Called this place for a price on livescan service, lady over the phone said she can't give me a price unless you bring the paperwork in but it's roughly around $85 for the scan. I thought it was a little to much but since the requesting agency had told me it's about $35 anywhere you go, because it's for a volunteer non profit organization. I figured they will adjust the price once they see who's requesting the scan. Walked in and the girl helping me looked at the paperwork and I asked again now that you see the paperwork how much is the scan? She gave me the side eye and said around $85 plus government fees. Her attitude and vibe just made me decide right there I'm not giving this scamming Place my money. I walked out googled a place down the street from there walked in, the live scan fee was $35 and $0 government fee since it was for volunteer work.( UNLIKE WHAT THIS BUSINESS TRIED TO CHARGE ME) The Asian girl I believe her name is Kailey (the owner) has an attitude, over charges for services, $85!!! For a simple live scan.... And give you that rolling eyes look and is RUDE. I can't speak for there other services but if you need a live scan, DO NOT GO THERE, they scam you FOR UNNECESSARY FEES AND OVER CHARGE BY $50 for their 5min finger print scan....

The original…read moreowners were nice and professional, unlike the new middle eastern lady the took over the business recently. The new owner is rude, unprofessional, and doesn't even show up to open the business half the time. There have been numerous occasion during the past year where I have shown up to pick up my mail and the locations was closed at 12, 1, 2:00, in the middle of the day. The store is dirty as can be and needs a serious deep cleaning. Theres clutter and junk all over the place and it smells like a dead body half the time. There would be times that I would go there to pay the bill and she wouldn't be there. Then when I would finally catch her and the bill was past due, she would want to charge me a late fee. How the hell are you gonna try to charge me a late fee when the reason the bill is past due is because you decided not to show up to work today. The owner has been constantly raising the prices month after month. I finally got tired of it and told her I would extend my box once more before having my mail transferred elsewhere and all of a sudden the price went up an additional $25. When I came to close my account and pick up my final pieces of mail she refused to give them to me and I had to get the police involved. This lady is horrible. I would definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere, like the UPS store. Don't waste your time or money here.
