Poor customer service. I've been twice now and had bad service. Today I asked the guy what pastries I could get for $1 (the bring your receipt back deal & get a $1 pastry) and he told me I could get any and then I asked if he could name me a few and he said again I could get any pastry. Terrible. All I wanted was some coffee. My order was wrong, so I had to go back though the barista did apologize but after 10 people I still didn't get served until I went up to the counter, even though my coffee still taste like crap and is sitting in my car. Be prepared to wait. They definitely prioritize the drive thru and make people who walk in to order drinks wait twice the normal amount of time. As a former employee of Starbucks, I doubt they ever make their quota of having drinks ready in under three minutes. Usually takes more like 10-15. You have two espresso machine for a reason. Have yet to see any of the 5 employees use the second bar to take care of a long line. Which would be worth it if drinks weren't handed to u dripping wet because the sloppy mess they keep their counter tops. My personal favorite.... Ordering my husbands extra caramel drink to then have to ask for more caramel. To then be told it has the extra caramel in it. Well, I'm looking at it and don't see the extra. Wish Starbucks would go back to prioritizing the people standing in line. read more

Sometimes it's empty, sometimes it's crowded. I'm not sure who the girl was but she made my iced coffee perfect! She had brown hair, tall, and skinny. I got to get some work done here but one of the older barista ladies here was sooo loud it was hard to concentrate! Oh and hate the parking!!! read more

Against my will (and better judgement) I returned to The World's Worst Starbucks today. Sadly, it hasn't improved at all. The wait is still atrocious. The service still poor. I ordered a 4 shot latte. I'd be surprised if there was more than one shot in it let alone 4. My wife ordered the same thing she orders every single day. A salted caramel hot chocolate. They claimed to not have the salt. That happens about 60% of the time. The rest of the time they mysteriously have it. Love being lied to by businesses. Oh, and as usual, they had to make her drink twice because they put espresso in it. Huh, maybe that is where my extra shots went. No wonder the prices keep going up, they have to cover the cost of their own mistakes. read more

This is my go to Starbucks because I live so close. Obviously it's Starbucks and you can't really rate the drinks...they all pretty much taste the same from any location. The people are polite and have sometimes given me free drinks if the person a head of me is taking forever to pay and holding up the line. I found that to be nice since I am literally trapped in the drive thru lane. Whatever you do DONT walk in the store if you are not prepared to wait twice as long as the drive thru. I mean I've waited 20 to 30 minutes for a simple iced coffee and when I went in the drive thru was completely backed up only to come out and not have one car in line anymore. read more

I am a nondenominational Christian and the entire staff is unconditionally professional and polite not passing their judgments on their customers. I am loyal to this store and have tried others Starbucks due to convenience only to run right back to Winchester and Nicolas. Manuel has a chip on his shoulder and is taking it out on Ethan unfairly. he is professional and makes killer drinks. Kristina never gets drinks wrong and Tori always has a smile with her service. Besides a reliable and consistent coffee product at just about any Starbucks location, for me, a Starbucks experience is all about the customer area...you know, the in-store vibe. Are you a business road warrior? PROS: lots of seating, large customer area with plenty of electrical outlets for your laptop etc. CONS: very unreliable WiFi / internet connectivity. If your travels mandate that you have a strong, mission-critical connection, then go elsewhere. If you are a casual user who doesn't mind intermittent downtime, then this location is fine. I loved stopping by here to buy my frappucino before going to work. Not all staff are nice. Most of them are not that friendly and i encounter one which was so talkative. She didn't even looked at me when she handed me my order because she was so busy talking. What kind of customer service was that? I always do gave tip to their jar. I may not do it on my card but i always make sure to leave a tip. Yet they don't do a better job. But there's one that i truly appreciate. I think his name is Ethan. I never come on here but but I saw a lady complain that hey "never" have anything.. well it's pretty hard to keep many of the popular items in when it's the busiest Starbucks in Temecula. Jesus. I'm currently sitting in Starbucks, and a lady just came in with a ridiculous complaint, trying to yell about anything she can. Turns out, she had the wrong terms down and was entirely confused as to how to order the incredibly specific drink she wanted anyways. After proceeding to make her demand, complete with colorful language (thank God!), she was handled with the utmost care. This was rather unexpected, honestly, because I was offended by this rude customer, and I was about to expose HER for the rude customer she was. In essence, Jodi (probably the manager on shift), tactfully explained the reasons for the confusion, ensured that the ban chi would receive her order how she wished, and even cleared up any confusion so that the customer could receive a satisfactory drink from any Starbucks in the future. I love the baristas that work here. They are the friendliest of all the Starbucks I have been to. They make great coffee(for Starbucks). But I actually come here to spend an hour or two studying. I have come to expect the Internet to work at a reasonable speed. I don't like spending more on coffee than I do on gas, but I will to have a comfortable environment to get my homework done. I routinely spent $20 or more a day to stay fed and caffeinated while pondering the complexities of discrete math or database programming. For now, I will suffer the inferior study environment (and coffee) of my college campus. FIX THE INTERNET!!! read more
