I ask myself why do I keep returning? I've been over a handful of times in hopes it will get better, and it doesn't. The drive through has NEVER taken less than 10 minutes even when there's only 2 cars! My order is wrong nearly ever single time. Today was the same. A grande iced Americano with sugar free vanilla... The employee repeated my order and I proceeded to the window. A gentleman took my cash, and a different employee at the window popped her head out and asked "you wanted it iced?" As if I was unsure of my own order. I should have confirmed with, "sugar free vanilla" to be on the safe side, but I didn't. And sure enough, a sucky Americano with NO VANILLA! They are always out of things and therefore can't ever make a drink properly. They also always run out of the pastries too fast and won't have any of the oatmeal toppings either. What's the point of offering things on the menu of you never have them? The service is average slow but hey At least the employees are polite most of the time. read more

This place has terrible service and its dirty. Went in today and tables were dirty had to clean the one we were going to sit at cuz the employees there sure didnt want to do it. Left the mess in another table becuz I shldnt be cleaning since I dont work there. Didnt like the taste of my hot chocolate was watered down alot. This place started off great. Good service, good drinks, etc. Now, however, I feel like I get robbed every time I go here. I always get the same thing, nearly every morning, a Venti Iced Green Tea Latte. As of late, it goes either one of two ways, they give me a Venti cup that is 99% milk, and therefore tastes like milk, or they give me a Venti cup with 99% ice to the point where I cannot get the straw in and then end up wondering why I just shelled out 5$ for a cup of ice with a little milk. I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks because the other one (literally right next to my work) is even worse, but the service is now so bad at this one that I may never go back. I stood there this morning for roughly 5 minutes trying to get the straw in the cup and was completely ignored. They just kept shoving out orders next to me like I was invisible. I give two stars because they have been good in the past. It is just disappointing morning after morning. read more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations, the crew is always super friendly and have amazing recommendations. Even when there's a line they do their best to efficiently get through it and I still get my drinks and bagel quickly. If you want to wait 30 minutes in a Starbucks Drive-through this is the place for you. I ordered a Venti iced coffee with white mocha and half-and-half. Whether you have 2 cars in front of you or 6, expect to wait at least 10-15 minutes in the drive through. This is COFFEE not full fledged meals we are ordering. I've been using this particular Starbucks for 5 years since it is the only drive through in SP. Although the baristas are friendly, usually this is to distract you from the absurd wait time. Today was the final straw for me-after 12 minutes just to order, and another 4 to have my drink passed to me, I took a sip halfway home and realised my mocha frap has ZERO sweetener and tastes awful. This is the most ordered frap and to not be able to execute the basics is truly unacceptable. I spend hundreds of dollars a month here; whelp not much longer. Poor staff service, they make the wrong drink.when I return it the girl at the drive-through window was not very happy. She grabbed it and throw it, then they remake my drink with soy as requested using the dairy blender, when I questioned that girl at the drive-through give me aptitude you again. I won't be coming back to this location. I had a very bad experience when I went through the drive thru and my drink was made wrong you could obviously tell by the way it looked. I ended up walking in and asked them to remake it and after the attitude the barista gave me they reluctantly remade it WRONG again. When I told her it still wasn't right she gave so much attitude I just ended up leaving and throwing the drink away it was a complete waste. This isn't the first time they've messed up my drink since my last review but it will definitely be the last time I come here. read more

I like Starbucks! I like coffee and I like it fast. I have been in the drive thru a couple of times it's okay, it's usually packed and I don't have that kind of patients. When I do go I order inside and I'm usually in a hurry to get to work and have 3-5 minutes to spare, the service is great. I get in and get out, coffee temp, size, price, and brew all on point! It's a hit and miss with this Starbucks location. If you go in the morning and there is a certain girl working you will get the right drink and your food is hot. At night it's a complete circus. Drive thru times can be VERY long. You would think they would have the place running smoothly after being open as long as they have. They are lucky they are the only drive thru Starbucks in Santa Paula. I'm almost to the point of buying McDonald's coffee. It's ridiculous. read more

I occasionally go to this Starbucks location before work to grab some coffee. Each time I go, I make sure I have at least ten minutes to spare so the employees can finish up their conversations before handing me my lukewarm coffee that is always cold before I finish my 5 minute commute to work. read more

Went through the drive thru today and asked for soy milk in one of the drinks and they repeated it back to me to confirm. Pulled up to the window and watched the barista make the drinks specifically the one that's supposed to be soy with regular milk. When he came to ask for payment I double checked that the drink was in fact with soy (i didn't want to accuse them, for all I know it could have been for the people behind us). Well it was mine and the barista made a rude facial expression and said He'd remake it in a rude tone, then angrily threw (not tossed) the cup in the trash and gave us a dirty look afterward. I don't see what the issue is to just admit a mistake. It happens it's customer service, mistakes happen. Normally I don't mind mistakes and I would have taken the drink but I'm severely lactose intolerant, so this isn't something I would let pass. read more

I'm here in town visiting and I've been here a few times... and all of those times all the employees seem to NOT know what they're doing. Someone needs to train them AGAIN on their customer service skills. They handed my drink dripping in coffee. The appearance made me want to return it and ask for my money back. Get it together ppl.
