Huge shout out to Amanda who remade my drinks when I ordered from the wrong location it really meant a lot!!

So this may seem like a small thing but on top of the horrible day I've already been having it really frustrated me I was looking forward all day to trying to butterfly drink so I sent my boyfriend to pick it up for me I was on the phone with him so I know he ordered it correctly just a butterfly drink, when he brought me my drink it was completely different from what we had ordered it tasted like slightly flavored purple water with no coconut milk or anything (that's what the butterfly drink comes with) I'm just very disappointed and really added to the bad day I was already having on top of that it was 7$ very disappointed to spend 7$ on basically some purple water. read more

I came inside to order to avoid the long car line and the employees there and it looked like the manager were just too busy to help me. I was the only one standing in line. AMANDA even answered the phone and looked straight at me while I was waiting in line. So I walked out and just ordered through the app. Drink tasted chalky I got an iced matcha. read more

The last two times in the drive through...my small hot mocha drink was a little over a half full and warm, not hot.

Their great beverages are made exactly the same in all Starbucks stores so you always know you'll get what you order. It's very comforting to know this high quality is delivered every time. I've been on a tea kick lately and their selection of teas both hot and cold is excellent. While their food is good, it's not something I think of when I think of Starbucks. I definitely don't think of Starbucks for lunch or food. Breakfast? Maybe, if I happen to get a beverage at a Starbucks during breakfast. read more

I only give it a one star because it was open the service is once again terrible. No one is happy or smiles or tells you what's is going on with your drink. I've tried it one more time today only to be angry again. I will not go in to that Starbucks again. I waited 15 but no response from barista when asked about my order they were busy with drive thru and Mobil orders. What happens to the walk up orders they get lost. We pay more now for what ? Their raise? I wish those working there liked their job it's sad no more for me !!! The coffee cake was so dry it fell apart also. Got my money back for coffee not the cake tho. read more

Wowsa! Terrible coffee this morning. Ordered two Pike Place brews and they were awful. Tasted beyond burnt. Hubby described notes of cigarette ash and that was spot on. Check the beans, the hopper, and the air pots. Either we got a bad batch of severely burned roast or someone poured us dark roasts (still burnt) by mistake. Yuck. I'm addicted to coffee but this wasn't even drinkable and went in the trash after a few desperate sips. read more

The cashier literally looked at me in the eye and walked away from taking my order. I stood there for five minutes being told I'll be right with you when she continued to walk by me finally as you've got to the cashier I was over at that point decided just to leave and go to a differentStarbucks!! This location has got my order wrong so many times that I just don't go to this one anymore. They're always nice enough to say they'll make it right when I call in but at this point it's just too many errors and I'm not talking about a complicated drink, I only order breakfast foods off of their menu without any substitutions. They also get attitude when I would tell them it's not correct. read more

Very poor service. They make you wait while they have conversations with others and use the restroom. Waited 15 minutes and my drink still didn't get made so I asked for a refund. This is the best Starbucks location! The night shift is the absolute best. They are incredibly nice. Here are some hacks: Go during the night shift and order a rose quartz latte it's so good! It has raspberry in it. This is on a special test menu. This location has a good amount of seating. The bench seating is comfortable. There are adequate outlets too. Free WiFi and free refills on coffee or tea make this an ideal place to sit and get some work done. Barista Danielle is the best! She makes me the best Frappuccino it's a vanilla bean add scoop strawberries, java chips and mocha sauce!! read more

Ok so I love Starbucks like everyone else and I am alway Prepared for a line but my goodness, this line is always so long and really slow every time I come here. The line has an impact on traffic through the parking lot and Sometimes you have cars on both ends left and right of the drive thru entrance Which also causes confusion. My coffee was fine and the service was normal. Most times it is faster to just drive across town for a coffee. read more

Fast and friendly service. I like this location, except for the parking (thats why its only a 4 star). The building seems very open inside and not crammed with all the stuff Starbucks has to sell. Bathrooms we very clean and the lobby floor had some small amount of trash on its floor, but it was quickly picked up by one of the employees. Numerous times I saw employees checking the trash cans, wiping tables, wiping down the counters and also checking on the restrooms. While enjoying coffee with my "Coffee Club" 5 different employees came outside and checked on us, making sure everything was okay and one time bringing us water and tea. I feel like these employees went above and beyond to make out stay enjoyable. My only complaint is the parking. It is very horrible but there is a near by parking lot at Rite Aid and there is a drive through. read more

