this was my first time coming to this starbucks. i wanted to get some coffee before coming to school since they are close in distance but after today i will definitely be avoiding this starbucks. when i pulled up to the window i was told my drink was going to take a min which i'm always okay with, i work at a starbucks as well so i know it can be overwhelming sometimes but when i got the drink it immediately didn't look right...i had already pulled out of the drive thru so i had to come back making it an inconvenience. when i came back to get the remake it was the wrong drink again...i don't know how you can mess up so bad twice. read more

I got there 8 min late due to just driving there and the drink is not ready and they had no clue about it even with proof since I ordered it from the app for this location. I had to wait twenty minutes. Watching them give everyone else there drinks. Always mess something up on my orders. Started ordering through the app thinking it would be easier for them to get the orders correct....wrong. They consistently do NOT make the right drinks, they do NOT provide the correct snacks (cake pops) and/or run out of items consistently, early in the day. Been here a few times during the day to do some homework and I've had excellent service. The barista's are extremely friendly and attentive despite their busy order intake. Most memorable/attentive worker is Jazmin. I usually only get them in the drive through when I'm with others and it's always excellent service if I hear their voice. My only complaint is their in-store communal table or bar tables don't have ANY ports for charging devices. I wish this location had a table that had built in outlets since we have a few schools nearby. The only outlets inside the store are located on the wall by their exit area. Most of the time these singular tables are occupied so you have to wait a few hours for it to become available. I've been here since 2pm, it's now 430pm and the occupiers still haven't moved. Im hoping that this location eventually gets more outlets or upgrades their tables so more than 2 people can access the charging ports. read more

This was my first time here, it's new and updated. The cashier was super friendly, and our drink order didn't take long to come up. Which was nice since there was no one else ahead of us. 2 and a half stars, this Starbucks was just opened a few weeks ago, came here a couple times and there really is not anything special about this location. Simple, to-the-point coffee pick up, the seating is not great and almost seems too empty. The addition of some booth type seating would do this place wonders. The cashier had a great attitude and was a pleasure to talk to, and my order was completed quickly. So customer service is really the focal point of the location. Environment: For whatever reason I am always consistently able to have a spot at the 'Grand Table' where it provides multiple outlets due to the power strips that are underneath the table. It's generally clean but can be a bit dirty. 9/10 it usually has JCC student or University students half studying and half chatting so it's usually a bit on the noisy side. However, overall a great spot to crank down on some work. Food: come on.... It's starbucks. It's one of the most consistent drinks and food you can get at any location. That includes Paris, Hong Kong, China, UK, etc. Overall: Awesome place to study but it can be a bit on the noisy side. So bring those cancelling headphones if you got them! read more

Drinks are standard but the shop is messy and dirty. The place did not seem to be understaffed, but they were very slow preparing my drinks. Nobody seem to notice none of the vacant tables were dirty and chairs were everywhere. Bathroom has a lock, but was not working. read more

Everytime i come to this location they are always out of something.. i came early in the morning, sorry we are out of that right now... so time of day doesn't seem to matter..and there are no signs stating hey were temporary out of this or that... which would help a lot since the drive thru is always a 30 min adventure so to be told we're out sucks. I think the manger needs to get on it... You're always out of stock on a lot of drinks so that means you need to restock more frequently 2-3 times a day even, you can higher a stocker/inventory checker to re-stock all the new product and keep inventory so when a product is running low that person can order more.. And for any reason you are out of something please put a sign outside saying you're out of stock...This will keep the store running efficiently and keep customers happy in return give you better reviews. read more

Okay so all the negative reviews are pretty accurate. I visited this location and ordered 4 drinks all being wrong. Very wrong. They didn't want to give us any venti cups because they were for the night shift. They took 30 minutes to actually give us the drinks. My grande caramel frap was the biggest issue: it had a taste similar to nail polish remover I gave it back and they game one that was also as bad I didn't give it back because I had to leave. The store itself was very dirty and the staff was incredibly inefficient and seemed untrained. One of the baristas even fell due to the chaos and spilled drinks on the floor. Overall I would never visit this location and I do plan on contacting corporate because I spent well over $20.00 on tasteless drinks and wasted time.
