I want to give a huge shoutout to Travis at this location because he made my experience here memorable! I go to this Starbucks quite a bit and I've never really considered it anything more than your usual Starbucks but the service I've gotten here has always been great. LOCATION & PARKING // This location normally has a decent amount of seating available (pre-COVID, of course) and there are usually a couple of tables outside as well. In COVID times, there is enough space for people to spread apart if waiting inside. There is a private parking lot that is shared with Walgreen's and Heaven Sent so parking isn't an issue. I know there is a Drive Thru too but I haven't done that. SERVICE // I've always had great service here. They have always gotten my order right and everyone is kind. Last week, I accidentally sent my mobile order to the wrong location and Travis was the BEST and completely understood and helped me out. Thank you so much! It's a Starbucks. What do you expect? Parking SUCKS around here. If you go before 11 AM, feel free to park at Baskin Robbins, which has so many more spots and is much easier to navigate since it has two exits. This place never fails to be way too crowded, which is a huge turn off if you want to sit quietly with the wifi or read. That is kind of a given due to the location, but employees do seem to churn out beverages in a timely manner. Their food case is well-stocked. I love the cool lime refresher. Try it! read more

Only been here a selection few times but I can say the quality of the food & beverages here is amazing. The Americanos are terrible... but then I dislike Americanos of any kind so... yeah there's that. Anyway When I can actually afford the coffee here the quality taste is fantastic. This was my first time visiting this Starbucks and I went through the drive thru. Edward (I believe that was his name) was so funny and sweet. He joked around over the intercom! As I pulled up, he told me they had a drink that was just going to be thrown out and asked if I wanted it because "they were just going to throw it away and that's a sin!" I gladly took it - it was a Venti salted caramel mocha and brought it to my roommate! Overall, I had a pleasant experience, recommended it to my roommate, and will definitely be going back! read more

Average Starbucks, really convenient place to hop off of north bound Lake City Way, grab some coffee, and hop back on. The baristas are always kind, but nothing crazy unique here. My coffee is usually a bit "too much" of something after I leave. A bit too hot it burns my tongue. Or a bit too sweet and I can't taste the espresso. Nothing huge, but it's not consistent enough where I can tell them to not do it. Eh, it's a solid option in a good location. read more

This Starbucks is just okay. Location is kind of odd, just off of Lake City Way near the Walgreens. There is plenty of parking though, as you can also use the Walgreens lots. I have never gone inside - I always go through the drive-thru. Oh man, it doesn't matter how many cars are in front of me...the line moves excruciatingly slow. When you finally get to the window, you are greeted by a surly employee who essentially grunts at you during your entire transaction. This has happened to me on every single visit. It helps to know why your customers come to your place of business. In the case of a coffee house, it's a place to find a break from your normal routine, be it a break from home or from work. It's a quiet place, with coffee, a bite to eat, and a place to clear your head. The employees here were pretty attentive to me with my order, but once I sat down my relaxation soundtrack was two young employees who seemed to be incapable of anything less than what could be called, "Your outdoor voice". I heard about what the manager needed to order, why one of the baristas was tired, and all sorts of things... all at a shout. They are perfectly cheerful, but the main rule of all business is to meet the needs of your client, not your own. Tune in to what it is your customer wants, and I can guarantee that Starbucks customers core values include a quieter atmosphere. read more

My experience was much more positive than anybody else's here. I had a wonderful experience. The gentleman at the drive-thru was friendly and made sure my drink was exactly the way I wanted it. I ordered a Java Chip Frap with soy. The barista was intuitive enough to figure out that I don't want whip cream on my beverage. THe braindead kids that work here have NEVER made my drink correct. I would guess I've gotten my coffee at this specific location about 15-20 times? Dear Starbucks I love you. I can't quit you. This location consistently makes delicious earl grey tea lattes, awake tea lattes, and chai lattes. The staff is also friendly and does their best to keep the drive through moving. I have had to wait a long time only once and they compensated by giving everyone their drinks for free. However, the volume of my business here is what deserves applause. After many trips, they are still as quick and capable as the first time I walked through the door. Quick and easy. I like my coffee how I like my... zombiepocalypse. Without being properly plied with caffeine I definitely feel like the walking dead and wouldn't put it past myself to suddenly find me gnawing on... a green stopper while I wait for my beverage. I believe I've only used the drive through here once but I've been inside quite a few times while I wait for my lunch order at Ezell's/Heaven Sent. The baristas are always friendly and usually a bit goofy which is A-okay with me. My drinks are made right and are in my hand-mouth combo quickly. My last visit into this location the barista actually figured out the best way to order and ring-up my drink to save me money and then told me the best way to order it at other locations so I can get the same steamy yummy in my tummy without having to fork out another buck or so. Mental high fives were tossed about like they were going out of style and I made sure to tip her well in appreciation of all my future dolla dolla bill savings. I'm a fan! read more

I frequent Starbucks about 4 times a week. This location happens to be right across the street from my apartment building so I go here often. 8 out of 10 times the drink is made incorrectly. I am usually on my way to work or somewhere that I need a quick drive thru, but it always takes longer because it's always wrong. Bummer. read more

Closest coffee shop near the Toyota dealer. It's a basic starbucks, but there's nothing really located around the area, plus they lock the bathrooms. A little too inconvenient, but does the job. Wifi was good though, not too crowded. read more

Love Starbucks on 145th and Lake City way. Workers are friendly and fun. Service was quick and painless except for stupid customers on the damn phone (which is impolite) while trying to order. I have been a regular customer of this store for years. It is a convenient location for me since I live nearby. Last month I was overcharged 55 cents for my drink which I questioned and was told that "drinks had gone up". I called Starbucks and was told that my drink had not gone up. The next trip through, it was back to the normal price. Today I drove through and was overcharged 22 cents, questioned it and was told that drinks had gone up due to the Holidays. I contacted Starbucks again and was told they knew nothing about that. They credited my card. Starbucks customers should be vigilant about overcharging on drinks. read more

I've been a lot since September and I keep trying to give it a chance but this place sucks. Never had such poor service at a Starbucks. From beginning to end of the encounter every person there, including what appeared to be a supervisor, gave sub-par service. I asked for brewed coffee with room, got a full cup. I asked for tall frap with no whip, got whip. I said"oops we asked for no whip," staff person just walked away. The moment I walked to the counter, I had no acknowledgement, and then as I stood there uncomfortable for a while, finally a lazy, whatever, glazed look, asking what I wanted. While I was ordering they person who seemed top be the supervisor was muttering instructions to the person taking my order, which likely contributed to her having no memory of the details of the order, and no connection with me. It was really a stunning display of a lack of any customer service or care about what I was doing there. They have never once gotten my drink right and it's freakin iced coffee! Just pour! The drive thru takes forever bc they mess up everyone's drink and ppl are constantly handing back their order. I was hoping to make a quick stop at Starbucks on my way to work. I was the only customer in line and was told that he would be with me in a minute. A minute went by and the other worker offered to help me, but he was instructed not to, because his coworker was going to...then he touched a broom, didn't wash his hands and attended to the drive thru(thank goodness he didn't help me).
