This Starbucks is in a convenient location, off Alamo Dr/Butcher Road, and shares building space with a gas station right next door. Stopped by for some early Sunday AM pick me up. I ordered through the drive thru. The barista was courteous. It took awhile for my drink to be ready, with only just one car ahead of me. After that car left, my drink still took a few minutes to be ready. My order: Tall Hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso. Nothing fancy or modifications of any sort. read more

I passed thru the drive thru at 6am on a Saturday. Was not too busy. Tried the chocolate cold foam cold brew and a double smoke bacon sand which. Came piping hot and the drink seemed decent. The girl taking our order seemed nice. Overall solid breakfast! read more

Veterans Day Appreciation I'm an Afghanistan veteran, and this was the first time I celebrated Veterans Day with my kids since leaving the Army. So this morning I went through the drive through. I was the forth car in the back of the line. They must have been really busy since it took 20 minute get through. That's what went through my mind until I got to window. There was a four young kids "working/preparing drinks" these kids were on a very important conversation that the customers time was not a priority. I watched them for about 30 seconds while they all stood there having their conversation. I honked the horn and they all looked at window as if I was the one being rude. The young girl at the window opened the window and asked if she could help me. "Yes, I told her I see a lot of talking and standing around and there's a huge line behind me that's also waiting" a couple of dirty looks later I see everyone start to hustle get moving to get the drinks out. It seems as if they need some kind of adult supervision at this place to keep the line moving. My gps is saying I'll be 10 minutes late to my appointment. Thanks guys! read more

The drive thru was packed so I decided to go inside and still waited over 15 mins for 1 drink. Even after waiting for 15 mins they told me they made it wrong and it would take another 5 mins. 3 people who ordered after me got their drinks way before they even started to make mine. I tried to remain patient but I understand why so many people leave there so mad. The lady making my drink had a horrible angry look on her face too. read more

Starbucks needs to retrain their people that work the window. Came to this location this morning 1/21/26 and waited in the drive thru to order. Nobody said anything while we waited for quite awhile so we drove around to the window. The girl at the window was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE and said you need to order back there. I told her I was waiting for a long time to order and she said we didn't hear the bell. TWO girls with headsets and not one heard the bell? Apparently, you don't know how to do your job!! When it's your fault for not hearing the bell maybe don't be so rude!! I guess Starbucks hires just anyone without a brain. read more

Purchased coffee beans and had them ground perfectly by the young man working the counter. Manager honored a coupon that was no longer available. Really appreciated that!! Coffee is delicious! I love the Italian roast. Restaurant was clean. Condiments are no longer available in the lobby due to Covid but I'm ok with that if it helps keep us safe. 4 stars instead of 5 due to snarls one of the Baristas displayed during the visit. She was making coffee but not helping customers thank goodness. Maybe she was having a bad day. Overall my favorite go to neighborhood coffee house! read more

I ordered my usual iced shaken espresso. Upon pulling up to the window, I was "greeted" by a young lady who seemed more interested in the conversation she was having with her coworker, rather than completing my order. I pay for my food and drink - including adding a tip. I received my drink and there was milk floating on top, coffee in the middle, and all the sweetener at the bottom. I politely ask if they could shake my drink, and received a quick response: "this is how your drink is made.." with a hint of attitude. So I confirmed - "this is a SHAKEN espresso? The same shaken espresso I order every time I come to Starbucks?" Admittedly, this is not my normal Starbucks, but every other Starbucks I visit, makes my drink the same way. To receive attitude for requesting a drink to be made as advertised, is uncalled for. I will no longer leave tips before receiving my order - thanks Starbucks. read more

Matthew don't need to close by himself he messed up on my drink twice and then gets mad at me for asking for a remake like he had to smoke weed or something because I literally told him to his face how I wanted my drink and he turned around and put extra caramel on it and handed it back to me like what are you back there smoking I literally told you I don't want whipped cream on my drink and he added extra caramel on my drink and kept the whip whipped cream on there. This is not what I ordered. I'm pissed. And I will be coming back tomorrow for a remake because he don't know how to make a Starbucks coffee drink. read more

