Today I had a wonderful experience at the drive thru at Page Ave Starbucks. The barista/associate was extremely nice when ordering my drink. I ordered the vanilla sweet cream cold brew and he asked if I wanted the "Tik tok trend" version, I asked what is was- it was caramel drizzle on top of the drink. Of course I said yes! I think it was so impressive that the barista knew a tik tok trend of the drink I was ordering. & let me tell you... IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!! When I pulled up to the window to get my drink the barista complimented me on my nail polish as well. Super friendly and approachable. When someone is nice it makes such a HUGE impact and difference on someone's experience. Keep up the good work Page Avenue Starbucks!!!! read more

Third Starbucks I've visited in a week & once again NO DECAF. WTF, Starbucks?! Why is decaf not brewed? Is keeping a batch on the side so difficult? - Annoyed. Excellent location, plenty of seating, friendly staff. Clean bathrooms without the annoying code on the door. The only downside is the parking situation. Situated in a small strip mall parking lot, parking is limited and the parking spots that are available are smaller than average. It is clear that parking was sacrificed for the benefit of the drive thru. read more

I have given this a 5 star on a previous visit but now sadly it must be amended. Ordered on the App and when I received my beverage it came without the Splenda that I chose from the app. I was told that they only have stevia which does not sit well with me. I would have thought that the app would let you know that they were out of Splenda Maybe next time Starbucks . read more

The coffee is always served warm, especially through the drive-through. When ordering, I would suggest to say you need extra hot coffee for it to come out hot. read more

If I could give it a half a star I would have I went there to get something to drink and there were people sitting everywhere with computers and people screaming out names. I'm not used to this type of atmosphere yet when it took me about 15 minutes to get to the counter I was totally confused because I know the coffee taste like crap and wanted something else to quench my thirst. Before ordering I looked around again and noticed there wasn't one seat available and there were two of us After thinking about it for about a second we grabbed some type of juice & told the guy who is lounging and taking up the receipts to move it or lose it. So I love Starbucks and I recently started coming to this one because my new office is near there. I've gone there a few times now and the employees are rude. My first visit I walked it and was the only one on line and I was ignored. She finally walked over after another lady came in behind me she was rude and acted as if taking was order was a hassle. Ok I moved on. Next visit I felt better because Jake and I remember his name because he was friendly and he said oh I remember you. I remember the name from yesterday. Now I know the right way to spell it. Next visit Jake was not there and the same thing. This morning I came in ordered and my drink was not made. I asked after 3 other guest came after me and walked out. One with a similar drink to mine. I asked about my drink and the lady said to me rudely I told you you were next. Wow I'm imcustomer service and I know how a client some be treated. I told every one about Jake and that I want to hire him cuz he's just awesome. The rest. More training!!! I just left there again 10/17/19. So rude, I asked for a bag for my protein box and she drop it on counter and proceeded to help the next client dismissing me. All Starbucks are not alike. This sadly has to be the worst one ever!!! Granted they have been only open for a few months they still can't seem to get their act in order. The first time i came it took like ten minutes to make a cafe mocha, and even a simple drink like that they messed up. I took it as a new branch that had some kinks to work out. But now a few months in they still are making to many mistakes, and it's only hurting the brand. Who trained these baristas anyway, it's not that complicated, ask the customer what they want, and make it, simple as that. How many times can you mess up an order? Seriously re-train them or terminate their employment. The only reason it gets a 2 star rating is because the place is big, surprisingly clean,free wifi,a drive thru(tight squeeze) free private lot and of course the coffee. Two days ago I decided to order through the mobile app. I ordered a mocha latte and egg white bites. I waited a few minutes to come there to give everything a chance to be ready. I walked in to check the mobile station and didn't find anything. A minute later my drink came up. I then stood there watching everyone come in and out grabbing their mobile orders, but food never went up. He gentleman had asked your waiting for food right, I replied yes. Finally I asked can you check I think something went wrong. They rushed my order knowing I was there a while. The barista came up to me and handed me a gift card and said thank you so much for being patient, some people scream when their order isn't here. I thought what she did was so nice. Im sorry people do that to them over a drink or food. Mistakes happen and thanks for helping me. You guys made me smile for the day, I felt lucky to have walked in that day! read more

This is the only Starbucks location in Staten Island with a drive-thru. So there's always a wait in the drive-thru. The employees are nice. Unfortunately they always manage to mess up my drink order. I frequent Starbucks often, so I know how my favorite drink should taste. Also my daughter works for Starbucks in jersey and she definitely know how a drink should taste. Both of our drinks was watery tasting. Nearly any coffee taste. Before our order was given to us. The cashier ask do we want to round our bill to the next dollar?? What the what?? So when we said no he asked again and we said no again then he went came back 2 minutes later with our drinks and we were served watery non tasteless drinks. Oh yes this was done deliberately. We did not understand that he was begging for a tip. We thought he was asking for us to donate for an Organization. But the crappy part is that the location and lot its located in is very crowded, theres a bank and bunch of restaurants on the same premises and the parking can get crazy and even into heated arguments! I usually go early in the morning or not on a peak day like the weekend or after school hours cause you won't even get to get on the line because someone will be coming out of a parking space or pulling it or trying to get out the same exit from a different direction so just be careful with that. read more

