I then called the other location and the manager himself said whatever Starbucks I'm at should be able to make it for me. He told me he's never heard a Starbucks refuse to make it. My brother then went to ask if they can remake it and Cole said yes but we'll have to wait 8 minutes. I had no problem waiting that amount of time if he would've told me but he just immediately said no. We then waited like 20-30 minutes just to find out the drink was there the whole time but he put the wrong name. This Starbucks! What can I say. What a well run Starbucks. The staff here is also amazing and the best Starbucks staff I've ever encountered. I tend to avoid Starbucks as overpriced and underwhelming drinks, but this one is different. The baristas make great drinks and don't make the typical oversteaming, overbrewing, etc. mistakes that other Starbucks typically do. Care, passion, and detail are hard to measure directly, but I'm sure how good this Starbucks is shows up in how many repeat customers flock here and love it. The staff also are all amazing at remembering my name, my drinks and snacks, and are flexible and easy going if I have feedback on my drink and want it made a different way or a new way. Shop itself is also really well run. It's always clean and tidy, including the tables outside. You guys rock. It's a real gem of a coffee shop. I placed a mobile order here, since it's close to my job. I placed the order when I was 5 mins away from the location. The order ready time said 7-10 mins so I figured I would have to wait. To my surprise my order was already waiting for me. I ordered an everything bagel with crepe cheese and an Iced Caramel Macchiato upside down (which means the espresso is placed last and sits at the top of tour drink instead of first and being all at the bottom). Once I walked in the barista greeted me and asked who I was picking up for and handed me my items. My bagel was still warm when I received it and ate it at work. My drink was a s perfect as ever. The store was really clean and not super busy for it being 8am. It's in a big shopping center so there is plenty of parking available. I will definitely be returning. read more

These ladies always make sure I have my sriracha sauce with my order, and greet me with sincerity. This morning, they even got me a venti instead of my usual tall/grande. Plenty of parking in the shopping center in the front and back. Came here for tea & cookie after dinner for more conversation. Quite busy for a Saturday night that we were lucky to find a table. The space was quite big so we could enjoy conversation without competing with background noise. We came for tea and Starbucks has a specific menu of teas that gives a description of herbal, White, green, or black teas. Service was friendly and our cashier even brought our teas and warmed cookie right to us while we waited at the table. Bridgepointe Starbucks is one of those unique SBuxs that stand out as a pioneering test kitchen of sorts...where they try out new concepts - like Prosecco during the summer. I always like coming in here to check out what new things they do. Most recently I noticed a sign saying they donate their leftover fresh food to the community every day...which says a lot about their commitment to the neighborhood in need. While this SBux can be overly crowded with the many shoppers who walk this very large strip mall, it is a nice place to hang out during off peak hours. I always thought every Starbucks was pretty much the same but only recently I discovered that actually they're not. Chai from here just tastes better than my other local Starbucks, must be the Barista. It gets crazy busy, especially in the early mornings but I'm happy to wait it out here and get a really good Chai than a slightly quicker not so great one 2 minutes away. Staff are nice here too - really cheery and patient with me when I'm standing in line like a zombie staring at the floor or off into the distance daydreaming when they're trying to get my attention to take my order. During covid we have ordered coffee every morning and every morning they write sweet positive notes on my starbucks cup or the food bag. Just a simple "Have a great day", "stay healthy" has put a smile on my face. I try to tip them as often as possible because I appreciate them staying open to serve us during this difficult time. I came here asking for a few espresso shots with gingerbread cold foam. I waited a long time and watched as people before me were given their drinks. Then I was given espresso shots with a pump of gingerbread in them with sweet scream cold foam on top. Not only is this drink more expensive but also didn't taste right. I told them I ordered gingerbread cold foam not a pump into the shots, one barista was kind the woman working had a rude demeanor and barely spoke to me directly. I watched them remake my shots and add what was supposed to be gingerbread cold foam to the top... it was completely liquid and had less flavor than the sweet cream. This is the first review I've ever written but I find it sad that when a costumer is excited to try your holiday flavors they are met with this kind of response. It's hard for people to ask for what they want and shouldn't have to feel bad or be treated unfairly for asking what they paid for. I come to Starbucks a lot and know what this drink should cost. I needed a last minute meeting place with my team and Starbucks is always the go-to place when I'm on the road and need free WiFi. This location, with it's plentiful indoor/outdoor dog-friendly seating, served nicely. I ordered a hot chocolate because it was getting late and I didn't need any more caffeine in me before getting started on the meeting. It's becoming difficult for me to tell the quality of hot chocolates since I've had so many and become kind of desensitized to it, but I'm sure this was a reasonable quality one. They added a ton of whipped cream which I didn't ask for, but helped to cool things down as I pounded the drink. The service here was pretty nice even though I came on the late side. There's plenty of outlets to plug laptops into and comfy seating inside and out. Parking is plentiful too as it's in a strip mall, and it can sometimes get crowded. I love me a new Starbucks! After a long drive to the east bay I stopped in jack London. Well well well a new Starbucks. Just what I needed some caffeine and a clean place to chill for a bit. Well you should know it's jack London so parking is what it is. The interior is very inviting so nice and clean. The staff here was also super inviting. Greeting you as you walk in the door. One good thing since it's new I had no wait each visit but I'm sure that will change after this review. Everything else is typical Starbucks. each visit my drinks came our just the way I like them. Ah, the hidden Starbucks! I've always had great service here. Tucked away inside of Target, this Starbucks doesn't offer the variety of the big Starbucks at the end of the shopping center, but it has enough goodies to please. The employees are employed by Target, like many other Starbucks nestled inside of stores, and I've never had bad service here. This review is based on one recent experience. Jump in line, which is probably normal for any Starbucks. I ask her about a question regarding a drink I am unfamiliar with, it was a yes or no question and she went into a long explanation and in the end I asked it again and she never did answer the question so I ended up ordering an Orange Mango smoothie. So what would you expect in an Orange Mango Smoothie??? Orange, yes, Mango yes, but why an entire banana? I don't like banana in my smoothie. Big Kudos goes to "Melissa" at this Starbucks. I came in and needed help with splitting up the value of gift cards into smaller increments. I knew it was going to be a hassle so I intentionally waited until there was no-one in line as I didn't want to be an inconvenience to the other patrons. Melissa could of easily said no but with a smile she gladly offered her assistance. While there were a lot of moving parts I didn't once feel as if I was inconveniencing her or the team at this location. After a few minutes of loading and reloading the cards we were done. I ended up ordering food as it felt wrong to have her go through all of this and leave the store empty handed. I get that there is a Starbucks on every corner in every city, but the staff can really force you to drive an extra 10-15 minutes to get good service. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and attention I got at this location.
