 1 barista working so there is often a wait for your drink...sometimes the barista is not behind the counter which causes you to be delayed...drinks are made correctly, though. read more

This is the closest store to my house. However, every time I go here I regret it. Slow is an understatement. There is usually one person working and 3 standing around or doing busy work. I get that things need to be cleaned and prep work has to be done, but this is audacious. Hey look, the barista had 8 drinks to make. I'm going to walk off and fill the straws that were 75% full. This is not $5 a drink service. I've walked out several times. I seriously don't know why I go here other than it's down the street. read more

Would give it 5 stars, but this one very unprofessional, rude employee was our first encounter as we walked in. We got here after my girls softball game, right before closing which I was unaware, she didn't even acknowledge us, she walked past us serve real times and still nothing like we were invisible, she kept complaining out loud, Than the barista girl who was swamped making drinks said she will help us and apologized. Than finally that rude girl came to the counter and looked at us, awkward silence as we all looked her, she still complained alil more, then told me she can't take our order! I was shocked! But luckily the best manager I have dealt with came out from the back took our order apologized for her and even up sized their drinks, also gave us extra smoothie. I will add her name when I return. the poorest service ever here! not my first visit, but definitely my LAST! super slow barista, counter person (Rusty) forgot to put in my order...so 3 customers later i ask if he forgot it, and no apology even offered! what gets me is the person ordering in front of me got "mis-charged" for a larger size than he ordered; so Rusty ends up giving him a voucher for the next visit...me? offers me NADA, not even a "...sorry about that..." *sigh i pass here all the time too! read more
