Paid for a drink that I didn't like

I came inside to order to avoid the long car line and the employees there and it looked like the manager were just too busy to help me. I was the only one standing in line. AMANDA even answered the phone and looked straight at me while I was waiting in line. So I walked out and just ordered through the app. Drink tasted chalky I got an iced matcha.

This is the best Starbucks location! The night shift is the absolute best. They are incredibly nice. Here are some hacks: Go during the night shift and order a rose quartz latte it's so good! It has raspberry in it. This is on a special test menu. This location has a good amount of seating. The bench seating is comfortable. There are adequate outlets too. Free WiFi and free refills on coffee or tea make this an ideal place to sit and get some work done. Barista Danielle is the best! She makes me the best Frappuccino it's a vanilla bean add scoop strawberries, java chips and mocha sauce!!

Fast and friendly service. I like this location, except for the parking (thats why its only a 4 star). The building seems very open inside and not crammed with all the stuff Starbucks has to sell. Bathrooms we very clean and the lobby floor had some small amount of trash on its floor, but it was quickly picked up by one of the employees. Numerous times I saw employees checking the trash cans, wiping tables, wiping down the counters and also checking on the restrooms. While enjoying coffee with my "Coffee Club" 5 different employees came outside and checked on us, making sure everything was okay and one time bringing us water and tea. I feel like these employees went above and beyond to make out stay enjoyable. My only complaint is the parking. It is very horrible but there is a near by parking lot at Rite Aid and there is a drive through.

Iced Mocha! Not hard to make. How come it's hella sweet and doesn't taste like coffee at all! ‍

This is the second time I've came to this location. It has a drive thru and is near the freeway. That's the only reason why I came back. I should've just listened to myself the first time I left this place. Never again will I come back. I sat in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes and they screwed my drink up. BOTH TIMES! Come on. Really! What a waste of my time and money. They really need to hire people that actually know how to read a damn label.

That's how much was in the cup

The cashier is always friendly, and if it's a barista who is familiar with me then they always squeeze a little room for jokes and small talk which make each visit very personable and welcoming.

They make their own syrups, which is so hard to find! We got the cascara latte and honey lavender.... They put cocoa and citrus on top and whoever made these syrups is a genius. They nailed the flavors, this tastes like they've been perfecting these syrups for ages! The honey lavender latte, was the best I have ever had! And I try them at most coffee shops, they made this one PERFECT! I can taste the quality honey and the lavender is infused perfectly! I can't stand when other places use junk honey, this place was AMAZING! Then I order a bacon breakfast sandwich which is made without bacon. They ask if I want them to just give me some bacon to add myself or remake the sandwich with bacon. I chose to have the sandwich remade with bacon and they then proceed to tell me they have no more English muffins to do that. So, we just added the bacon to the premade breakfast sandwich. To top it off, I had ordered an iced tea and when I went back in to ask, if I could get a refill, they said sure, as long as you pay again as we charge full price for refills!!! Who in the hell charges $3-4 dollars for every refill of iced tea? Not that I would be coming back here because I am simply passing through town, but based on this experience, even if I lived in the area, I would never come back to this place. By the way, it was a one star experience, but I gave two stars for the outdoor patio as it is an enjoyable place to sit and dine if you can actually get what you ordered.

I contemplated also buying honey but figured the hostess already had us covered with charcuterie, ports, olive oil and balsamic vinegars. I didn't catch the name of the man who helped me out, but he was super knowledgeable. I tasted more than a handful of different meads, ranging from bright and sweet to hoppy, to notes of cardamom and pine, to a thick almost port-like consistency, to a dry one. I also noticed one local brand, Strad Meadery represented as well. This wasn't a formal proper sit-down tasting as I was short on time, compared to when I did the actual honey tasting and they had a UC Davis Honey Flavor & Aroma Tasting Wheel to go along with. Ultimately I ended up purchasing a bottle of limited edition Sky River Chamomile Mead (Puget Sound, WA) and a specialty small-batch Monarch Series bottle of SideTrack Meadery's Celebratory Cyser Apple Mead (California Bay Area). We shared the Cyser which was great, and saving the bottle of Chamomile for a future date. I'll be back soon for lunch or to catch live music on the pollinator garden patio!

Once they opened, we did the honey tasting, and there was an incredible number of honeys that we could taste there were 7 of us and we each tried 14 honeys, 2 nut butters and 2 fruit spreads. I have to say that the tastings are the highlight of this visit because I had no idea what an amazing variety of honey wecultivate here in the Sacramento Valley. Also, my favorite honey was from Hawaii flower that's only grown on the big island... which I had to buy. The honey is insanely expensive, but when you have something that is so unique, it's worth it. After all of that tasting, I thought I was gonna have a diabetic overload, so we went and had our savory lunch. Each one of the seven of us purchased one item and asked for it to be sliced up so that we could all share. I have to say the only item on the menu that I went crazy for was the real Gouda cheese and bacon and peach sandwich. It was absolutely divine. I also really enjoyed the whipped goat cheese with honey although the nectarines on the side should have been sliced up and incorporated so that more bites could contain them. Prices are a little steep, but the atmosphere is lovely. It was a very warm day. We had the misters going. Some people didn't like getting wet, but that's OK. There was other places where you could sit and not get wet. I would definitely come here again with people new to the area to do the tasting that was super fun and I would also like to get a tour of their operation. While they don't actually harvest the honey here they contract with the local, single hive owners and they have an amazing amazing array of honeys. They do all of the packaging injuring of the products here. I was super happy to hear that they partner with the ally in a Sacramento to make their hot honey and some infuse honey's. I love shopping local and this made me super happy farm to forget it's greatest.
