PLEASE READ the agreement carefully before signing - it includes language pressuring you to leave positive reviews about the company. That's why it's surprising to only see great reviews online. Do not sign and question every section and word of this agreement. Despite doing no actual work, he still charged us and threatened us with his so-called "attorney" when we questioned it. He billed $300/hour in "management fees" for nothing more than a few back-and-forth emails, and remained aggressive about the charges without offering any reasonable justification. This company operates in a way that feels deliberately deceptive, and the owner's aggressive approach makes it hard to push back. I'd strongly recommend choosing a different company! I've attached a copy respective section of the agreement so others can see for themselves. You can only imagine all of the emails/communication documentation I can post.

i own a mfr home . 3 weeks ago i had a company come to analyze why the floors were rippling ,…read morespongy and creaking. i bought the home and moved in 10/1/2020. by 10/22 i had called a company to clean the registers and ductwork as i feared that there was mold and mildew present under the floor. they cleaned all, however , when the contractor for checking under the floors found a pipe disconnected under the floor the situation became much worse. they had to replace the duct work and repair the pipe and condensation line. however they videoed severe evidence of mold where the insulation had been cut open by a plumber. r2 came out 3 times to abate the mold. justin personally supervised his techs as they crawled under my house in only 14" of clearance.....they treated every area thoroughly and gave me a letter certifying all mold they could reach was killed. however, they also confirmed that without taking all of the vapor barrier and insulation off, there was still a possibility of mold they could not reach. justin is dependable, professional and very knowledgible in this field of restoration. also very reasonable for the work they performed . i highly recommend him for any restoration project ! sincerely, gary bruce 602-531-3662
