A brand new drive thru Starbucks less than a mile from my house = Life changing. The inside is very spacious but parking can be hard to come by. It is the same driveway entrance as the Mobil gas station. The employees I've encountered have all been very friendly and nice. The drive thru is also pretty fast even for complex drinks. They are open late too. Seriously my life has changed because of this Starbucks. Just go there. read more

Parking is horrible, next to a gas station. The actual store has a few parking spots but it's right on the entry to the drive thru. Once you park there it's impossible to get out as the drive thru line is always long, blocking the way out. The other side of the gas station is shared with a jiffy lube type place and there are always parked cars. Don't bother with his location as you will spend more time trying to find parking. You might ask why not just go in the drive thru? Well because it's super long and hard to maneuver in a big car. Horrible location read more

The drinks are great and the location is convenient for me, however this has to be the SLOWEST Starbucks I have EVER been to. Walking in to order or drive thru, doesn't matter, equally as slow, even when there is only 2 cars in the drive thru or 1-2 people in line. 1st - they seem to be understaffed. The drive thru takes forever even on a Sunday at 10am. There were only 3 cars in front of me but boy oh boy! It took 15 minutes. 2nd - no ownership! Before I got there I looked up my Starbucks app and it says I have a reward. I told the guy at the window to reload my app for $25 then I told him I want to redeem my reward. Then he said, I should have done that 1st. Then he said it says its expired and nothings there. I told him it was there yet with no OWNERSHIP he continues to say there's no way I could've taken it off. Then another person, started inserting herself to our conversation and said the same thing. Mind you, they didn't even say sorry for the confusion the whole time. They kept saying they could not have done it. Hmmm, just no ownership what so ever! 3rd - does not value loyalty. We go to this location almost everyday yet - they didn't even had a single remorse for what happened. Not even a single apology demeanor during the exchange of words. Well, I guess I should not be surprised. Come to think of it, nobody in their leadership team even responds to the yelp reviews here. Despite where this Starbucks is located, the moment you go inside this Starbucks you'll be amazed how well they designed this one. First thing you'll notice is the space. It is very spacious and i highly doubt this location will ever have a problem with overfilling. This location is the worst. I have stopped here on many different occasions. 1) I inquired about the iced teas. Finally decided on a passion tea. Come to find out the guy gave me a green tea and said "You looked like you were a green tea kind of person." How about just giving me what I order? 2) They ALWAYS burn my coffee. Even if I order it at 135 (which is the temperature they make all of the kids drinks at.) If I wanted burnt coffee I would make it myself. 3) THEY OVER CHARGED ME FOR A DRINK!!! When I asked the girl why it was so much/if the raised their prices she just said "I guess so." When I went back it was back to it's original price. Thanks for charing me 70cents more for my awful drink. 4) PARKING IS AWFUL. At the end of the day, it's NOT worth it. There are a TON more starbucks in the area. Go there. Messed up my Frappuchino order on three consecutive visits. (Once it had no syrup that it comes with, all three times with no drizzle I ordered, and once with whipped cream smeard inside my lid after I specifically said No Whip) After I complained to starbucks they apologized and asked me to give them another chance...they messed it up the next two times so I give up! The drive up staff are rude. If you get a totally wrong drink and bring it to their attention they act like you were the one who was wrong. I saw whipped cream completely inside my lid and said I specifially ordered no whip, but his looks like you put it in, put the lid on, then scooped it out and didn't change lids even. His reply was "there is no whipped cream, that is what that drink looks like." What!?? Listen young man, I have ordered this exact drink about 50 times in the last year (my weekly treat) and this is NOT how it comes. He just said, well that is how it is. How RUDE! Starbucks employees have never been rude like this. I will drive an extra mile out of my way to avoid this store and their untrained, rude staff. Don't go to this Starbucks. read more

Ugh. I dread going to this Starbucks but it's the closest to me. The parking lot is impossible and the staff is not very friendly. I recently had a mobile order which said my drink would be ready in 2-6 minutes. I arrived about 10 minutes later. There were 2 guys waiting for their drinks and only 4-5 customers in the place, but my drink was not ready. The barista didn't even look at me or acknowledge me as I stood there waiting. When she finished a drink I finally got her attention and asked about mine. She said it was up next and made my drink. So that was about 20 minutes for my drink order....not really any point in ordering ahead. read more

Came here on a Thursday early morning and I was help with this short Hispanic chubby girl. I think she was the shift. She was at bar and at the register. At 5:30am I really don't understand why she was so flustered. Not even a crack of smile on her or a greeting! I had a matcha green tea latte and I had requested to substitute half matcha and half vanilla bean powder. The grumpy girl charge me $0.50 for extra vanilla bean powder! I told her it was a substitute, why are you charging me?!? She told me it was something that's an add on which was not part of the ingredient. She also gave me an example of vanilla bean frap adding caramel sauce, I was like that's totally different! That's an add on and mine is substituting! I'm not stupid! And I'm pretty sure you start charging people for 8oz and more. I think I won't be coming back here in the morning because of her. read more