Usually my go to Starbucks but not sure if it has all or mostly new employees that just don't care anymore. Multiple times I've been here and my cup is only half way filled up and last time I took it back the barista argued with me it was probably empty because of foam and whipped cream. This is the second time I've came to this location. It has a drive thru and is near the freeway. That's the only reason why I came back. I should've just listened to myself the first time I left this place. Never again will I come back. I sat in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes and they screwed my drink up. BOTH TIMES! Come on. Really! What a waste of my time and money. They really need to hire people that actually know how to read a damn label. read more

Tried to come here for a coffee this morning couldn't order ahead, said dining was closed so we got in the crazy long line to wait, while waiting we saw people come and go from the dining area. The line barely moved after 15 minutes so we left and went to a Starbucks in davis, the woodland locations in general but specifically this location are a joke. Doke waste your time. Drive through service was abysmal this morning. Attempted to order a tea at the drive thru, employee said they could not hear, and instructed me to wait until I can pull up further. I attempt to order tea again, employee still cannot hear.try at it's time to be cut off mid sentence and told to "hold on" at that point I drive to window to place order in person. Employeee does open windows for 2 minutes attempt order a 5th time only to be told "it's hard to hear you when you're yelling" absolutely terrible customer service skills. I frequent this Starbucks multiple times in a week. When I have time, I'll go in and place my order. The cashier is always friendly, and if it's a barista who is familiar with me then they always squeeze a little room for jokes and small talk which make each visit very personable and welcoming. If I'm in a rush then I turn to mobile ordering. When I pick up my order they still try to make sure I'm acknowledged and send me off with a smile. This location is spacious and offers a good amount of seating. They try their best to keep things tidy especially when they're swamped with customers. My order is always made right, and is always served with a smile an a personal greeting. By now, most of them know my name and my drink because I consistently get the same thing. read more

The store was not clean at all. The workers seem like they had no clue what they were doing. My drinks we ordered and ready after 20 min. Upon entry, there was no greeting by any employees. Waited for about 10 min before Anjelica acknowledge me standing there. Eli the "store manager" was rude and careless about how much the other workers were needing help. She had another customer sitting longer than I did who also left angry. Starbucks needs to retrain staff or get better employees there. I ordered 4 drinks and got one every 5 min after waiting 20. I asked for a refund and Eli said my drinks were ready when they were not. And they didnt even get my order right. After seeing other similar reviews it seems like Starbucks gots a real prob here. Asked for some water in a Nalgene bottle. Was told that they would not be able to do that but instead they could fill up a plastic cup full of water and I could pour it in. Shocked. While Starbucks isn't known for its earth friendly policies, this one seems just utterly ridiculous. As if we need any more reasons to waste plastic. This is the slowest Starbucks of all time. Many trips, both drive thru and inside and it's always a 30 min excursion. I like the people, I just wish they would get a better system to get things moving. Should take a training class from the Pioneer location. They are super fast! Still the same. Starbucks really need to focus on hiring better people. You basically have to jump up and down before anyone will acknowledge you here. I went here today and ordered a large mocha with almond milk and no whip. They made it incorrectly and instead of remaking what I ordered, the manager Jen decided to remake something that tasted like a watered down hot chocolate. She made it in about 30 seconds, which led me to believe she didn't remake a mocha (knowingly so in my opinion) in an attempt to remake my drink as quickly as possible and get me out the store. After tasting it, it was most definitely NOT a mocha. Remaking some random drink and passing it off as something I ordered is incredibly dishonest and a really stupid reason to lose a customer. read more

This morning 12/22 I went to this Starbucks at around 5:10 and waited in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes thinking maybe no one was there but I walked to the front door to look inside and I see a person sitting at a table asleep I went through the drive through to give one more chance and still nothing!!! read more

There's a reason this Starbucks has terrible ratings. Every time I come here, it's at least a 15 minute commitment for drive thru. My drink is always wrong. The caramel macchiato I'm currently drinking is more like a caramel milk. Avoiding this store from now on. read more

I wish for ONCE this location would get my order right. I get the same drink, it's not complicated, and yet it's nearly every single time something is wrong. They make a macchiato instead of a latte, put very little caramel drizzle when it says EXTRA, and fill the cup with ice when it clearly says LIGHT ice. It's just annoying because I don't want to be that person that sends her drink back every day, but COME ON. Just make my drink right PLEASE. read more

Came in at 7 in the morning and EVERYONE on the staff was chipper and friendly. Really couldn't ask for anything more from a starbucks. They're polite and take the time to greet you, while remembering your name. I left in a much better mood than when I had arrived! read more
