    Stay far away from Sterling Toyota. I went in to buy a 2025 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, made it crystal clear that I wanted a hybrid, and they still gave me a regular gas model. No apology, just told to come back. I ended up paying nearly $67,000 for the only hybrid left just to avoid more problems, even though their mistake cost me days of lost income. Still no apology. It gets worse. When I went to pick up my registration and plates, they installed the wrong plate and VIN sticker -- from the car I had returned. If I'd been pulled over or in an accident, I could've been in serious legal trouble. Their managers showed zero empathy or accountability. I lost even more work trying to fix their mess. I've trusted Toyota for years, but this dealership's carelessness and cold attitude damages the entire brand. Avoid Sterling Toyota at all costs.

    Ah! Finally... after shopping around to sell my car.... am not sure I got the best deal, but for all the drill I went through it was definitely a satisfactory offer. Edwin,only 2oyr old, finally got the deal sealed for us. He was an absolute treat to work with- sweet, enthusiastic and very helpful. In fact, it was the first dealership where I noticed that anyone you see on the shop floor is smiling, nodding and acknowledging you, whether or not they are 'assigned' to you. That is very positive vibe, ya but don't go just by that, make sure you have done your homework on your car - afterall it comes down to business at the end of the day. Their coffee machine is in a spacious lounge area where you can wait comfortably while sipping all sorts of coffee from black roast to latte, or, forget all that, go for their huge soda machine. After the deal, they arranged a complimentary ride back home though it was more than the 5mile range. These guys are truly good and it all starts with that ' I want to help you' tone they set from the moment you enter the service center. If you have not tried them, you must, you will not go anywhere else again.

    No one help , get line 35 minutes to check in , service guu just walk around , service on left side good very good , on the right side , look like they dont know shit , i came same time with lady drive white car on left side , her car left 10 mins , i still bebind 4 cars , how POS , they just let worker do whatever they want , low class service , supervisors need to look ,

    If there were a possibility to give 0 stars I will do that. I took my car there for a scheduled service and they mark the door of my car. After I called several times to request the repair they asked me to take the car on a Saturday but once there they said the team that make repairs only works on week days. I organize my working hours to be able to take the car and after 3 days they had my car for repair the mark is still there and they make new marks! At the beggining I though it was dirty but I washed my car yesterday and they don't go away. Horrible experience, if you have another option, do not take your car there!

I am naturally skeptical of any used car dealership even more so one that has so many high ranking reviews. I didn't initially believe it and thought they were fake. Boy was I wrong! Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Never experienced this level of customer service and professionalism from any dealership, not even the big manufacturer dealerships. They earned my business for life. I will be purchasing all of my future business vehicles from them!

Since I've moved back to the Heights downtown area, I decided to give them another shot. So close to five stars! I utilized the valet service where they pick up my vehicle, do the oil change, they did a great job as well change the air filter, wipers, etc. that was a 5 star experience! That was an easy five star review for that service. It did an amazing job. I was out of town for three days so they picked up my vehicle. Did all the test and maintenance and everything like that and I come back on my vehicles at my valet. That was super convenient and very nice. I will always utilize that service. However, there was a bit of a scheduling issue. They forgot to pick it up Monday so I had to give him a call, but they got it taken care of that wasn't a big deal. I just kind of falls back to fundamentals if you have an appointment scheduled and sit pick the car up that way there's no confusion and I would have to call to make it happen. They brought the vehicle back and there was like oil stains on the front fender area. Typically most oil change companies cover that that way when you get the car back, it's not dirty. The problem is I just gotta wash at Mister car wash so I had to go take a bath and get it washed again. This is why I give them four stars instead of five. Other than that, it was a great experience. Customer service is great. The convenience of the valet service to pick up and drop off back at my valet. I can't tell you that right there is top-notch service. I'll give them a try again and probably change this to a five star because overall the experience was great.

My insurance took a while to send the supplement over to JJ, but once JJ Auto Body received it, they got started right away, which I really appreciate. I just wanted to keep you all informed on what's going on. JJ Auto Body has continued to impress me throughout this entire process. I've never dealt with a body shop before, so this is my first experience, and I have to say...the consistent communication and updates have been phenomenal. You all know how it is being without your car, especially in Houston...it really feels like you've lost a part of your daily life. So staying updated on the progress has been very comforting. This is my…read morefirst time ever taking my car to a body shop, and after seeing the amazing reviews, I decided to trust them with my repair. For transparency, here's the timeline so far: - April 1: Dropped my car off at the shop - Received a text that my car was in the disassembly stage, and they would let me know if any hidden damage was found - April 9: Received a message that hidden damage was found and that I could reach out for more details - Rich updated me on the damages and let me know he would be sending the supplemental estimate to my insurance So far, my experience has been very good. The shop has been professional, communicative, and easy to work with. I'm hoping they hear back from my insurance soon and that the process doesn't take too long. I'll post my next update next week!
