This location is one of my favorites! Mars and the staff are always so polite. Also I love how they often write on the cup, too! If you need a good study spot, there's room inside and outside.

I come to starbucks once every 4 years (literally). This time it's because my sister had a $3 drink deal! Anyway the coffee is good, but not better than having coffee literally ANYWHERE else. The workers were nice when I went in (i only talked to them for like 2 seconds), and there's surprisingly more seating to study than expected! Outside may look a little run down, but the inside is fine!

    Welcome to STARBUCKS.

What can I say...it's STARBUCKS, a ubiquitous coffee franchise located between Las Tunas and Rosemead blvd. Staff were bloody competent. Outdoor and indoor seats were small. Overall, they royally served me well.

It was my first time at this location and we came here after the gym from across the street. I ordered the blueberry sage refresher and it tastes just as expected. There were a lot of people in the early morning waiting for their drinks. Service was regular and there are people enjoying sitting down.

very nice small place. the workers are overall nice and polite though there are only one or two on average. not like you could fit more than that in the tiny counter they have back there. the drinks are regular overpriced starbucks drinks. my one big nitpick is that they don't support online orders. seriously? in this age of technology? this leaves them a bit empty of customers, except even when there's three other patrons, the drinks end up taking +5 minutes to come out and the line takes an extra 5!

I was driving by on 09/03/24 at 9pm. Decided to stop by and get my favorite matcha latte there. I don't even know why I didn't get it at my usual location on San Gabriel where people working there are more caring. Not only it was 50c more expensive for the same drink, but also was not filed up to and a lot of space left for whatever reason at the top. I only realized it when I drove away. It was missing about 20% from the top. Kind of disappointing. Lesson learned- never will return here.

:: Drink :: Drinks are always made correctly here. :: Service :: I usually order via the app, but the employees are pretty nice when I pick up. :: Parking :: Parking can be hard to find sometimes since they share the lot with a bunch of other shops (TJ Maxx, Banana Bay, Daiso, Chipotle, Chase Bank, and much more).

Bad service. The guy serving me a coffee told me I can't wait for a bathroom and called me a dumb a** I would not recommend.

Parking - Street parking only, no dedicated parking lot. Interior is pretty clean, cafe vibes, and some tables around but not too many. There's a huge table for big groups as well which is nice. There's also a self ordering kiosks which is always a nice sight to see when you visit tea shops. We tried the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea and the Oops Cheese Matcha Smash which seems to be one of their more popular drinks. The white peach is what you expect, refreshing and easy to sip. Very happy with the drink overall. As for the Oops Cheese Matcha Smash, aesthetically, the drink is great for photos. It looks more like a swirl drink than anything. I love the overall texture of the drink. It was also as refreshing as the white peach. The cheese mix with the matcha created a swirling feeling, each sip is filled with both flavoring, highly recommend. Excited to revisit again later on, love their menu options, and it seems like a decent spot to hangout with friends or a group despite the smaller space.

It's crisp black tea, salty & sweet brulee foam, and non-dairy milk with bouncy, perky boba pearls. I sipped happily. I arrived at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) on Sunday (around 11:12AM). Parking is simple since there's a nearby neighborhood with street parking. I quickly found a spot. Customers can order at the self-service kiosk or the counter. I chose the self-service kiosk, and I regret it because I dislike how the self-service kiosk requires the customer's phone number to proceed. Staff communicates well. After ordering, Staff honestly & politely informed me that they'd need 20 additional minutes for their Boba since they recently opened. I was perfectly fine with that since they spoke upfront and honestly. After the 20 minutes passed, the drink took four minutes and 14 seconds. As mentioned, I ordered the Baked Brulee Milk Tea ($6.59) with Boba (additional 75 cents). It's delicious. This chill drink carries a crisp tea flavor. The foam is also zesty with a soft sweetness. It reminds me of a creamy milk tea. In addition, they made wonderful boba pearls. These boba pearls are sweet, bouncy, and playful. YUM! On ambiance, Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) is a wonderful spot to study/work. There's a long wooden table with 9 electrical plug spots, and there's four available electrical outlets. The location also includes customer internet with password; the details are confidently shown on the counter. The location also has a gender neutral restroom in the back, and there's plentiful hand sanitizer bottles in reach. The location felt clean and comfortable. Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) uses its space well. There's four tables and one long wooden table. There's also two small outside tables. During my stay, it felt very comfy as I listened to its smooth music. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City). They serve wonderful drinks and boba. If searching for a place to study/work, this is an easy recommendation. 4.8 out of 5

I've been here twice and really like it…read more First, the drinks. They range from $1.99-$3.99...talk about throwback pricing. Reading th menu made me feel like it was 1999 all over again. Price aside, the drinks are good and on par with what you would find at typical boba shops. The food is where this place really shines. They have a large menu, ranging from rice to noodles to grilled meats served on a hot plate. I got the $21 NY steak today, which was a generous portion, served with sliced onions, corn, broccoli and choice of rice or spaghetti. It's not Morton's but, c'mon, $21 for a steak fix these days is a heck of a deal. Most of their entrees are in the $14-18 range. To top it off, the service is great - attentive and very friendly. Free parking lot in the back.

Unfortunately they have discontinued their weekday combo menu making it less worth the drive for us…read moreso we're not sure when we'll next be back. The good news is, their chicken steak is still just as yummy! We ordered: - Grilled chicken steak with black pepper sauce and spaghetti (4/5): Super crispy skin and juicy chicken. The black pepper sauce adds a fragrant touch - much better pairing than the mushroom sauce we got on a previous visit. The spaghetti portion is smaller than at most other HK cafes and isn't as good though. - Baked sole filet with rice and white sauce (3/5): Had high expectations for this dish but it didn't quite meet them. The rice used was plain white rice which isn't what I'm used to at other HK cafes and it left me a bit disappointed since it meant the dish was much more monotone in flavor and there were bites that were unflavorful. The fish itself was generously portioned and easy to eat with the warming cheese and white sauce combo. Wouldn't get again only because I know other spots that do it much better but decent overall. - Beef stew with noodle (3/5): Had expected this to be dry style with the beef stew over softened egg noodles but it came out as a soup. Beef pieces were tender and generous. Egg noodles were a bit overcooked. - Sticky Rice Dim Sum: They were massive and decent in flavor. They were a little mushy I think because it had been steaming a while (which was probably why they were quick to be served) but we didn't mind - Siumai: Generous amount of fish egg on top and was pleasantly meaty. We found parking in the front but also know there's a lot in the back. The restaurant itself is big and pretty empty and quiet. We were glad that service was friendly and quick this visit since the first time we were there one of the servers gave us attitude.
