Worst Starbucks I've ever been into. Here's why. Only 1 person making drinks. One person at the cash register And the 3rd person cleaning and dumping trash. This wouldn't be so bad, but being there over 15 minutes and still not able to place my order I walked out. All the time I was waiting there was approx 12 to 15 people waiting to place there order. And 10 to 12 people waiting for there order. For what you pay for a Starbucks drink I'd expect allot more. In general I've stop going to Starbucks due to there pricing. read more

The services seems like at least 4 stars. The drinks and food are typical Starbucks: 4 stars. The noise is tolerable if you aren't going to be on a phone call. If you are going to making business calls, it's really terrible because of the loud music and loud crowd noise. If you want to do work on a laptop, the window seats are terrible because the sun is blinding from sunrise until at least 2.5 hours later, and after that there's a horrible glare off the aluminum window sill. (If you don't wear glasses, you are probably getting an extra dose of UV rays into your eyes.) It's got free Internet, so that offsets the temporary blindness. I don't know of other places in the area with free Internet. read more

Got the worst latte in my life. Zero flavor, no sweetness, coffee flavor, or milk taste, it was like drinking hot plain water. Obvious the milk was overheated to the point all the flavors were broken. This starbucks is the worst I've been to in store layout and flavor. read more

I gave up on my usual ice white mocha order ... flavor can't go wrong with green tea frappacino, except of course when you specifically say NO WHIP CREAM ... yet, I still have to keep an eye on my cup to stop them from pushing that whip cream trigger on the canister ... I like the location, there's not much loitering like any other Starbucks at the mall or a 2 mile radius from a school. I'd say high school, but it seems middle schoolers thinks its cool to drink coffee from starbucks and walk around with an empty cup just to prove they had some. Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks. What to say about a chain that serves coffee in its own language? I like it well enough, nothing impressive about this location in particular. The service is good and friendly enough, the drinks come fast as always. The outdoor seating is nice, but there is no trash can for you to throw out your empty coffee cup, which is not nice. All in all I would recommend this Starbucks as any other, good if your in a rush, better if your not. read more

This Starbucks is pretty big compared to many others. A lot of people come hangout inside and outside of the place, but the outsiders are probably people waiting to be seated at the bar and grill place next door. Parking IS definitely a pain being next to Famous Daves, the bar and grill, The Boiling Crab, and Five guys. Not giving the five stars because the lounge area/ seats were a little messy and had some bread crumbs on them, and my drink was a little off on this day. One of the baristas here is pretty good, not too sure about the others. He makes a solid green tea frap, and his iced white mocha is pretty good. My favorite Starbucks is the one on Tully, plus it has a drive through. The staff I've encountered so far is really friendly, and they even help me choose my drink when I'm indecisive. Great customer service, and very friendly. Will be coming back here many more times. read more

I go to this Starbucks all the time and it's a really great store. The employees are always super friendly and greet me when I come in. They are also suuuuper speedy. The employee Blane (I think that was his name!) was so nice and speedy. He seems like a newer employee but he handled two challenging customers ahead of me with a smile and still greeted me with a smile and chatted. What an awesome guy! read more

They have horrible service. Every time I come in they rush and hurry me like there are 100 people in line. Not friendly at all. I also ordered a traveler and asked them to have it ready by 8am. I know they always take forever to do it so I came in at 8:10am think that would give them enough time to get it ready. No after I came in, waited in line and told them I was here to pick it up they started to make my traveler. If I wanted the traveler at 8:30am I would have ordered it for 8:30am. Also, if I wanted to wait I wouldn't of called a day before to order it. read more

This is not my usual Starbucks but it is convenient when I stop at The Plant. On the last 2 occasions, I used my mobile app to preorder. Both times, it was over 15minutes from my time of order to my drink being made. I will add that about half of the times I have walked in to order have ended with me having to chose an alternate to either coconut milk or soy milk, or my hot latte was made iced. I'm wondering if all these issues have to do with the super great manager that left the job after being undervalued and her hours were cut... Notice how they always run out of things? Ever single time I come in here and ask for something like simple bantam beagle French toast, "sorry we're out". Almond milk, "sorry we're out". Worst Starbucks location I've been to. Waited nearly 15 minutes for 3 drinks and 2 of them weren't made correctly. I stood right on the side watching the barista make my drink. She looks at it and says, "sh*t, I f***ed up. Shrugs it off and then hands me my drink I guess not knowing I was watching her make the drink, mess up, and still serve it to me like that. Because it was packed and I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes for her to remake it, I just walked out knowing I will possibly pour it down the sink when I got home, and I did. It was a Caramel Macchiato with toffee nut syrup that tasted like watered down bitter espresso. I don't know how you can possibly mess up an order, acknowledging that you did and still serve it to your customers without a care. I'm not disappointed in Starbucks, I'm disappointed in the hiring manager and mainly the worker. read more

I just watched them kick a guy out because he wanted to use the bathroom and they told him "no" without even asking if he was going to buy something. They displayed predijuce toward the man because they assumed he wasn't a customer and then told him to leave or they would call security. That is not how you treat people I don't care who they are. Located in the plaza across from Oak Hill Memorial park so I always come here for a coffee before my visiting my brother. The workers here are always so kind and friendly. I ordered the green tea no water no syrup and they were quick to fill my order. Most people in this Starbucks are professionals finding a place to work or meeting other business partners. The parking fill up quickly but if you're patient you will soon find a space nearby. read more

This place managed to fail me twice in one day. This morning I went in before work, ordered a large brewed coffee and paid for a large as well. Didn't realize until I got to my job that it was a medium. When I returned around 5 for more coffee so I could study, I explained what had happened earlier to the barista who looked as if he couldn't have cared less. He just stared at me blankly and said "ok..". Then my drink was made wrong. I thought Starbucks was supposed to be known for it's customer service, but this store just doesn't meet those standards lately. Starbucks (located in target at the plant) normally when I come here my drinks are made perfectly. But today it's was horrible. One they were out of lemonade which I know isn't their fault (I've worked in a Starbucks in a target) I still got my regular drink mango black tea and it was made so wrong. The guy made the drink so out of order (tea, water, ice, syrup) and the drink tastes like straight black tea and I even aske for 3 extra pumps of mango and couldn't taste ANY mango. TERRIBLE! being a previous employee I know how big it is to do the sequence correctly. Even the lady before me drink was made wrong. read more