I never held you up to corporation standards. Perhaps because of that leniency, I noticed the location become more trashy as time progresses. The drive thru is usually always a mess, but you can't blame the staff for that. Just a poor location choice from years ago. The parking lot is a car-suspension-bushing punishment. If you own your car, you would save money parking it at the sidewalk curb. Again, can't blame the staff for that. But speaking of the staff.. most Starbucks baristas cry & complain about us customers being pathetic. Customers complain about the price, availability, wait time, observing, just about anything. I have always been sure to never do any of those things. Never even cursed anyone out, another customer favorite thing to do. But after today I feel otherwise. Never let your guard down and underestimate how much a barista will talk about you behind your back, good or bad, or do ignorant, petty bull spit to your order somehow or someway to play you. You will be bribed one way or another if you don't pay attention. That includes decafing you, or pulling one less shot for your triple espresso. See a refresher with no carbonated fizz at the top of your cup? It wasn't shaken its minimum of 10 times. They never mixed the ingredients in a shaker, they poured it in the cup and added ice. Bring it back and get it remade. If it's still not right, or you're still not satisfied, e-mail customer service and they'll give you a $10 credit if you paid by app. Does the ice in the cup just sit there and not have enough room to move around? You were cheated out of about 40% of beverage content from the mass of the ice raising the liquid. Bring it back and have it remade. Their policies insist that it must be remade. That's roughly 1.95-2.89 of customer money, gone to the void, EACH TIME Chances are, if it taste like shit, it's because it was prepared to taste like shit. The Starbucks syrups are meant to be dispensed in full pump bursts. You put your hand on the nozzle, and you PUSH.. all the way down. If "Becky" ordered a grande 4 pump cinnamon dolce latte, how many pumps of syrup does she get? FOUR. Not 3 1/4, not 2 7/8ths, not 4 1/2. If you are too lazy and hesitant to do your job because you feel miserable working for a CORPORATION with extensive labor, hours, customer connections and health concerns, move on in life. Take your stocks, tax refund, tip pool and whatever carries-over benefits you can and move on. Don't sit on people and their emotions if you don't want people to be pissed off and sit on your emotions in return. Disgusting. I've never experienced such a pathetic excuse of this establishment than the one I have tonight. I don't know what was up your asses from the day you might have had, but instead of being discreetly petty to your individual customers, move on. Let someone else - unexpecting and currently broke to do your job. You could be making more money and be happier elsewhere. You see and you KNOW how much money comes through your tills.. how dare you. My boss makes a dollar, I make a quarter. And I've always been willing to share that with you. Your boss makes a million, you make a dime. So instead, go waste company time instead of mine. I would have listened to anything you would have told me. You could have always shared your best or worst interests of your daily work experience, outside of your silly policies and procedures, since you and plenty of other Starbucks baristas around the world break them all the time. You could have criticized anything about me directly to my face and I would have taken it like a man and understood your opinion. But.. no. This is where we are now. Ordered about 3 drinks that were not your average drinks and they refused to make them, and then said they "didn't" have it while it was sitting on the counter for a mobile order. Clean, friendly staff but a little slow and nice decor inside. Coffee is usually good and drinks are made well but pastry display looks like it's struggling. I feel like this is common in most Starbucks chains that the food no longer tastes fresh, more like 2-3 day old treats that came out of a factory and not a kitchen. I often use the drive-thru when purchasing coffee and tea products from this fine location. The car rolls up, and a god like voice from the intercom by the window greats me. This magestic creature says to me, "Hi, welcome to Starbucks. Can I take your order?" I then think to myself 'yes, yes you can.' I give my order, and am instructed to pull up to the window. A magical creature of kindness, like one of Santa's elves, tells me my total, and I pay. I love Starbucks and order from them two or three times per week. However, lately their Page Avenue location on Staten Island has been extremely disappointing, especially the drive thru. The last three times I've gone the guy taking the drive thru orders is giggling and joking around with his coworkers and not paying attention to the orders he's taking and getting them wrong. Once I could forgive, but today marks the third time I've ordered one thing and gotten something completely different all because giggles the clown wants to joke and play instead of work. Today I ordered a venti, quad, cinnamon dolce latte hot, and a venti, 5 espresso shot vanilla latte hot and instead got a cinnamon dolce latte with 4 extra shots of syrup and a triple shot blonde latte. WTH?!? Management at this store needs to seriously retrain the drive thru guy so he actually does his job and gets orders correct. I have to update my review. Since two years ago, I've continued to come to the Page Ave location and they've gotten a lot better with their service. They always make my drinks correctly and always have my breakfast sandwich. They don't ask for your name for your order, which gets a little confusing when there's 10 people waiting cause they'll just call out " coffee with skim milk" etc read more

This is my local Starbucks. It's clean, the staff is friendly and they haven't screwed up my order yet. They also helped me out one day when my phone died and they were nice enough to charge it for me. The drive through line is always long but in the mornings, I go inside and I am out in 5 minutes or less. Never more than one person in front of me. read more
