I like the ambiance and how spacious the place is, barista's are friendly. The drinks taste good as well.

Love the service here. Everyone is so attentive and nice. The place is small with little seating but, there are plenty of seats outside. I love my coffee milky and there is only one employee here who always makes my drinks on point.

That moment when a person wonders if it's worth the cost... I'm referring to walking into this Bay Area Starbucks, and having the worst experience. The seating is limited, and what is available is not only dirty, but uncomfortable. I ordered a venti strawberry açaí lemonade, and the gentleman at the counter acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. When he finally understood after showed him on the app, his response was, "I've never had that" okay, then. I smiled and suggested that he try it. He replied with "I would never drink that". What does anyone say to that ?!? While I waited for my drink, I went over to the restrooms to wash my hands. There are two water closets, and the shared sink is outside of the two restrooms. The water closets were dirty. I'll leave it at that. The sinks were interesting. It's one large sink with faucets that dispense soap, water, and will dry your hands. Admittedly, that's pretty cool. My drink was ready, and the only way I knew, was to walk over to the counter that had piled up drink orders. No names being called to let customers know that their order is ready. My drink wasn't made correctly, and I politely mentioned it to the person at that counter. He stared at me like I had said something in another language. I requested the drink to be remade, and he refused. I asked for a straw, and he made some funny noise with his mouth, and pushed the straw across the counter to me. This is not a typical Starbucks experience, and this isn't a location that I will be returning to.

Super Friendly staff and a warm welcome when you walk in the door. Sammy's smile and kindness changed all the challenges in my day that occurred before 10:30am. Thank you

Big German Shepard inside store "not a service dog"

We spend a lot of money at this Starbucks! It's close to where we live, the center is new & nice & it's a convenient location. This week on two separate occasions Sunday & Monday I saw the same lady with her dog going into the store. There is a clear sign that states service animals only! This dog is not a service animal however the woman put a puffer vest on the dog cause it was cold. It's a huge German shepherd by the way! So I think she put the vest on to make people think this is a service animal. It's very unsanitary to have a huge dog in a small space. She was sitting in the middle table with the dog under her feet. As someone with pet dander allergies I think it's unfair that people think they are above the rules! The employees need to kindly ask people to leave their pets outside! Also maybe not bring them to a coffee shop while your studying inside for hours at a time! Starbucks needs to handle this situation because it's getting out of control.

First time coming here and the plaza is already nice but lonely but this Starbucks is in a good location for workers nearby and also very unique from the other Starbucks. To order you go through the door closest to the wall and you pick up your order at the other entrance near the parking area and they have a walk-in talkie to call your name when your order is ready which I thought was cool. I tried ordering thru the mobile app but their location didn't show up so many they aren't doing that at the moment. When I walked in I was greeted by the friendly workers. What makes this location different from the other locations is the menus are not on the wall which is okay if you know your Starbucks order by heart but for a new person probably not a good thing. Other than that I like the design they have going on, very simple and clean. They make your drinks fast so you don't have to wait long.

First time going to this Starbucks. Went around 3pm to grab a pick me up and a late lunch. Staff was super friendly and while waiting for my order I enjoyed reading all the nice notes for staff and seeing the plant Felix

    Festive in the new store

As other reviews mentioned, this is a new store in a new location. My first visit was today. Wasn't sure how many people would be here but seems everyone knows. Busy for the three hours I have been here and the drinks keep flowing. Everyone seems happy. The expected festive colors and items are present. I am feeling a holiday spirit while working online this morning. Sizable outdoor seating for when the weather is good. Decent indoor seating with all 2-4 seating tables and chairs at the two sided bar. Thumbs up.

You won't accidentally stumble upon it unless you make an effort to seek it out. Despite this, it seems to be well known by locals and the seating area gets full at times. There is plenty of seating inside, and some outside. Outlets can be found it some tables. It's a good place to work with your laptop. It's mostly tables for 2. There's a larger communal table, and some counter seating. Parking can be difficult. There's a small area in the parking garage for "guest" parking. It's almost always full and you will depend on luck to find one spot there or arrive in time when someone is leaving their spot. There is no parking on most of the surrounding streets, except for the small section of the road that curves underneath Lawrence. And that part is often full of parked cars. It can be frustrating and this parking situation will easily drive away customers to find somewhere else with easier parking. If you're fortunate enough to get parking, you will find that Coffeebar offers a decent coffee menu, baked goods, and some food if you need more than a snack. The people working behind the counter have all been very friendly and helpful. Their Chocolate Croissant is HUGE!!! They'll ask if you want it warmed up. Definitely do this. It is delicious slightly warmed up. I have tried their Iced Chai Latte, which was just OK. It lacked the spice I was expected from a chai, and felt a bit too milky. I prefer their Iced Caramel Latte, which is much better than the Chai. Next time I will try their Mocha.

Perfect for warm California days with nearby palm trees and plenty of outdoor seating. My normal go-to is a sparkling iced americano (don't know it until you try it). It's not a terribly uncommon drink but many places won't make it for me. Even though it's not on the menu, the baristas always make it without a fuss and service is usually quick. The espresso is solid. Today I tried the seasonal Melo Belo. It's an iced banana latte with a coconut cream on top. The banana flavor is subtle and not too sweet. That's my preference when I have coffee, but I think most would actually benefit from asking for extra banana syrup. The coconut foam is also subtly sweet, and actually has a slight saltiness that helps the drink feel well-balanced. This drink was definitely a treat. They also have a great selection of pastries that range from standard croissants to less common flavors, like mango and ube. They do tend to sell out throughout the day, so if you want the best selection, come early.

We heard of this place for a while and decided to try it out with some visitors. The baked counter has intimidating large selection, our eyes wanted to order everything. They still had the croissant cube i like and tried the matcha croissant to try something new. Also ordered off their hot brunch menu, the smoked salmon avocado toast w side salad and the burrata avocado toast but partner doesnt like cheese so ordered without it, comes with side salad. Also ordered an Americano and a Banana cream latte with almond milk. Thankfully there were plenty of seating as the first half morning rush already left, but by 12pm seating became sparse. The matcha croissant outside is white chocolate with matcha powder i believe, very sweet, not a huge fan of white chocolate. Inside there is chocolate which is nice, it's a nice crossiant tho and the signs say they use french butter and chocolate. The crossiant cube was delicious as always. The coffee was okay,,, the banana cream latte is better after all the cream as mixed into the espresso. I enjoyed my smoked salmon avocado toast, they give u plenty of smoked salmon and salad, the huge tomatoes on the burrato avocado toast is very tasty, they sprinkles olive oil and pepper on top i believe. Overall pretty nice brunch everything was just under $80 which is a bit steep for brunch but this place really has the most variety pastries in one place and tho coffee isn't the best but at least they have the option as well.
