The staircase lined with butcher knives (check out my photos!) is such a unique design element, and the whole restaurant has this upscale, modern vibe. We were seated upstairs at a large round table with an incredible view of the city. As the sun set and the lights came on, it made the whole evening feel even more special. Our server, Michelle, was absolutely fantastic. She was so personable, attentive, and genuinely made our dinner even more enjoyable. Now for the food... wow. We started with the calamari and the burrata, and both were phenomenal. The burrata was unbelievably fresh and creamy, and every accompaniment on the plate complemented it perfectly. You can tell they put a lot of thought into balancing every flavor. Then our entrées arrived, and while my steak was cooked beautifully and all of our sides were delicious, there was one dish that completely stole the show: the Cream Corn Crème Brûlée. I genuinely don't think I've ever had anything like it. It was sweet, savory, creamy, rich, and somehow perfectly balanced all at once. Every single person at our table had to try it, even the ones who initially said they didn't want any, and everyone's reaction was exactly the same: complete disbelief at how good it was. If you only order one side here, make it the Cream Corn Crème Brûlée. It's unforgettable. The only small critique anyone at our table had was that the Brussels sprouts weren't quite as crispy as expected, but honestly, I still enjoyed them. Overall, this was an incredible dining experience from start to finish. Beautiful atmosphere, outstanding service, and some of the best food I've had in a long time.
