This is one of the worst Starbucks franchises I have ever been to. I went on THREE separate occasions and was disappointed all three times. This time was the worst of all visits. When I walked up to the register, the employee (who I'm pretty sure was the shift manager) didn't greet me or smile. After I placed my order, I watched as THREE baristas casually made conversation with each other while taking their time making the drinks. There were no customers ahead of me in line and though there were a few cars lined up in the drive-through, there was no reason it should've taken over as long as it did to complete my order. While I waited, I noticed that two half gallon jugs of milk as well as a box of soy milk were sitting on the counter. I'm sure that per health standards, these dairy products should have been refrigerated. I won't be visiting this location EVER again. read more

This is probably the SLOWEST Starbucks no matter what time of day I have ever been to! The parking is horrible which gives me no other choice but to go through the drive through. The drive through is designed horribly and super slow service! I find myself constantly having to move because I am blocking parked cars. read more

I hate giving out bad reviews but I have to say something to warn others. I have been to this Starbucks only twice. But both times I went to this place, my card has been compromised. It's weird because I never even used card or reward card but for some reason, the same day but at a later time, a $100 was charged from Starbucks.com, I contacted Starbucks and my card. When the first time it happened, it was situated with my card company but it happened again the second time, again no rewards and paid with cash and I got charged another $100. My card company is currently taking care of it right now but I don't understand why this happens. I want to know if this only happens to me? I also asked for somebody from fraud team of Starbucks to contact me but nobody ever did to follow up. I don't understand why I gotta go through all these hassle all because of getting a drink. read more

Love the people here, so nice and helpful. The drive-through line can be a little long sometimes, but that's because its the only Starbucks drive-through with easy freeway access in Vacaville. Service for me has always been good though. read more

After watching 3 employees serve, make more drinks and take more orders from drive thru customers only, I walked out with the statement "I guess I should have went through the drive thru!!!" There is usually a very long line here but I do not mind the wait as they never mess up my very particular drinks & the staff is super friendly. Some people may think that all Starbucks are the same and as far as the beverages and food comes they be right. What makes this Starbucks stand out is the amazing customer service. This morning I'm having an all stores meeting and I'm rather nervous I'm the newest member of the team and I have left an hour early to try to get my coffee and get there on time. I had a lot of anxiety and after I got my coffee I started stuffing my face and got into my car I drove away. It took about 2.4 seconds for me to finish my sandwich and I went to take a drink of my coffee. But it was nowhere in sight that's when I realized that I had left my coffee on the roof of my car. I went back in the Starbucks and proceeded to get into line when I saw what looked like the manager helping behind the counter I mean helping I mean she was busting her ass. I quickly got out of line and told her what had happen she offered to make me a new coffee and did it very promptly. What really made this in action memorable and impactful as I thought that she took the time to tell me a story about how she done the same thing trying to make me feel like less of a fool. Even though this was during the morning rush she took the time to make a connection with me, And make sure I left happy. read more

Horrible experience almost every time!!! The only reason I stop here is due to its close proximity to I-80 and it is on my way to work. From now on I will go out of my way to go to Peabody Rd Starbucks or Leisure Town Rd Starbucks even if it adds 10 minutes to my commute. I typically order two drinks and they get it right 50% of the time, every time!!! If you go here GET YOUR RECEIPT!!! Ordered a Venti Java Chip Frappacino with no Whip Cream; got a Venti Java, something minty, no chip something or another with extra whip cream, even whip cream blended into the drink!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS and I wouldn't mind seeing it close!!! They thrive on out of town people who don't know better!!! everytime i go to this starbucks they mess up every drink. i'm not one for really complicated drinks. i usually get strawberry refreshers with lemonade and a iced vanilla latte. when me and my girlfriend went to this starbucks we got a refresher with lemonade and a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and they made the refresher with water and there was barely any red coloring (the refresher part) so when i asked them to remake it they not only got incredibly rude but also tried to charge us for both drinks when they already took the first one from me and dumped it out. when the other drink came out it was nothing even remotely close to what we ordered. it was just black iced coffee with cold foam and when we questioned them (my girlfriend gets this drink every single time) they were incredibly rude and shut the window in our face and after five minutes of waiting we just decided cut our losses and drive off... do not recommend this specific location. the one next to the theater is so much better. read more

