Staff here are not friendly. Fries are made well, but they don't fill the container to the top. The double burger and Frisco melt were also made well. They have no lettuce or tomato for the burgers. Prices are actually reasonable for being at the airport, however they charge 2.8% extra when using a credit card.

This fast food outlet is located inside Terminal 3 Gate F of Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport. There were plenty of seats inside. There are kiosk machines to order, or you can line up and place your order. We got the original doube cheese n fries $5.29. The double burger with cheese pickles and onions was so good. The fries were also really good as well. Compared to other restaurant options, this place beats everyone, including BK. Exceptional food and fast service. I recommend that if you are craving some burger or need some food on the flight.

Very reasonable prices at the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood Florida airport. Order on line and they notify you via text. Or, you can go up to cashier and put in an order. (Slow). I got the #1 original double cheese and fries with thick sliced American cheese, pickles, onions, and ketchup and french fries all for $6.48. Looked at other places and sandwiches were $13-$15.

    Vanilla Shake and Butterfinger Shake

A much needed milkshake at an abysmally hot airport. We had a six hour layover at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood airport on a particularly hot day and these Milkshakes saved us from overheating. These were by no means the best shakes, but extremely appreciated nonetheless. They were on the more pricey side as can be expected of airport food chains, and though the airport was packed the servers were quick. I ordered a plain Vanilla Shake and it was decent, tasting mildly of freezer burn and with bits of ice that I had to chomp on every couple of sips. My fiancé ordered the Butterfinger Shake and it was pretty yummy. I wouldn't be surprised if it had that same freezer burn taste and ice issue, but in the couple of sips I had it was masked by the Butterfinger taste and crunch. Though I preferred his, I still appreciated mine immensely. If we ever stop through this airport again and it has another air conditioning issue, we will definitely grab a couple more shakes from this Steak 'n Shake. Otherwise, I could live without returning and without much thought about it.

I have always loved Steak 'n shake, and was super excited to find this location in Terminal 4 of the FTL airport. I ordered my Frisco Melt on the kiosk, and it came out in about 5 minutes, fresh and delicious.

Quite possibly the worst business on the planet. The staff is completely disengaged and the manager had absolutely no idea how bad his staff was treating customers. If you're wondering how you can get a burger and fries for $6.48, place your order and wait for the results. And wait some more. There is no sense of urgency to get an order out and no sense of pride in delivering a quality product. The staff is rude and unapologetic. I blame the ownership for not giving a damn about the business.

Decent food just trying to figure out why the Frisco burger is more than the double?? I just prefer the sourdough over the bun. I eat here about once a year honestly although I work at the airport. Maybe next time I'll get the double on sourdough so I get lettuce tomato & onion. Food was fast, hot and the employees were nice. Can't complain!

Going to be kind here. The milkshake machine was broken again? That's absurd, but am starting to get used to this phenomenon. On a plus note, the employees here rocked the house, even with unbelievable crowds. I admire hard working people, and they are at this restaurant. Absolutely didn't miss a beat service wise. Their airport pricing wasn't exorbitant. That also is a positive development. As usual I liked their double cheeseburger and fries. Am a relatively simple guy, and the munchies struck, but were resolved quickly. If you're in this airport, one of the better places to go.

This was one of the only options to eat in the FLL airport and I'm still perplexed why they close at 7pm, that's too early in my opinion. This location is within the food court section and has one register, the line was quite long, I'm guessing probably because they were one of the last restaurants open at the time but the staff was able to move the order line pretty quickly. Waiting on your meal is another story, there was only one staff member cooking all the burgers and sides, i'm not sure if this is normal staffing or if they are short but adding another team member would considerably increase efficiency and improve the customer experience. Thankfully i have no plans to fly though FLL anytime soon and if I do i know to better prepare and eat before arriving here.

This was the worst sandwich I've ever had--completely drenched in oil. The fries were so hard they actually hurt the roof of my mouth.

I ordered the "steak n fries" combo with a chocolate shake, very busy place, so I'm not sure if they cooked it or not like other reviews state.

As we were sitting, different parties around us were greeted warmly by servers who seemed to know them well. For being in a regular ole strip mall, It felt cozy inside. Staff wearing Patriots gear were friendly. Started with Narragansett lager on tap, crab cake, and onion rings. All great! The onion rings are a must if you come here. Thin but not shoestring thin, really nicely battered. The crab cake was good but the mustard sauce really took it up another notch. I had an 8 oz (double meat for $15 more) Connecticut style lobster roll and steamed broccoli. The lobster meat on its own (there was a lot of meat!) was a bit salty and not as tender as I'd like. I think I'd try it cold next time as this could have come from sauteeing it. My dad had the baked shrimp dish which was nicely cooked. Side of Cole slaw was yummy too. The bread crumbs on top became a bit mushy as you ate it and as they soaked up the butter in the dish. Too full for dessert but we'd come back and try other things. Service was friendly but a little slow - but they were packed so it was understandable.

I wish that this place existed up in PA! We also grabbed a Mint Lemonade - which I didn't realize would be bottled by Naked Farmer - full flavor, no added ingredients. The Den occupies an enviable corner street location which was once pf a very good restaurant with a good bent toward Floribbean Cuisine, but now that is all gone, and The Den is just another very typical sports bar. The Den Sports Bar and Lounge has little if any décor about it, not even of sports equipment. The menu is basically bar food which may be summed up as chili, tacos, wings and handhelds of sliders, Philly cheesesteak, burgers, and a chili hot dog. I'd say bar food is rather pricey with chili hot dogs at $16.00 and Black & Blue Burgers at $19.00. I wasn't here for a game but understand it attacks a good beer guzzling hoot and hollering group of fans. By far, the best thing going for The Den is it's efficient, know what they are doing, and attractive female bartenders. They're great conversationalist, know how to make a great cocktail, and just make one feel good.
