I've been to a lot of different k bbq places, and this has one of the best starter dishes and quality of meat. I espically love that they offer a steamed egg and kimici stew when normally not done. Plus the service is up to par and the employees are very very sweet. I highly recommend. read more

Service from the older woman with Glasses was just terrible. The other younger man was working ten times harder than her. Making the process to order take more time. Since he was packed with tables. We were 3 women sitting at the table and she would only smile and attend to men and completely ignoring the parties of women. We were only able to order two rounds of food. Because it took very long for food to get to us and to receive it. Then she charged us $20 in tips that were undeserved. When we asked about it she said it was for the service she "provided" when we told her she didn't deserve the $22 tip she was furious about it. She took it off but as soon as we walked away she screamed at us you better never come back again. WE WON'T TRUST US IT'S NOT WORTH IT. PLEASE CHECK YOUR BILL FOR THE "SERVICE CHARGE" then asks us to pay a tip afterwards. She rewards good reviews with a bottle of soju. It's written all over the restaurant. 2/10 read more

I wanted to like this place but it was disappointing. My friends and I stopped by here to check it out since a couple other Korean BBQ places we wanted to go to that were across the street had a very long wait. The great part was that we were seated right away. I noticed how understaffed they were since I only saw one server and a bus boy all night. I was enjoying myself until the grill got super hot and the oil was splashing everywhere. The oil accumulated so much that it was literally a pool of it and it kept getting all over the table and on my friends and I. My friend kept getting burned on his arms when he was trying to cook the meat. The meat was low quality and very fatty. There was no hole on the grill for the oil to drip into. My phone that was on the table got drenched in oil. I have never had this happen at other Korean BBQ establishments. I always put my phone down on the table and it usually doesn't get drenched in oil. The oil got all over the utensils and even my hands. I was annoyed. We finally had our server change out the grill but the same thing happened again when it got hot and cooked more meat. We also didn't get rice or steamed egg which I thought most Korean BBQ restaurants provided. The next day I felt bloated with a bad stomach ache and diarrhea because of all the grease and fat I consumed from the low quality meat. Would not recommend. read more

Had dinner there. Every time I ordered something they needed 10 minutes to deliver. I could not do nothing but looked at the grill burning. I never waited for so long in other Korean bbq restaurant like this. And the shrimps were not fresh. Shrimp legs were turned black. () MOST IMPORTANT thing is they charge you additional 18% for tips and you have to accept that. I don't think their service worths 18% of my bill! read more

Genuinely disappointed. Our friends and I made a reservation for a large group and repeatedly informed whoever that answered the phone that we will be bringing service animals and asked if it was okay. We also purposely picked an off-peak hour (4pm) so that we won't be a bother to other customers. We were told there were gonna be outdoor seating and that it was okay to bring our dogs (we checked 3 times to be sure, we drove from the west). The lady said it was okay and their restaurant is dog friendly. So naturally, when we showed up, we were shocked to hear that we were only allowed one dog in. Two of the dogs were in a completely insulated stroller and one was in an insulated bag. They were all extremely well mannered and were quiet. However, the waitress won't even take a look at our PSD license and pretty much just shunned us. She even came out to close the door on us when we were discussing where to leave our dogs. Genuinely it's upsetting to have such an experience especially since we have already called ahead of time. Please don't call yourself a dog friendly restaurant and bait us to drive over just to disappoint us. read more
