She made sure that I received the two-car policy discount. Not only that, Yolanda called the State Farm office (in another state where I own a house) and spoke with the agent about setting up a retroactive discount for my home owners policy--because I've been with State Farm for my cars (and my house in the other state) but I did not realize I qualified for a multi-policy discount on my house! They're like family!! Working with Steve's wife set the tone of my relationship with everyone there. They've helped me through so much of my changing needs over the years.
