I have been coming to this nail salon for about two years now and I do highly recommend if you are in the north east area of San Antonio. This nail salon is located by an H-E-B and some nice shops. They keep it very clean and organized. I would definitely suggest you make an appointment, in the last couple years more people are starting to come and it gets very busy especially on the weekends. I don't go to a specific person, but every time that I have gone I really do like the job they do. It's not too pricey and they have a good selection of colors. One star because they looked decent but it wasn't worth the pain or time I went through to get them. I have gone here twice and each time was a disaster. The acrylic nails barely last 5 days if you're lucky without breaking. They charged me for a stiletto shaping that I DID NOT ASK FOR, I specifically asked for natural oval. Why didn't I tell her it was wrong when she did it? Because I was already there for 1.5hrs WHEN I MADE AN APPOINTMENT and was ready to leave. The soak off process was a joke it's doesn't take 30min to remove a set, they weren't gel, they were acrylic, they charged me for that too. Not too mention the lady filed and filed and filed and filed my entire nail bed until they were raw and a couple even bled. And she trimmed my real nails down so far that the fake nail was basically sitting on my skin. My nails hurt for two days after this appointment. I will never go back, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. $70 wasted on nails that lasted 5 days before they started breaking and left with nail bed pain. Not worth. read more

Came here a little over a week ago. I called first and they said they were slow enough that I could just walk in, I asked for a dip set and a pedicure. They sat me down to get my nails done first and it's a been a little over a week but there are cracks in multiple balls in the dip powder. After my nails were over, the guy was walking up to the front and I told him I had a pedicure and everybody looked really confused. Finally got a lady doing my pedicure and overall it was good but when she went to drain the water there was just a really bad stitch that came up from the drain in the tub that definitely just smelled like sewage. Overall the whole cleanliness of the place wasn't what I normally expect. Will I go somewhere else next time, unless I'm in a huge rush I would probably make the drive somewhere else. read more

First time going, my gf convinced me to go. It was nice and relaxing to get my feet done while getting a massage. They only thing is that I paid for a cleansing and a massage on my feet and only got the cleaning part done and a partial massage. But my girlfriend had a little bit of a worse experience.... I went to this salon expecting a good job done... but it didn't work out that way. I asked for a full set of powder nails a very simple design. It took the nail tech 10 mins to figure out which powder to use on my set, once he found the right ones he processed to do the nails. They came out beautiful until two days later, one of my nails breaks without notice so I go back to get it fixed.... the very next day three more of my nails broke off after a simple tap. I used to really like going here but I won't be back. The nail tech I had seemed like she didn't know what to do and had no experience. I got normal polish this time(I usually get dip powder). I asked if my nails were ok as I walked out and she said they were dry. They lasted less than 2 minutes before coming off in a goopy mess. The time before that I had blue dip powder done and he left the white setting powder streaked across the blue powder which I didn't notice till I left and my nails burned horribly that night. I've been here multiple times and i've never had an issue with the staff or the service, but the last time I came in on 12/16/2020 around 3-4pm I had my first negative experience. I came in for a mani/pedi & the salon was not busy. I got regular polish for my pedi and it was very relaxing!! Probably the only thing I did enjoy about this visit. However, the entire time I was sitting in the chair I noticed that multiple employees were just sitting around on their phones when there was obviously something they could be cleaning/tidying due to the dust and supplies everywhere. I also noticed that they would seat customers one after the other WITHOUT SANITIZING THE STATION?? When it was time for my manicure I asked for Dip with Tips. I believe the man who did was nails was Nan and he was not the best. From the beginning he was aggressive with my hands! Shoving and pulling my hands, nicking my cuticles, he even cut my finger and pretended like it never happened. Don't even get me started on the finished product. My left hand looks completely different from my right, my nails are not the same length, they aren't even shaped like Coffin (which I was charged for) and they are grossly rounded. To top it all off they began to chip and crack two days after. When the service was done I sat back to massage in my oil and he brings another customer over to the station, hands me my shoes, and tells me to have a good day, then proceeded to seat the next customer in my seat without any sanitation of the station?? I left feeling rushed, unimportant and upset I spent $65+ tip on nails and an experience I didn't even like. Just when i thought i found my new salon... i am extremely disappointed in this customer service. Hopefully you do not have the same experience. :( read more

Honestly, I have been coming here for years only because the location is so close to where I live. Service is always hit or miss. This last time I have finally learned my lesson to stop coming. I paid $60 (including 20% tip) to get a simple dip manicure. No design. I chose red and the nail tech got the powder ALL over my finger tips, hands and sides of nail beds. I did not complain about that since I knew it would eventually come off. I did notice right after I left that there were dents all over the polish. I went back and they told me it was due to my hands being too cold...interesting because I've never had that happen, but ok. So then without me asking they put gel on top of the dip, and now, a few days later, the gel layer is creating air bubbles. Basically I've wasted $60 and now have finally learned my lesson not to return. Sad because some of the nail techs are good And care but this is just unacceptable. You get a beverage as part of the service and the adult beverage options looked decent; I can't speak for the taste, as I just got water. I thought I'd come in today and sat and waited at pedicure station for 10 minutes before someone came turned water on. Water was tepid. Told tech when she showed up it needed to be warmer.
