Every drink is consistent and delicious. The staff give great customer service and are very friendly. It's a terrific way to start your day. I haven't found a pastry I didn't love at Starbucks The drive thru option is such a convenience, that and the order ahead pick up window adds to the stop 'n go ambience. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I went through the drive-through and ordered my usual drink, but it was made incorrectly. When I went inside to have it remade, I was told I would need to pay more--despite the mistake being on their end. The employee was dismissive and rude, insisting that I needed to specify things like "less ice" or "less of this or that," even though I had actually ordered more espresso. I get this drink daily and have never had an issue before. Instead of simply correcting the mistake--which is standard practice--the employee at the window chose to argue and ultimately refused to remake the drink. I ended up asking for a refund due to the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. After waiting extra time in the drive-through and being treated so disrespectfully, I will not be returning to this location. I plan to escalate this to corporate because the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. read more

A rather laid back location, you can get your beverage and snack and sit indoors or if weather permits, they do have the outdoor patios where the locals go with their 4 legged friends. It's Starbucks, you've heard of them right? Well it's got all the usual fixings. What's great about this one is that it's all walk up and seating is all outside. So you inevitably end up talking to people in line and petting their dogs. Plus being outside even in our February super storm is what makes LA great. They also have a drive though, which I know communities hate because they don't want to be a drive through neighborhood, but for mom's like me with kids in the car and am always in a rush, it makes it easier. There's plenty of parking. Victoria at the window gave me a massive smile and was just delightful. Keep shining pretty girl!! I didn't it more stars because they don't allow you to use their outdoor, coded entry bathrooms. I understand that we are in a humanitarian crisis with unsheltered individuals setting up camp in bathrooms but, what is a middle-age woman who needs to pee every thirty minutes to do? This place is clean, nicely designed, and has friendly and efficient staff. I finally had a chance to stop here for a nice cup of joe. I saw them advertising their nitro cold brews, so this is what I ordered. The nitro cold brew is strong! Which is exactly how I like my coffee. The nitro made it taste smoother, which provided a balanced flavor. This location is conveniently located, and a good alternative to other coffee drive-thrus in the area. read more

This is a brand-new Starbucks location next to El Camino College on Crenshaw. I've been waiting for it to open since I saw the "Coming Soon" sign :) It has a drive thru, large patio & big parking lot. I'm sure it will be packed during school hours but It's going to be a great spot at night, weekends & holidays. Here's the Starbucks Checklist: Baristas are quick & friendly. Line was none but I'm sure it will fill as people find it. Drive thru. Plenty of parking. Lots of seating on the patio. Located off the corner of Crenshaw Bl and 164th St in Torrance formerly Wienersnitzel which I used to go to almost every Sunday. They really changed this spot there is only one driveway in and out off of Crenshaw Bl. This is mainly drive thru there is no indoor seating however there is outdoor seating. So you can walk up to the window and order a drink and sit outside at the tables pre covid. Overall a small SB location downside is the one driveway in and out. read more

My go-to Starbucks drive thru! I usually don't write reviews for Starbucks but I had to because this one is special. The baristas here are SO friendly and nice, by far the nicest out of all the Starbucks I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot! The guy who takes my order most mornings has the funniest and most unique intros and I swear he changes his name everyday but he always puts a smile on my face. The drinks they make here are usually good... they only messed up my order 1 or 2 times out of the dozens of times I've been here. They are super efficient though and even though there's a long line of cars in drive-thru, it moves super fast! Love how friendly everyone is. One time, I was having a rough morning and the girl who gave me my drink looked me straight in the eye and said, "You have a good day, okay?" in the most genuinely caring tone and it literally made me tear up LOL! The five stars is is for all the team members, they are legit all nice (and I have interacted with many different people). Never has anyone been even an ounce of rude or unpleasant. Excited to have a Starbucks near me! Pros: friendly baristas and (so far) easy to get through drivethru. Cons (which I suspect is new opening adjustments): they are "out of" things a lot. So far, I've been here three times and twice they've been out of things I requested...stoppers, drip coffee (but they gave me ab Americano for the same price). Still working on timing and efficiency, but I think as they get used to it, timing will improve. read more

since they first opened this is my go to Starbucks. Staff is always nice and helpful when taking my order. If there's something I want that they don't have they give me options or recommendations that is similar to what I wanted. I try to avoid peak hours but even when there's a long drive thru line, it moves quick. I always leave them a tip when I can- having the Starbucks app is easy to pay and getting the free drinks is always a bonus. read more

This starbucks at 164th and Crenshaw right near El Camino College has had growing pains. I dont' have enough fingers/toes to count how many times there were errors in my orders or food was different from what i orderered, to missing items. There have been great baristas, and not so great. This one catered to the drive through line rather then pickup, so sometimes waiting 15+ minutes on a preordered drink just because they're not willing to slow down the drive through, even though there was like 1 or 2 cars in line only. So was that depressing??? Yes it was lol. Now, during covid, this was one of the drive throughs that stayed opened, it had to crank out orders and lines were ridiculously long for those who had to get their machiatos, or fraps. For me, it was the soy lattes early in the morning to get me started in the day. But as the walk in starbucks are opening, lines are getting back to normal. But i think having to step up to these long lines, helped this one actually become better. I'm getting my food, usually as i ordered it. My drinks are most of the time done right now. The line moves pretty quickly too. All the order takers are very nice too. Now on to their new bfast sandwich. I think it's called the impossible bfast sandwich. Which is that impossible meat (vegetarian meat) sausage. It has the spices of a real sausage, and the texture is a little soft, a little crumbly and although i wasn't like yeah, this is sausage it was acceptable. When i have a craving for 2 sausage mcmuffins with eggs, i'll come here and get this instead lol. That way i have decent coffee to go with it. Now if they only sold some tater tots lol. They had a special 15 pts for a choco chip cookie. The cookie wasn't bad, large, just a tad crispness on the edges yet soft and a bit chewy. It's your typical chocolate chip cookie that you picture in your mind LOL. So if you have a craving for it, it's not a bad choice. Anyways, upgrading score to 5, as i've been using this place almost daily for iced soy latttes or soy lattes and bfast, so thanks, appreciate the service in these covid times! read more
