Total waste of time! Do yourself a favor and drive to a location nearby, for the third time in a row this Starbucks messed up my order. Starting with the size, then making a decaf. I returned the drink three times only to get a attitude from a worker. The times before we also because it wasn't decaf. Bottom line their service is subpar and they need to pay more attention to detail. read more

Love this starbucks drive thru! The location isnt the most convenient but the service is fast, and I always get a friendly face.

I try to avoid this location since the line is always wrapped around the corner and blocks the gas station pumps and the parking is at times hard to get in and out of. But the service is quick and the baristas are nice and that makes up for all of it. read more

This Starbucks location is close to home and a joy for anyone even if the parking is a nightmare. I admit that since it's close to home AND a drive through, I'm here more than I should be. I know most of the people who work here and most of them are sweet! Today, there was a certain barista who I've never seen before, so I thought she was new even if she spoke like a manager. I'm super bummed I didn't get her name but I know it started with an "O", it was like "Ora" or something. She snapped at me and told me it wasn't possible to put one drink into two cups. I wanted just a little bit split in a small cup for my two year old and she gave me a hard time about it. She gave me attitude and gave me disgusted looks. For a manager, this is unacceptable. For a new barista, this can be something to learn from. Either way, it ticked me off enough to write a review about it.... I'm still going to this Starbucks a couple times a week, I'm still happy with most people who work here. But she just made me frustrated with going there. read more

Best drive-thru Starbucks ever! The people and the drive-thru were so efficient....not to mention friendly!!! Ordered a chai tea latte with soy. Usually I get it hot, but it was hot today so I asked how it was cold, and the lady who was taking my order got cut off by another (male) worker and he chimes in, "Cold is BOOOOMB!" Haha! Sold! Went with that, and it was bomb! That kind of attitude just made my day. I love when places and people can be REAL and joke around with each other and that type of aura just rubs off! Their drive-thru is SO fast! I get in the drive-thru line of maybe 4-5 cars, and I don't even get a chance to put on some mascara before I need to start moving again. They always get my order right, and their service is great. I've been inside a couple of times, and they're fast inside, too. Since this one opened (near my work), I've been going much more frequently, and I'm never disappointed. Hopefully the lines don't get crazy long once more people find out about it. read more

Went to this Starbucks Friday night at 9:15pm. Staff was not very friendly because it looked as if they were rushing to get closing procedures done and get out. First, cashier said they didn't have any whip cream. Second, staff started vacumming and pulling chairs up around 9:20ish while there were about 10 people in there. Third, staff started sweeping almost entire seating area while clients were still in store, i might not have noticed a wet floor sign. In addition, someone came out of bathroom and staff told the client something along the lines "you were in bathroom for a long time, are you okay? you didn't leave a mess in there right?" loud enough for every client to hear. Which did not make it a comfortable environment. It just seemed as if they were rushing to close, while seating area hours shouldve been until 10pm, but doors were closed around 945ish. Just went to this Starbucks, drive thru was super long so decided to run inside instead. I was the only one in line so it wasn't busy at all. Ended up waiting so long for my one drink and normally I don't complain or get irritated but there was only one guy making drinks for both drive thru and in house, which isn't usually the case but they didn't let anyone know. This starbucks's was empty tonight around 7pm and still got the order wrong. They gave me just a regular coffee when I paid for the caramel latte. they're really upfront about kicking you out at closing time, but i've never had that problem at ANY other starbucks. they gave me the wrong sandwich, so i let them know i ordered something else. they took it back with an upset attitude as if i insulted their mother and spit on their future graves, and within 2 minutes, got a new sandwich. great! but they slid it and said "here" which was hella bizarre - i still left a tip on my starbucks app regardless bc i was assuming they were just having a bad day but they definitely had no chill. i have had some really awkward experiences here before, which sucks cause it's right nearby my house, but damn dawg, y u gotta be so mean :( read more

Never has coconut milk at this location! My order is always wrong no matter how many times I repeat it... I thought it was just me... So I sent my friend to get coffee... They didn't have several ingredients to make the drinks we wanted... And what we ordered still came back wrong. ... SHUT THIS ONE DOWN!!! Or get a new manager ASAP! Do not go to this location... They have good days and bad days! If you go at 6am the drinks are decent. After that time they suck! Some of the baristas know what they are doing while others don't. Usually the drinks are half way full and full of foam. I'd suggest trying a different Starbucks since this ones fairly new read more

I love Starbucks coffee but this location is terrible! Something is always wrong or off with my usual order! Today I ordered a grande latte and I felt it being a bit light so I opened the lid and half the cup was EMPTY!!!!! I was angry but already drove off and didn't feel like going back. One other time I ordered a sandwich and when I finally got to open to eat it I was disgusted for it looked like they had sweeper it off the floor and threw all the torn pieces in the bag!
