From start to finish the team was great. I had many questions before engaging them and it was all handled very promptly and directly. When the team arrived it was on time and with great attitudes. They wrapped everything well and only 1 glass broke, which is saying something because I think I had over 2 dozen boxes of fragile kitchen things. I've moved a lot and you can tell when someone is either rushing and not being careful or dragging their feet and they were being super efficient but wrapping everything (including special attention to corners) in such a way to prevent damage. Space Y moving is the best! I have moved with them twice now and each time has been so easy and stress free. Alan and Russell helped me out for my most recent move. I had indicated I had a large one bedroom, and they were prepared with a large truck so I knew everything including my bulky furniture would fit. They also bring all of the moving equipment you would need, like furniture dollys, cling wrap, protective coverings, etc so there are no damages to your things. They are extremely competent and careful--for example, I have a lot of trailing indoor plants and they took care to make sure they were packaged away without any damage. Additionally, they were very attentive and made sure that all of the things I needed out of the unit were taken out. Y'all This crew is amazing. When they came through we did a quick walk through of the house letting them know what needed to be moved and they got right to work. From the moment they showed up to the moment the truck was loaded they took one, two minute break if that. They move quickly and efficiently. Everything is wrapped up really well. I have multiple heavy items and a lot of stairs. We're talking a king size purple mattress which is ridiculously heavy. They were able to wrap it up and get it down three stories. This was no problem for them. It was a 3 story, 3 bedroom townhome. I really appreciate how well equipped they were with supplies.
