This Starbucks is terrible and I only come here when I'm in shopping center and my teenagers are with me they like this one because it's in walking distance. They never get my name correct it's Natasha not that hard. Customer service never good And I feel like it takes them to long to make my coffee.

Visiting Giants in the Cascades Shopping center, I visited the Starbucks forgetting that they had royally messed up my tea order for coffee. On arriving the Police were finishing up some sort of problem and there was a line for orders. The Manger apologized. I ordered my London Fog which is a tea latte and although the line finished quickly, saw that my cup which requires 2 teabags was sitting on the counter and no one was paying attention until asked. Even then it too an abnormal amount of time to prepare. They also got my breakfast item wrong. This is now the second and last time I will visit. It has to be the worse managed Starbucks in the immediate area.

I visited Sterling a couple weeks ago and had a delightful time visiting this store. The baristas were kind, helping me reload my card, and got our drinks out quickly during the international friendship day promotion! There's always a spot open at this store if you want to sit which is always nice.

This location is just a stone's throw from where I work so it's super convenient for quick coffee runs. Like most places in Sterling, there is plenty of parking available (both on-street and off). There's also a ton of shops and restaurants within walking distance if you have some time to kill. A small amount of seating is available both indoor and out but, as with most locations, can get crowded. I've never had a big problem at this location - baristas are usually quick and friendly and if you have a complaint they usually address it well enough to solve the problem. The only thing that would make this location better would be a drive thru!

Thanks Gayle, not the water I wanted but had no choice. We just wanted to get out of there.

The coffee is excellent, sourced from the popular Café Amouri, and the pastries are also top-notch, especially the Cherry Almond Bundt cake, though it is priced high for a small portion. Unfortunately, no scones were available during our visit. Overall, it's a vibrant community café, though it may not be for everyone. It can be less than relaxing when crowded, especially when children are actively playing, and it can feel somewhat disorganized.

How does the coffee shop not have another pot of coffee brewed and on standby? Another major problem I have is every time I order a 20 ounce coffee they give me a 16 ounce. I complain about this at least twice a week, but they continue to do it. I haven't decided if they're actually scamming people or just completely incompetent and get the wrong cup almost every time. Both of these problems are persistent and consistent. Even though it's a nice place and very convenient, I've recently been trying to go other places which are further away just to avoid this. The last thing I want do in the morning when I'm getting coffee, is get frustrated and fight with the staff.

It's brewed in big kettles that they will just pour over after you order. There are so many other coffee types I have to come back for. The honeycomb dessert is a must try. There's cheese inside and honey drizzle on top. It's really a new taste for me and I loved it. The staff was very friendly. They are not all from Yemen though. I don't know why I assumed so lol There's plenty of parking space. The set up is also very nice for friends to hangout and talk. You can also go upstairs to work with a bit more peace. And the aroma of his specific coffee smelled like lavender, saffron and I think vanilla. And the coffee is decadent! This time, he got something a friend of his recommended - the pistachio coffee. I can't have caffeine after noon. And I also have to watch my caffeine intake due to chronic heart problems. I got the hot cocoa. It was meh, honestly. They don't have any decaf tea. Disappointing. I also don't normally go to coffee shops anyway. So I can't fault this place for not having what I would drink. I am not their customer or audience or clientele. Anyway, my other son got iced peach tea. I tried a sip and it was like eating a fresh Georgia peach! So good! The pistachio coffee was amazing! I had 2 baby sips of it. It was epic. I love the nice lamps and the upstairs and downstairs. The place is clean and modern and the customers all looked cool, too. If I drank coffee, I would be here regularly.

They were polite and patiently waited for me to figure out what I wanted. The shop itself is very cute and organized. They carry a lot of cute plushies that include boba drink plushies and panda plushies. I ordered the mango green tea without any toppings and customized with 50% sweetness and less ice. With changing the sweetness level of boba, it's always a gamble on how it's going to affect the overall drink (most of the time, regular sweetness level is too much for me). The drink was okay, I wish there was more mango flavor in it though. I think maybe 75% sweetness would fix it, but I'm really not sure. Overall, I think it's an okay boba tea shop. If I'm at Dulles Town Center again, maybe I'll stop by and try a milk tea instead.

I just ordered a bubble waffle since that was what I was craving, but usually people will get the waffle with ice cream (there's plenty of flavor options with toppings). I'll come back to try other things, but stop by here if you love desserts and pandas!
