They are very rude and called the police on me. I previously brought a truck to have an alarm installed and the job was very sloppy. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Stay away. Went here to see why my amps were not working,the owner checked the amps and told they are not good,so I bought 2 other amps and he tried to keep the old ones. I did not know they were not in the car till the next day,so I go back to get the old ones and he said he thew them away so I go to the installation area and see them on the ground. My family has taken all of our cars here for about 10 years now. We've had tint, sound systems, and alarms put on several cars. The tint comes with a LIFETIME warranty when you keep your receipt. I took my car in that I had tinted about 6 years ago to have the tint redone because it's faded, turning purple, and there's lint caught underneath that is now causing bubbles. The receipt clearly says lifetime warranty (no restrictions or details listed) but the owner refused to honor it. He said "it's been too long since it was done" and they don't warranty for fading or turning purple. He was really rude about it and refused to budge at all, even to give a discount. I didn't even bother to ask how much it would be just to pay for new tint. With such crappy customer service, especially to loyal customers, I'm not willing to spend another penny here. read more

I came in with a brand new car out the Lot hasn't even been 1 week to tint my windows everything was great until I got home and realized some cuts on the rubber part next to the window, I immediatly called the place and explained what I discovered and they said to take it to the shop to take a look at it. This place put radios in my cars for years. New owners are crooks! Went in for a stereo w/CD and they installed one without a USB port (all CD players have USB ports) this one is so old it has an MP-3 plug in. Three of my other cars had USB ports with the stereos - no problem. I called and the owner said he asked me if I wanted Blue Tooth- I said no. He then installed a Pioneer with just a CD player. He stated that if I wanted to "UPGRADE" it would cost another $50. Upgrade hell - he was supposed to put a usable radio/CD player in the first place. I had these guys reinstall some equipment that Shelby's installed improperly. It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for folks. They gave me some affordable options, though, but I told them I wasn't trying to save money I just wanted it done right so they replaced the electrical wiring, per my request. Their reinstall was stellar and everything sounds fantastic now! Later, I also had them replace a stereo in one of my trucks and when I told them I was going to give my old stereo to a friend they took it back from me and literally handed me a brand new, unopened stereo, still in the box, I was floored. Who does that? They clearly appreciated my business and I appreciated their service. Although the price is good for their window tinting I would stay away from these guys. The tint does not last and they do not honor their warranty even though it is written on the receipt. I would suggest paying a little more and getting your windows tinted by someone who will honor their warranty terms so that you are guaranteed a quality product. I went in to find a cable I needed for an install. The owner gave me a good deal on doing the install job so I let him do it. I sat down and he offered me a cold drink for the wait. I was out in no time. Long story short the owner is a cool guy. The installers know what they're doing and if you have any issue they will take care of it for you without having any issues. NEGATIVE 20 STARS! Do Not Go Here! They are liars and crooks! I don't usually leave Yelp reviews but I hope this one will keep someone else from being ripped off. These Asian guys told me that I needed a new amp and I told them I couldn't afford it right now (if I really needed a new one? Like they claimed) I asked for a Bluetooth deck and was told a pioneer with Bluetooth was $200 total or $150 without. I paid the $200 and they put the deck in and let me know that my Crunch Amp was definitely ruined. I left and got home and realized they deck they put in Was Not a Bluetooth deck. So I went and got a second opinion about the Amp and it was Not Ruined, the guy at South Stereo LB hooked it back up for me for $10 and informed me that the Pioneer deck I had just got was $70. I just payed $200 for this to be installed. I went back to get my $50 (minimum) back and the Asian crook refused to give it to me, he gave me $20 back after admitting that he did not install the stereo I had paid for, somehow I refrained from not knocking his teeth out. But there was no way he was touching my car again!Fuck This Place, the only reason to step foot in here is to destroy the place. read more

The owner of this place ( KEN ) is a thief! He sell you equipment that will not work after a while and when you go to him with a problem he gives you excuses of why it doesn't work and that you need to upgrade to get more money out of you! I paid to have two amps installed and he charged me for two and only installed one. He said he would discount it from the price and he never did he charged it to the finance company and hide it. He sold my nephew two subs a amp and 4 6x9. They all blew out and he would not replace them. He made him pay to buy new speakers and a new amp because he said he played his music to load. We have been to him 12 times because of stuff not working. The installers are great and try to help but they can only do what he allows. They also said he is a THIEF. Do not use this shop. You will regret it. I am suing this guy as well as my nephew and brother for the equipment and service. Please pass this on as I would hate for someone else to go through this. read more
