Bacon, sausage & egg wrap and grande blonde vanilla latte

This large Starbucks is located at the Grand Hyatt Seattle over on 7th Ave, just south of Pine St. Last time I was in downtown Seattle to catch a matinee movie over at the AMC Pacific Place, I stopped here to get coffee and something to eat. Per the usual, I placed my order on their mobile app before going inside to wait for my order. I ordered a bacon, sausage & egg wrap and grande blonde vanilla latte. Both were on par with what I've come to expect from any Starbucks. The dining area was very spacious and was kept clean.

I am a huge starbucks coffee fan! Now during summer i like trying out different refreshments they have to offer and one of my fav is their mango dragonfruit refreshment! Light ice and this is an amazing hit summer drink! We also ordered the mocha chocolate frappe and that was not great! It just felt like things were stacked up and in every sip you were not able to get a blend of chocolate, coffee & cake! This is a good sized starbucks in downtown and there is alot of seating as well.

Stopped here for a cup of joe. Similar to most Starbucks, good, quick, service. Got an americano and asked for a cup of ice no problems. This location has some seating and WiFi as well. We were here rather early on a Saturday so no issues. Would recommend as local Starbucks if I was in the area.

Typical Starbucks, but it's nice to have one that is attached to your hotel for an early morning coffee run. This location is huge and has plenty of seating. Since it's also accessible to the street, it's quite busy but my order was made quickly.

These Baristas are true Super Heros! This location celebrates Emerald City Comicon :)

I usually come to this Starbucks when I am attending some type of event at the Convention Center in Seattle. This store is generally packed and they do a fabulous job of keeping up with orders. They are really friendly and engage their customers. We visited again this year during the Emerald City Comicon, the employees were wearing super hero capes, so cute! They even had special drinks available in recognition of ECCC. My daughter was dressed up in a unique costume and the Barista recognized her and wrote her character name on her drink, she loved it! The drinks were perfect, as always. I love supporting Starbucks since they are a local company. Even if they are a huge corporation, the employees always go the extra mile to make customers feel special.

Kong frappe for PAX weekend! Java chip, bananas, and toffee syrup! $5.75 after taxes

I don't usually stop by starbucks but that Kong frappe caught my eye! Delicious!!!!!! It's Java Chip, espresso, bananas, and toffee caramel. :) It's a really good combination. Except it's like $5.75 for a tall after tax. I'd get the grande to be honest. Haha. Check them out! Kong Frappe only for PAX weekend!

Starbucks on 7th between Pike and Pine in Seattle is a really happening place to be for a cop of coffee and some Spotify! Stop by and stay awhile, they have wi-fi, you can surf the internet with you're geek gear.

Great place for a Starbucks located within the Grand Hyatt Seattle. Always busy through out the day and the service has been great!

We got the salmon rice bowl, cauliflower and yodelin broth with shrimp added. The salmon rice bowl was essentially a salad topped on rice and fresh salmon. The quality of the ingredients were fantastic, you could tell how fresh it was but the actual dish itself wasn't anything crazy. The yodelin broth was a bowl of complex flavors. You could taste the fish, and it was very comforting. The mini shrimp in it were surprisingly good and they don't skimp out on the quantity. Finally, their cauliflower dish was delicious. It was a little crisp without being overly hard. The creamy sauces paired so well with the chili crisps. Definitely on the pricier end for the food but so good.

This was on a Sunday afternoon close to 5pm, and there were still so many people occupying nearly every seat inside. I did come back to try their matcha matcha drink only to find it gone from their current menu as of May 2026. Instead, their turon matcha immediately caught my eye, as it has banana and I've been obsessed with banana-flavored toppings and puree on my matcha lately. It has matcha and house banana puree, both of which work well together. The tiny layer of house banana puree has all the flavor, especially when you mix the whole drink together. Very refreshing, and their ceremonial matcha's grassy tones still came out despite the banana puree being just as strong in the drink. Their matcha here comes pretty close to making it to the highest spots on my list of my most favorite matcha places in Seattle. Even if it isn't on the top of that list, their drinks are still 5+ star quality.

The matcha is great quality, the banana pudding is super delicious as well! The inside of Phe is super cute as well, there is seating but can definitely get pretty crowded during the weekends. Lots of natural light and some tables that could be great for meeting a friend or getting work done. The location is in a very busy area of capital hill, luckily I did not drive so parking was not an issue but expect street parking which could rang from $5-$7. I personally think that this place is not super realistic for an every day matcha. I paid about $12 after tip and that's pretty pricey. I'd say it's good for a treat though. I personally recommend visiting phe during the week day, during weekends you can expect long lines and a long wait.

I noticed that they now pour drinks from a pre-made plastic jug instead of making them fresh like when the store first opened. I usually don't get sick from drinking coffee but twice in a row is pretty bad. Their drinks are also overly sweet and most of them do not have a 0% sweet option, which is usually what I order from other coffee and tea shops, and it's probably because most of the ingredients are pre-mixed. They also use thick plastic cups, considering that Seattle is a pretty green city and a lot of similar Vietnamese coffee shops use sustainable cups. Sad to say, but my time visiting this chain has come to an end.