I'll start off by saying that this place has a different vibe from all the other Starbucks that I've been to in Vacaville. Not saying that's its bad, just different. The place seems a little disorganized. The employees seem a little disconnected as well. When I'm on the road. I'll always look for a Starbucks when I need to use the bathroom to avoid gas station and fast food restaurants which typically smell and are trashed. This place wasn't any better. The bathrooms had trash everywhere. Funny thing is I saw an associate use the rest room and didn't put any effort into cleaning up, no pride. read more

Stellar customer service. Bravo to the team today for putting their customer's needs first. I had a meeting and gently requested for the music to be lowered and they did it for me without hesitation. I know music makes work so much easier and more enjoyable and I can understand how this sucked to turn it down but they simply did it for me because I needed to join a work meeting. I really appreciate this type of service because I'm just one person, and honestly they didn't have to do this. Thank you to the team on 9/9/22. Y'all are amazing read more

Perhaps the drive-through person was a trainee I am unsure. However I ordered a croissant and a coffee and a lime coconut bar. When I get up there they gave me the croissant and a coffee and then they took about five minutes to give me a coconut bar and then charge me $3.50. This location is my go to location in town hands down--even when my day takes me out of range to visit--I still make the time to stop...Walking in I am greeted by staff that have gotten to know me very well and really care for me as a person-some I have became closer with then others. My drinks are always absolutely yummy!!! The staff in this store is always ready to come up with a custom drink for me and want to please!! Truly golden customer service with a friendly smile!! The store director-Jesse-does an incredible job at running this store-it's my favorite-that is saying highly!!! The store is always clean, well set up and ran!! I come to this location before my nail appointment. The staff are nice. All the staff working behind the counter seem to love being there and work well each other. This location os located in a horrible parking lot situation. The drive thru line competes with the gas station so sometimes there can be a traffic jam trying to get to a parking spot. I like coming here because inside service is quick and staff always welcome and acknowledge customers. read more

This location is always friendly! Out of the 3 Starbucks I go to, we are here every.single.morning and they're so fast and efficient! They seem to have the least amount of people in the morning compared to the other 2 locations we go to yet the drinks are made a looooot better and again so much faster. read more

I frequent this Starbucks pretty regularly-- mostly in the mornings on my way to work. The staff is always so friendly through the drive-through and even makes a point to chat with you and ask you questions like "do you have anything planned for the day?," etc. at the window when it takes a little longer for an item to come out. They always make me feel welcome and start my day off with "warm fuzzies" even when I was previously in a sleepy morning grog. At every visit, I've always had my order completed with accuracy and have never had any issues. The only negative of this location is the parking lot situation. This location is in the same lot as a gas station, so parking is very minimal. When the drive through line is long (which it usually is), the drive through-line blocks most of the parking spots, as well-- so you definitely don't want to park there if you'r in a hurry, because you may have to wait for a gap in the line to back out. The drive-through side is also next to a busy road, so when cars are speeding by, it can sometimes be difficult to hear the more soft-spoken employees over the speaker as you're ordering. read more

Chai tea. It was like there was nothing but sugar in it,when mom said it was really sweet she wasn't lying.my mother told the lady I don't remember it being this sweet.The server then said Starbucks keeps changing the drinks.she didn't offer my mom anything.So I went up there and said my mother doesn't like it.And we ended up throwing it away 6 b7cks for nothing never going to another Starbucks. The tables floors and bathrooms where discusting.my mother is retired from Health and social services. This Starbucks might be shut down next time you go we got the Healthcare inspectors looking into this.what comes around goes around. read more

Cherry Blossom Latte - 9 - The cherry syrup is very forward but blends nicely into the latte which gives it light finish. The coffee does get a touch lost so add an extra shot. Citrus Cocoa Latte - 9 - The orange syrup is prevalent throughout the drink but the cocoa starts to stand up more the last half of the drink. I don't prefer chocolate drinks but this doesn't taste like a mocha at all. Very well done Journey!!! Veggie n Egg Breakfast Wrap - 7 - Light and flavorful but needs some pop from another ingredient. I recommend using the Tapatio hit sauce to elevate it above our 7 rating for those that want some pop of flavor and can handle spice. However, it became too hot and with shade limited, we left early. If more shade or coverage had been available for people sitting outside, I would have given Enjoy Coffee five stars.

And AFTER I WAS helped, the lighter shade of people were immediately helped and orders were taken... so not that busy if she didn't run back to finish up whatever had them keep me waiting instead of just taking my order and then get to the tasks since originally no one was behind me. Yt lady in front of me had turned around looked me up and down 2x and turned around. She looked shocked I was in there. I would definitely not go back. Not my type of ambience.

