This Starbucks location is beyond amazing! I visited this location for the first time on Thursday, 12/07/23, in the afternoon. I ordered a Venti water and sat down inside the store to complete tasks on my laptop. I had the pleasure of talking to Judy. She informed me she was the supervisor of the store. I adored her welcoming spirit and wonderful personality. We talked for a good 15 minutes nonstop. My visit was memorable because of our interaction and conversation. I liked how this location offered coloring pages, which were held on the wall after completion. The holiday decorations were a nice touch throughout the store as well. The overall ambiance was great. I will return to this location more often moving forward. read more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations in Sacramento. The service is great, and the staff members here are very kind. Out of all of the Starbucks locations I've been to in Sacramento, this store by far has the fastest service. That is also over several purchases, they have been incredibly quick with their service every time. Most of the time I've purchased food or drink from this Starbucks, it has been on the go. However the one time I sat in the cafe for an hour to work on schoolwork, it was also a great, quiet space to focus on my school work. Overall, a really great Starbucks to visit. I placed an order for mobile pickup. My pickup time was 4:34pm. I walked in at 4:32pm. There was already 4 guests in line. There is a nice signage for mobile order pickup with tape line for each order. Which I liked a lot. This store def meet covid safety guideline. 6ft sticker for guest and all staff are wearing mask. Even though I'm in the store for less than 3 minutes, the staff have great team work and worked efficiently to get the orders out in a timely manner. Young gentleman with a cool mask have great customer service and offer me a straw for my drinks. I saw other mobile orders and the frappe are made pretty! This morning before making a Home Depot run I realized I was out of coffee. So I ran into this Starbucks to grab coffee beans and have them grinded. I was greeted with the most genuine greeting I've received ever from a business. What a great start to the morning! Even though the baristas were obviously busy they were super helpful and friendly. Java Chip Frapps.. I tried it for the first time the other day and I hated it. It has the consistency of something that had a pile of dirt mixed into it. This place was busy with people hanging out and there was a table set up outside the entrance with guy selling shit and was annoyingly rude about it. I wish I caught her name over the phone, but the lady that helped fix my wrong uber eats order was absolutely amazing! My mom had a special order due to her being diabetic so I was pretty upset when the uber eats driver delivered the wrong order. The girl (Janice maybe?) was so apologetic and redid their order and offered my dad a $10 gift card for their next visit! Paid, got the receipt and then took our yogurt and she want to ask if we want to buy the yogurt too, looked at us like we were trying to steal it!! We put in our drink orders and said the yogurt, it's not our fault she didn't get the yogurt and tried to play it like we tried to steal it when we set it on the counter!! So rude!! This is my favorite Starbucks in the neighborhood. I used to come here a lot to study for my finals when I was still in college. This Starbucks has friendly staffs, it's spacious, clean, bright, and most of all QUIET! I used to drive around lots to look for a good coffee shop to study (hey research said caffeine actually help you remember what you read LOL!!) I found that this is THE LEAST crowded Starbucks in the neighborhood. I would pack my study materials and come here, get a iced caramel macchiato and study here for hours. This location provides a very peaceful spot for you to chat with friends, study, read a book, or just have your peaceful alone time with your favorite cup of joe :) read more

This Starbucks is usually very good. Lately I feel that whoever has been making the drinks are either new or don't know what they're doing. For the past 3 months they have been constantly Getting my orders wrong. My mother also has been having to bring her drinks back or they've been giving us the wrong drinks. I usually do mobile order and since it's covid I don't open or try my drinks until I get home. I usually order 5 drinks and it's not all for me. By the time I get home, I realize my drinks are either wrong or missing something. I called today at 12:50pm and they told me to bring it back into Starbucks and they will look into it. My hot coffee didn't have any half and half. The green matcha late has no matcha in it. My ice guava black tea lemonade had no lemonade. I don't have the time to drive all the way back every single time. I just wish they would try to do a better job. Recently I haven't been satisfied with the effort they've been putting into the drinks. Maybe next time try the Starbucks on florin instead. Only about 3-5mins away from each other. read more
