I just watched the barista who made my drink literally sneeze into his shirt, wipe it with the same shirt, not wash his hands, and then continue making my drink. He served it like nothing happened. The fact that he didn't realize people were watching makes it even worse. Absolutely disgusting.

The best Starbucks around in my opinion. They are always so friendly at this location and also really fast service. They have to put up with soooo many annoying customers- in fact just heard a lady complaining about not enough cold foam and being so absolutely unnecessarily rude to the super helpful Barista but they handle it with a smile and have great customer service! Thank you Bridgepointe Starbucks you guys are so awesome!

I always order in the app and just go pick it up here. The workders are pretty nice and quick. I never had any issues with them. I always come here. Plenty of parking outside too.

I placed a mobile order here, since it's close to my job. I placed the order when I was 5 mins away from the location. The order ready time said 7-10 mins so I figured I would have to wait. To my surprise my order was already waiting for me. I ordered an everything bagel with crepe cheese and an Iced Caramel Macchiato upside down (which means the espresso is placed last and sits at the top of tour drink instead of first and being all at the bottom). Once I walked in the barista greeted me and asked who I was picking up for and handed me my items. My bagel was still warm when I received it and ate it at work. My drink was a s perfect as ever. The store was really clean and not super busy for it being 8am. It's in a big shopping center so there is plenty of parking available. I will definitely be returning.

Out of the 3 drinks we ordered, the miso caramel latte was the standout. It was sweet, but the saltiness of the miso caramel helped to balance it out. I would order this again if we return. The sesame latte was way too sweet for me. Only order if you like extra sweet drinks. The matcha latte was not good at all. It tasted like iced milk, as there was barely any matcha (was a light green once mixed). I think it would help to serve these in a smaller cup so there's a lot less milk, or add extra ice to decrease the milk volume. I'm surprised that people seem to be really big fans of their matcha drinks, but it's possible that it was a consistency issue.

I got an iced HK style coffee + milk tea which I've never had before but was so delicious. I'd definitely come back to try the other fruity drinks too! we ordered the tom yum noodles, preserved vegetables & pork noodle soup, salt & pepper fries, and the HK style french toast with peanut butter. the french toast was our favorite- it was fluffy and chewy and was just like the HK classic. the noodle dishes were both so hearty and flavorful too, and the portions were a good size. it did take a bit long for everything to come out, but it did seem like there was only one person working and she was very kind and accommodating when we had questions about our order. we didn't mind at all, especially sitting outside and enjoying the view! overall, I'll for sure be back for the drinks and to try some other HK style street food.

We were initially going to just stop by to grab drinks, but decided to sit down and order a few snacks as well. The location is right behind Foster City's Central lake and the weather was nice, so we decided to sit outside. We ordered the HK style milk tea, OG lemon tea, french fries, and the siu mai. If I just ordered the drinks, it might have been a better experience. The fries were okay, nothing special - they were a bit softer than I like. The siu mai was just bad. I'm not sure where it comes from, but it was gummy in texture and tasted like frozen food. There were only 5 small pieces and we still couldn't finish it. The drinks were priced fairly, but the snacks were overpriced for what it is. You order at a kiosk so there isn't much service to talk about, but we did have to ask for a ketchup a few times before they remembered to bring it to us. Maybe I'll go back to try the actual food dishes.

We got our drinks pretty quickly after ordering. Drink: Strawberry Matcha Einspanner (8.2/10): Super creamy matcha latte! The default is 50% sweetness and it was honestly perfect. There was no line at all, so my drink came out really quickly. Service was efficient, and basically non existent since you order on your phone, and pick it up from the counter. They have some seats indoors and a few benches outside, it's pretty spare and basic inside which is all you really need in a cafe. I saw a lot of people getting takeout, and some small groups around tables chatting. I was debating between the matcha and houjicha, then got intrigued by the black sesame, and finally after much internal debate, decided that black sesame + houjicha would work best together and wanted the einspanner. They honestly have so many intriguing options like Earl grey matcha einspanner??? Banana pudding?? I have to come back. My only complaint is the price but I guess everything is expensive these days. $8/9 for one of these drinks hurt my heart though. On the flavors: while I wish there was more black sesame (I always do), this was one of the most satisfyingly black sesame items I've had from a cafe. It went really well with the toasty roasty notes from the houjicha and I think they added enough of both amidst the milk to make it a very satisfying drink. This can be rare because a lot of places drown out all the flavors with too much milk. The best part though, was the einspanner - the sweetened whipped cream on top really brought the whole drink together and was so delicious. It made it just that little bit more decadent. I got it at minimal sweetness and at first though it wasn't enough, but I was glad I did as I worked my way through the cup, it was perfect.
