During our first few visits, there was no problem. Then we were suddenly told that every adult had to complete a waiver. That was understandable, so we did it. On our most recent visit, we were told that our 4-month-old baby also needed a waiver--even after we explained that she would not be playing or entering the playground. Requiring a waiver for a baby who isn't using the equipment just didn't make sense. The experience really depends on who's working that day. We've had visits where the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and those visits were great. Unfortunately, most of the time we've encountered employees with poor attitudes who seem bothered by customers or like they don't enjoy their jobs. Kids Empire should make sure all employees are enforcing the same policies and provide better customer service training. Consistency and a friendly attitude would make a huge difference in the overall experience.

Our host , I think her name is Kristy, help us to set up and was always checking in to see if we needed anything. This place provided a red cart to transport our party supplies, which was very thoughtful. We also loved that the party area already felt festive and fun, so we didn't need to bring many decorations or balloons. The entire facility was very clean and well organized. There were also a few pleasant surprises that made the day extra special. The mascot came by to take photos with our birthday girl and our family, and we received a beautiful acrylic photo keepsake with both pictures. My girl also loved the little goodie bag that mascot gave to her. The kids had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. I also like that there is a mini fridge in our party room so we could keep our popsicles frozen until the end of the party. Another thing I would like to mention, is this place didn't feel overly crowded or too noisy, even though it was a Saturday afternoon (maybe we were lucky that day) If I had a couple of things to add on, I would love to have a little more setup time for us before the party starts, since we're only allowed to arrive 15 minutes early. We also wished the mascot could have stayed just a little longer (until we finish the birthday song) Overall, we're very happy we chose Funbox Arcadia for our daughter's birthday celebration. However, you can leave to grab something to eat and come back afterward, so honestly, it's not really a big deal. It was a quick 2 hr limit and it was perfect because after you would be able to sit outside with everyone else if you wanted to stay longer. They did have a snack area and were kept stocked with lots of chips, drinks, coffee and some candy. They did provide you with socks which I loved!

Ball pits, trampolines, slides and many more engaging things wait for your kiddos. I have taken my 19-month son here twice and he loves it every time. It is $35 for 2 hours on the weekend, and unlimited time on the weekdays. Since they host birthday parties, check their yelp or call to see if they are open on the weekends. One thing I like is about Wonderland is that I can bring my coffee or outside food/drinks while I watch my son play. Socks are worn in the play areas at all times. One piece of advice for adults, bring your exercise clothes because you will be warm going through the play areas with your young ones. If your child needs a space to expend energy, I would recommend bringing him/her here!

I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

Would like to inform you that I will be filing a police report because I had my iPad stolen at your place of business. We were told we could not bring our personal belongings in and would have to leave it with stroller in the front of your store. When I returned to my car realized my iPad was gone. Not sure if this was an inside job or if this is a common occurrence at your place of business but I will most definitely not be returning and will advise friends and relatives of the potential theft going on at your place of business. Your employees are more concerned and watchful over whether you put outside food in your mouth over making sure you don't go over your paid time or customers coming in smelling like they smoked weed in the parking lot.

I ordered the croque madame with fries and wow it was sooo good! Service was good and food was piping hot ! We never liked the "entrance fee" that I obviously know about and I stand by what I said: ADULTS ARE FORCED TO ORDER THEIR SUBPAR OVERPRICED FOOD FOR ENTRY aside from the entrance fee for their kids. The SGV eats post - I wasn't talking about one post. Geraldyne has posted several times and most of those times people have chimed in with their experiences and she removed her entire posts so people won't find the comments. Once again, trust the low star ratings. If you read them, you'll see a lot of them echo what I've posted here. --- If you have a toddler or a young kid, avoid this place. Read the lower rated reviews, because those paint a more accurate picture than glowing reviews from people who got discounts to this place. Adults are forced to order a meal as an entrance fee, and all the choices are subpar and overpriced. There was only one lovely staff member, an African American woman that unfortunately seemed to have left, because everyone else were not friendly nor helpful, and are barely present. The husband who supposedly cooks the meal made the driest, toughest, inedible steak salad and I couldn't even get help with my meal because there was no staff around to help, and whenever the husband came out, he would just be zipping in and out so fast I couldn't even catch him, and I couldn't leave my daughter by herself. The food choices for kids are also subpar. The play area itself is also subpar. There's very little options to play with, and whatever is there are mostly broken toys or have missing parts. The "separate" area for younger kids are always a huge mess to the point where it's safer for a 1-2 yr old to be in the general area with how disorganized it is. It's nothing but an afterthought, and bigger kids go there to mess up that area all the time No one really goes to clean up or check the play areas periodically, so even though it's part of their "rules", you see kids throwing toys at other kids, kids leaving messes around, etc. The positive reviews about these place are probably from people who've only been there once and have had some sort of discount. As a previous repeat customer who tried to give this place multiple chances, it is nothing but a cash-grab by greedy owners who care nothing about kids. The owner, Geraldine, also loves to promote her business on Facebook groups, and even whine about lack of "support" from people, but when previous customers try to make suggestions or anything remotely resembling a valid criticism, she'll remove the post so no one sees it. It's very dishonest, and shows what kind of people run this business. There are better places to go to entertain kids in SGV, don't waste your time and money here.

Everything is so clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed. One thing I especially loved was the chair in the restroom where I could safely buckle my son in while I used the bathroom. As a mom, that was honestly a lifesaver! I also wanted to recognize the young lady at the front desk with the super long hair. She is incredibly kind and welcoming. During our visit, my son accidentally knocked over my coffee, and it spilled all over the floor. I was so embarrassed. I let her know right away, and she immediately came over and cleaned it up without making me feel bad. After she finished, she smiled and told me my son was so cute. That simple comment made me feel so much better after such an embarrassing moment. Her kindness and excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you for creating such a clean, welcoming space for families. We can't wait to come back!