For food, she ordered the chilaquiles and I ordered the ropa vieja plate, and we also added an order of papa rellenas to share. The chilaquiles were easily the star of the show. The chips were perfectly coated in sauce without being soggy, and the sauce itself had a really unique flavor compared to the traditional chilaquiles I'm used to. It had a deeper, richer taste with just the right balance of spice and tang. Every bite was packed with flavor and it felt like a really thoughtful twist on the dish. The ropa vieja was just as impressive. The shredded beef was incredibly tender and flavorful, clearly slow-cooked because it just fell apart with each bite. The seasoning was spot on -- savory, slightly tomatoey, and really comforting. It came with black beans and rice, and even though I'm usually not a big fan of black beans, these were excellent. They had a lot of flavor and a great texture, not watery or bland like they sometimes can be. The only thing that didn't quite land for me was the papa rellenas. They were well made, but I was expecting something with more of an empanada-like texture or a crispier outer bite. Instead, it was much more potato-forward, which made it a little heavier than I was hoping for. Service was amazing! It was a full 6 minutes of us just sitting there. Nobody was even attempting to start my coffee order. My husband finally got up and told them that we are on a timeline. That's when the employee standing next to the employee staring at the juice press walked over to the Expresso machine and started to make my drink. Then they made it incorrectly, giving me only 2 shots not the 3 that I paid for. Then she proceeded to dump some of the liquid from the cup out and simply added another shot. This is wrong on so many levels. The coffee is delicious, the cold pressed juices are fresh and perfectly balanced. The customer service is hit/miss. Oh, and the tip jar is back front and center. Ironic that is is the last thing I was willing to do after the crappy service. PS Not sure what all the fuss is about the music playlist, BUT it's a BIG F*ing Deal for Mondays staff. Please address it so that they can focus on making coffee. Thanks.

I have no idea what the other reviews are talking about. I've been coming to this Starbucks many times in the last 2 years. I always known that they go above and beyond, drinks are better, always super friendly. Today, I ordered 2 London Fog Teas (i feel bad because it takes a while to make, but super good) and they told me to park in the front, understandable. But they insisted that they'll go out of their way to walk out and give me my drinks. Insanely friendly, always smiling, this will always be my go to. read more

The service at this Starbucks is TOP NOTCH! 5 stars is NOT enough! They are extremely friendly and I wish the Starbucks in my area was as nice as these baristas were! My aunt is a regular at this location and they didn't think twice treating me so wonderfully and warmly. Went in and walked to the counter while I was just stared at by the staff, said hi twice and was ignored until I ordered. After I ordered she said we don't got that in the store right now. I have witnessed the staff being berated and yelled at by entitled "new" customers - I have kindly spoken up in these situations and the "new" customer ends up looking foolish. Now I have to mention... the "drop days" which I loathe, are now littered with resellers and entitled customers who want their order NOW - I don't visit as much for this reason. I miss visiting the staff almost daily and chatting it up with them. This location's staff has always exemplified the Dutch Bros brand, I just wish more people took the time to enjoy their company instead of being entitled/rude. They are ALL so kind/caring/funny and every interaction with them is memorable. Deep down I knew this would happen when Dutch Bros opened its doors in Vacaville - this town definitely doesn't deserve nice things... and with DB corporate adding more and more to their menu to satiate these energy drink monsters (new customers)... i fear these "new" customers will continue to grow in number... and rudeness. DB means Dutch Bros to some.. to me it now means "do better". The community needs to do better.. and corporate needs to do better and get back to the basics of the brand. At the end of the day.. It's just coffee.. and this community and Do Better Corporate have zero idea what "Dutch Love" is.. or was.

From taking orders without taking customers personal preferences personally to taking 15 min preparing what could only be described as the world's tiniest shot of milk shake I've ever witnessed, something is off. And no, it was not busy and yes, there was plenty of staff, 5 that I could see. Not to mention the refund that I was promised, not one i asked for btw but one they decided to give me because they couldn't deliver what I ordered, and I never received it. She went to the cash register and did something, just not what she said she was going to do. Not sure what happened but.... I'm sticking to the other locations in our area, where I have been repeatedly disappointed.
