Only a trickle from the bathroom sink and no hot water to wash my hands after stumbling around in the dark. Went into this location yesterday. No one was inside and maybe 4 cars in the drive thru. I order one drink. Waited at least 10-15 minutes and still no drink. As I'm waiting I'm watching one girl just stock things they are out of, two girls having conversations with each other and an older woman making the drinks. The woman making the drinks has messed up so many times that she has poured multiple drinks into the sink wasting lemonade, coffee etc... right into the drain. So I decide to cancel my order and get a refund and leave. As I leave I ask who the manager is and it turns out Holly is. That was the woman getting confused and dumping multiple drinks into the sink. This has to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. read more

One of the worst starbucks. After waiting in a very slow drive thru, I had to go inside due to my hot chocolate tasting like warm milk and not like chocolate at all. I then waited inside for almost 30 minutes for them to remake my drink, only for it to again taste like milk and not like chocolate. I feel scammed and annoyed. I said thanks have a nice day to the girl who put my drink on the counter and she just looked at me and didn't say anything. Overall the customer service is rude at this location. I really like this Starbucks. They're very well staffed. And all of the barista's are so nice and friendly. It's located right off of the 80 freeway so it's easy access. And because of its location they get a good crowd. I enjoy watching all that goings on while I am sipping my chai tea latte. This served as a quick pit stop on the drive back home from the bay. My friend rushed to the restroom while I ordered. The employee who took my order had the sweetest face, and the way she treated me confirmed that. She was friendly! She took my name and I waited for my drink to be made. It only took a few minutes since it was a pretty basic drink. I love that the employee who made me my order tore open the straw packet for me. It's the small things! My friend comes out of the restroom and orders something for herself. I wait with her by the counter, and the employee who just served me didn't notice that I was with my friend. He thought I was waiting on a food order. I know this because he asked me, referring to me by my name. Love that he paid attention to the name on the cup! A different employee made my friend's drink, and she was pretty friendly too. She was making small talk with me and my friend. Customer service here was worth raving about. This is my go to Starbucks in the morning, and they are typically super quick and the workers are really nice. I visit this location 3-4 mornings each week for my refresher, though in the afternoons they are usually out of my drink, so if I want it, I most likely will have to drive a little further and go to the one at Nut Tree Plaza. read more

Drinks and customer service is fine. My problem is that they changed their hours without and notice/ signage. Drove through drive through at 5:45AM nobody took my order after a couple of minutes waiting.. I drove through the window to see an EE stocking supplies. Honked the horn, wasn't acknowledged so I drove off. The next day I drove up and front door signage said "lobby closed drive through open only" so I drove through... again nobody to take my order, drove up to window to see a sign stating "closed" no hours of operation or anything. Again, saw an employee so I got her attention she pointed to sign and held up 6 fingers to indicate they open at 6AM Now I stop at this location every morning for coffee before I start work, and they had always been open. So I tried to get her to open the window to ask if this change was permanent or temporary and she wouldn't even attempt to talk to me. Very adamant about being closed until 6AM Wish singe was posted BEFORE entering the drive through when there was a line.. made me think they were open and taking a bit longer to take my order. read more

Since I've gotten older, it's been difficult for me to function without coffee during the day! I love how this location is close to my work, and they have a drive thru window -- but good luck in the mornings when it's coffee rush hour time! The baristas here are wonderful! They make their coffee drinks so delicious!! I usually order an Iced Caramel Macchiato with vanilla syrup (1 pump), and raspberry syrup (2 pumps for the tall size) with nonfat milk. When I order this drink, it usually makes a pretty pink color, however today, the barista told me that their syrups no longer have dye in them, so the drink will no longer make that pink color. WAAAAH! Not only do I always order this drink because of the taste, but also because it looks so appetizing to drink something so pink and girly! When I did receive my order, it did taste amazing!!!!! The barista made the drink taste so good that I could have finished it in 5 mins, but I was pacing myself. Haha! Don't get me wrong, I am a big fan of Starbucks, there hasn't been a Starbucks I haven't liked. It was the service. This place has a drive through. With two staff on the window you'd think it would run smoothly... No I didn't drive through, though in hindsight I should have, I walked in. One cashier, two baristas and the wait seriously was over 25 minutes - start to finish - for two tall lattes and a warmed scone. The heated scone was given first, then the wait began. Call in orders walked up for their drinks, the two window drive through ladies worked to get their orders... My first light foam latte was called out.. With lots of foam. I wasn't about to give it back afraid it would be another 20 minutes.... Wait, wait, wait ... I mentioned I had ordered 2 light foam lattes... She looked at the sticker and then she finally gave me my last drink apologizing for the wait. Now it wasn't as if she or the others were not working because they were, rather it seemed confused and scattered nothing like my normal Starbucks where they work with less staff and more volume. Hello all, I work in healthcare and I only get 30 minutes for my break. I walk into Starbucks to order vanilla cream cold brew and a sausage and cheddar. I ordered and I was the only one in line. There were about 7 employees working. I was able to get my drink but waited almost 20 minutes for my sausage and cheddar. I asked three times about my sausage and cheddar and a different employee every time said that they will get to it. But it took 20 minutes. I also heard mumbling among employees about how they really should be nicer to customers. I felt ignored and sort of disrespected. They did apologize at the end but still. This Starbucks used to have amazing quality service. Now that one of the managers has left it has gone down hill. The store is always dirty, they make a mess of your drinks and then hand them to you, and they are always very unprofessional in the way they gossip when your inside waiting for your drink. Also I can't believe how they will turn on mobile orders and then you have to wait in the drive thru line while the ice melts in your drink for 20 minutes just to pick it up. I am a long time Starbucks customer. I return because of the consistency of the beverages and food. The atmosphere is great for working (as a telecommuter, a new view is nice) and meeting up with others. This particular Starbucks is EXCEPTIONAL! Every Starbucks employee was friendly and personable. They bring your food item to you versus putting it on the pick up area. Love that! They greet customers by name which is wonderful. There was also managers taking time to observe the experience and provide feedback on performance, methods and processes. They did this in an encouraging way. I appreciate the investment. My wife went through the drive through this morning in a rush, (always late for something) when she realized she had left her wallet at home. She was sandwiched between cars and unable to exit the drive through so she had to make her way to the pick up window. Once there, Trish the manager greeted her and told her how much my wife owed.