The manager is a bitch! I get the same thing everytime and get a different price EVERYTIME! When I go to various locations I get charged the same price which is only 3.35. They've charged me almost 7.00 for the same exact drink! They're slow so ur waits are far too long. I would only recommend this place for a bathroom break n free wifi lol. I usually never have a problem with this place. I have always gotten great customer service and excellent drinks. But I am appalled after today's visit. I understand the drive thru is busy but that's no reason to talk crap about your customers. I went through the drive through today 7/31 around 1250pm and the older blonde lady working the window got upset with me after telling me a previous customer gave her a hard time. She closed the window after taking my payment and then while she was waiting for my drinks to be done she was complaining about me to her coworker while pointing at me. BTW the drive thru windows are not sound proof. I suggest that if you are going to talk crap about a customer do it once they have left not when they are sitting there and can hear you. What cracked me up is the fake nice customer service she gave me right after talking bad about me. My order tasted nothing like what i ordered. It tasted like straight up coffee, ice and milk (definitely not SOY milk like i asked because we are lactose intolerant) blended up. Definitely not like the frap that i always order. I had to start coming to this location as the one I normally frequented changed their hours to open at 7:00 am. I haven't really had a "bad" experience here, the only thing I tend to notice is they are a little slow at times. Sometimes there's tons of people working, but no one at the front counter, there is one guy there, I think his name is Mike he is usually pretty prompt. I know their drive-thru gets busy, but it seems as though they focus on that more often than the front counter. The other location I used to go to was a lot quicker, but perhaps because they didn't have the drive-thru. Today though they were great, a customer was taking her sweet time on deciding what she wanted, and then just chit-chatting while there are people waiting behind her, and the guy making the drinks was great enough to ask if he could start anything for me, so my drink was ready by the time I paid. And the lady working the front did apologize for the wait. This location is also kind of weird for a drive-thru because it's in a gas station parking lot so it gets really busy and backed up and there's limited parking, in the AM it's not terrible, but I imagine later in the day it can get bad. read more

I went to Starbucks this morning I normally go to the one on Peabody that is completely amazing customer service and love them however I went because I was running late and on this side of town this morning and I cannot believe how rude the customer service was I was simply asking about when they get San Francisco Chronicle because I have noticed they get it randomly and the customer service from Katie was horrible telling me they don't even order the paper it just gets dropped off to them then another lady comes and talks to me to explain that they only order to newspapers but not San Francisco which makes more sense. I usually order cappachinos at starbucks and have not paid much attention to the quantity of coffee and had wondered about it. If this is typical then one is getting screwed. Worst customer service I have ever received . I was given an incorrect drink and when I asked if this was the correct drink the drive threw cashier says yup it's yours move along . Umm what!?! Thank you ladies for the fabulous coffee and all your hard work ... I stopped by and got a coffee on my way to Disney Land the kids all ordered drinks and we were in and out in a quick time. Store was clean and neat. The girl behind the counter was kind and helpful in suggesting something quick and simple for the drive. My white Mocha was outstanding and my husband really liked his Valencia refresher was great with lemonade ( suggested by barista) . Will stop by again hope the same people are working. No matter what the additional cost in gas to get here I only come to this particular location.all other locations are rude or ghetto. Honestly, this is the worst Starbucks in Vacaville. We still go there somewhat often, hoping things will improve since it's super close to our home... Yeah, no. We wait at least ten to fifteen in the drive-thru on average. They rarely get the drink order right, and we get mochas or SKVL. Not tricky folks. I tried going in to save time... "Dre" took my order and looked like I was imposing by even coming in the door. "Matt" made my drink and he too looked like it was HELL to do so. It's just not very nice, the staff is rude, they're always SUPER SLOW... They should take a week off or something because they really seem miserable there. A customer shouldn't feel like they are imposing on the business by giving them business. read more