Tbh I use to come to this Starbucks everyday 5 times a week get coffee and a turkey bacon sandwich and sit inside and do my work. Since they don't have a lot of plugs around the whole inside I don't ever come in. They have it just around one small table that's fits like only 6 people and it's always packed. Hows is that convenient for everyone else who needs to use and charge something. This is the worst like they don't care about all there costumers. Ugh! All I can say is DO NOT GO INSIDE! I have been there twice now: they only care about the drive-thru customers. The first time it took 20 min for one drink because they started our drink then let it sit there while they started helping only drive-thru customers. Today there were 3 customers in line and none of us got our drinks while all 6 employees made drinks for drive-thru customers. Sure the parking is terrible, but I'm giving this place a 5 because of the staff. When I took my class of young adults with special needs here and gave them the challenge of ordering their own stuff (for most the first time they've ever ordered anything) the cashier, Tiny, was amazing.... patient with a continuous smile. She asked questions and prompted my students until she knew exactly what they wanted. Even with one of my students with severe speech difficulties she showed unyielding patience and the determination to get his order correct. My students walked away feeling quite proud of themselves, feeling just like everyone else, which is thre greatest feeling. Thank you Tiny! read more

sturbucks in the corner of roscoe & balboa is awful the so called manager isn't even aware of store policies she gave me a very hard time to return cups with original a current receipt saying that she'll take it back fir store credit only that is absolutely not acceptable she gave the number for the regional i called and they proved me she was WRONG so another sturbucks took the cups back for a credit on my visa ...i think sturbucks isn't training their employees and managers to meet their standards. read more

Really clean and spacious but service is mediocre at best. On several occasions I was left standing at the counter for a really long time before anyone acknowledged my existence ... then I was left standing there a while longer. Most baristas act like I should be thankful for the privilege to place my order with them (well, they did show me my place by leaving me standing there). Friendly greetings are nonexistent and I'm pretty sure the baristas' faces would crack if they smiled. The cold brew quality in this particular Starbucks, it's pretty much nonexistent; It doesn't even taste like coffee. I guess it's time for me to completely switch to Peet's coffee. Peet's coffee taste the same way that Starbucks used to taste when they first expanded their brand. I guess that is the price that a company has to pay when they concentrate into their profits, instead of the quality of its product , What a huge disappointment. Also, I would like to clarify that this is not the first time that I have received poor quality coffee. There is nothing more convenient than a Starbucks Drive Thru. What better way than to get coffee in the comfort of your own car, still wearing your pajamas. Service is always great and with a smile. The line can get long at times but it's always still worth it to me. The only thing that sucks about the drive thru is that the level of half and half is never what I want it to be... but that's what happens when you are too lazy to get out of your car and leave your preferences up to another person. I went to this starbucks at night because I was craving a fapuccino and it look pretty empty and not busy at all. I asked for a vanilla bean. there was a lovely girl making the drinks but then a second girl came to i guess help her so i saw her make my drink. her name was like jessica or jenny or something like that. anyway she made my drink and when i got it, it tasted all watered down with no taste of the vanilla bean. i get that you may want to help but may be learn how to make the drinks better before you go to help make drinks. i didnt want to make a big fuss but ive come here a couple of other times and my drinks always come out bland. read more

This is the ONLY Starbucks I still like since they remodeled every location. It does have (in comparison to other locations) the most seats. Other location you have at the best and maybe a handful of tables. This has booths and tables and bar seating :) It is also not only VERY CLEAN, but also very spacious, which means I don't have to deal with the typical old, desperate, pervert grandpa men you usually only run into at Starbucks. It is also very bright. The "NotSoCool" is the horrible learning situation and the extremely tight drive through entrance. Personal is great so far. Even during the busy hours they get you in and out in pretty much no time. I certainly recommend this Starbucks if you are in the neighborhood, just be prepared that parking is not that fun over here. read more

Really big new and nice inside! O'Neil makes the mocha frap the way it's meant to be made. When baristas don't cut corners, your Starbucks drink taste amazing. Quality counts! I've stopped at this Starbucks several times on my way to my daughter's apartment. The drinks are made perfectly and the staff is very friendly and quick, however, the parking situation is extremely problematic. There is very little parking so using the drive-thru is the better option, but sometimes I like to sit inside and wait until it is time to see my daughter and that is when the parking become an issue. read more

Great staff and even when there is a super long drive thru line the staff seem to get people in and out quickly. Rarely do they get your order wrong and if the do as everyone has an off day they are super fast at fixing it and making sure you leave happy!
