Terrible! I ordered ahead and arrived within 10 minutes. I waited in the drive through line for an HOUR! My drink and food were all cold by the time they gave them to me. I said they were cold and all the barista said was "I guess they were sitting there awhile" I felt bad asking them to remake anything as there was a full line of cars behind me. Then they also forgot a food item! I called and they just said to try and get a refund in the app! My order was $64. Thank god i can adjust the tip afterwards. I live around the corner now and the service is consistently awesome. I come around 7:30 weekday mornings and the drive thru staff are efficient and friendly. I usually like to support locally owner business but the friendliness of this location keeps me coming back. :) read more

This particular Starbucks resides on the low end of customer service, and cleanliness!. Food on the door and under the counters, and the restroom was filthy. Staff were not engaging and professional. In addition, the manager was displaying their anger at the world by slamming drawers and cabinets. Not recommended. read more

One area for improvement would be communication at the drive-thru window. The staff left the window without saying anything, which left us waiting and unsure of what was happening. We noticed a drink with her name on it, but it appeared it had to be remade; however, this was never communicated to us. As customers, we were left to assume what was going on and didn't know whether to speak up or continue waiting. Improving customer service at the window--such as briefly explaining delays, acknowledging the customer, or approaching with a smile--would make the experience much better and avoid confusion. read more

My son was sick so I popped in to the drive thru to see if the medicine ball could be done cold since he wont drink hot liquids. It had been a day and I was just flowing with it. I was greeted by a guy and Im so sad I didnt get his name. He asked me how I was doing, and ended my order with see you at the window "my friend". Told me to have a good day "my friend" Man that tiny gesture of kindness made my entire messed up, sick kid day spin, and a rainbow came out of it. This one gets packed, especially if you have a real dip in caffeine and need it ASAP. BUT...I really am a fan of this location. The staff is pretty awesome and the drinks are always on point. For example - my matcha green tea latte? It tastes like it has matcha in it, versus other locations where I am drinking greenish steamed milk. Look sbux, I get that I overpay for my drinks, but just give me what I am overpaying for! So really, this location rocks. The drive-thru which I frequent wraps around the corner like it's black friday, but the line moves fairly quickly most of the time (unless there are 30 hs students inside - yes this is a true story) and then my friends, take your business elsewhere because your caffeine battery will run out before you get there. The take away? If you are looking for a busy location and have a lot of time, go here! Or is your kids fall asleep in the back and you just want to sit in sweet sweet silence in a drive thru line this is the place to go. Hearts to my favorite barista, Katie and Tiffany. Knock on wood but this is the only Starbucks that ever gets my orders right ALL THE TIME and made exactly how I like it. Thank Goodness this location is drive thru since it's my go to and I'm here 5 days a week, addicted to that caffeine. The average wait time for drive thru is typical 10 minutes but most of the time it's less. Never have any issues placing my order and it's always at ease. My go to is four shots of espresso over ice in a grande with two percent milk with a pump of sugar free vanilla or my iced matcha green tea latte half sweet. How is everyone working here always in a good mood? Without fail when I'm picking up my order at the window someone is their starting small talk and just genuinely nice, they must love their job. This location is much better than most Starbucks locations and it makes coming and here really easy. I like them a latte and love being able to get my Starbucks fix. read more

This is my usual Starbucks spot if I want to get coffee and today was the day it ruined it for me. I had ordered two frappes for my teens and I got myself a venti hot caramel macchiato. After a few sips, I realized there were some chunks in my drink. I quickly spit it out and it was black gooey like texture. I waited to get home and poured it down the sink and the cup looked like it had mold or something. It was gross. I wish I had taken a picture of it but I had already washed it down the sink. My husband too said it looks like mold. He doesn't think their machines are being cleaned out. GROSS!!! Last time I'm going to this Starbucks. I hope I don't get sick either. Reading some reviews and it seems like cleanliness is a big problem with this location so I'm even more convinced they don't clean their machines. Not cool. read more

Overall rating is 3.5 My wife likes this place and comes here almost everyday after she drops the kids off to school. The staff members are very friendly and they make it a goal to keep you smiling every visit. Like most Starbucks joint, this place is welcoming and is kept clean. The experience is consistently pleasant. But, I would like to emphasize that training a new staff member is of significance. There are few times that the drink did not come out right. I didn't catch the barista from last night but after bible study I stopped by to grab a chai tea and the gentleman was very comical & had great sense of humor which was nice to see at 9PM on Friday evening. Just today I drove thru and barista by name of Cat or Kat helped me. She was so sweet & kind. I asked for recommendations on the fruit refresher drinks and she mentioned her go to and I tried it. When all other nearby Starbucks turn off their mobile order option, this location doesn't let you down BUT then it takes 1 FULL hour to get your drink. It's not the staffs fault, they are over loaded with orders, the drive thru gets priority. I called them to tell them I wanted pumpkin cold foam on my drink because they don't have that add on onto their menu and they didn't pick up their phone until 10 phone calls later. The drinks finally came to the house almost 3 hours later and they are spilled everywhere, half of my venti drink is gone and is wrong.
