My new favorite local coffeeshop here in Elk Grove! Very welcoming, with modern warm decor. Most importantly, the barista was super sweet, chatting up my daughters, made delicious coffee and hot chocolates for us! The patio outside is beautiful. Great way to spend a morning or afternoon, sipping on your favorite coffee

Recently I went there with my husband more than Starbucks because they have a special coffee ( sorry I forgot the name) which tastes really good and Starbucks doesn't offer it. The store is nice and clean and I like the inside decoration and the high quality of the tables.

    Golden cafe latte

I love this place. Everytime I come here I catch up on work or read a good book in between work hours with my clients. There's a new drink that I tried called "golden cafe latte" and it's got turmeric in it! It's my favorite drink now and all I get when I come here. This place has a lot of seating inside and outside.

I love all the drinks! It's strong and not water down! They add more tea/coffee ingredients instead of water and milk. Perfect balance and combination with all the snacks. Super flavor and have Vietnamese influence in all their snacks and drinks. My favorite is the taro crispy rice cake, it's sooo good and something you can't find in other cafes/restaurants. All the drinks are definitely worth it and if you need adjustments with the sweetness they have options as well. For ambiance, have plenty of seating inside and some cute tables and chairs outside. It's a good place to hang out. The service is amazing, everyone's nice, friendly and super helpful if you need a breakdown of their menu. I am definitely coming back here. It's currently more of a grab and go spot but he told us they'll be adding seating and updating some recipes :) I got the Da Hong Pao milk tea with pecans and whipped cream (similar to a Molly tea dupe). On the kiosk the recommendation was 120% sweetness but I was skeptical and went for 50%. I'd probably retry it with 100% sweetness next time, I still finished the drink LOL but I think sweetness would've brought the tea flavor out more. My friend got the banana pudding creme matcha and enjoyed it as well. This location is a bit out of the way for me but I would give them another try whenever I'm in the area again.

The flan drink was also good. I'd say the raspberry was a little too tart for my taste and kind of threw me off, but I loved the caramel syrup with it. The caramel syrup added the perfect touch. The balance between the matcha and flan was decent. Apple Pay users, they're only accepting Venmo and Zelle atm. Overall, I was sad to see my drink disappear in just a couple of minutes. Their matcha is good. It was slightly powdery, but not in a bad way at all. I'm looking forward to becoming a regular customer here!

Everyone seemed very nice and ordering the drinks was no hassle at all. The wait was a bit long but that's a given and I didn't mind at all. All the staff looked like they were working hard to pump out the long drink orders. I also really liked the decor and the styling of the table. Smiskis were so cute! I ordered the Mango Sticky Rice, Soyful, and Banana Pudding matcha drinks. The tofu topping and banana pudding were so good! The tofu/soy topping reminded me of a Vietnamese tofu dessert and had a nice mouthfeel, not overly sweet. The banana pudding was indulgent and creamy, and I liked how they provided a small wooden spoon. For me, the matcha itself was a letdown. I was already apprehensive because the matcha color was a bit yellow. When trying the matcha itself, it tasted watery and astringent. I could mostly taste only the oat milk flavor. As this is a pop up specializing in matcha, I was really disappointed on this end. Not sure if I came on an off day, but I would hope Brewtik looks into sourcing a better quality matcha powder before their grand opening. Everything else besides the matcha was great!

The banana flavor paired surprisingly well with the matcha and made for a really refreshing drink. It was one of those drinks that I immediately knew I'd order again. But honestly, the highlight wasn't even the drink itself. It was the adorable little elephant vessel it came with. They put dry ice inside and then pour water into it, making it look like the elephant is blowing smoke out of its trunk. My daughter was completely mesmerized. Watching her reaction was worth the visit all by itself. What I loved most was that it wasn't just a gimmick. The drink was actually good, and the elephant made such a cute keepsake afterward. It felt like getting both a treat and a souvenir. The café itself had a fun atmosphere, and it was one of those places that felt a little different from your typical coffee or tea stop. Helpful tip: If it's your first visit, order one of the drinks served in the elephant. The presentation alone is worth it, especially if you're visiting with kids. Between the banana matcha and my daughter's excitement over the smoking elephant, this ended up being one of those unexpectedly memorable stops we'll be talking about for a while.
