New favorite pizza spot of the fam. Great meats piled on quality crust with some banging sauce to go with it. Had a DoorDash delivery and the pie was perfect and still hot. This spot is now in our pizza rotation so we will be eating and trying a lot more of their pizza. Maybe even some wings too. Thanks guys. read more

It doesn't get more jack-of-all-trades than Steve's. I spotted this pizza parlor while biking through East Sac and with lunch hour around the corner, I decided to drop by. First off, their lunch special offers a 10 inch pizza for only $12.50 from opening to 2:30pm. Are you kidding? That's a no-brainer for me. I opted for the garlic ranch chicken which came out in 12 minutes. I could taste the freshness just looking at it. Red onions and sun-dried tomatoes were a nice touch. I only needed to add a couple shakes of red pepper flakes to give the pizza the spice it needed. The inside looks very welcoming. Dude at the counter helped me sort through the menu options as well. I probably wouldn't mind busting out the laptop and getting an hour of remote work done after my chowing down. I left this place with a content thumbs up. read more

We went closer toward closing & ate in. The staff were very nice and accommodating, rearranging the tables for us. They made sure our food was delicious and even gave us some hot honey sauce to try. I recommend trying some with your pepperoni pizza. We had a pepperoni pizza, buffalo wings, bistro burger and fries. All in all, solid place & we'll be back! read more

Ordered through DoorDash and their pizza is really good! Also ordered wings which have a light breading with a good spicy flavor. They used to have the best variety of fries for appetizers but they are no longer on the menu : ( Anyway, if you are looking for a good pizza, Steve's doesn't disappoint. We usually order Pepperoni but this time we added some mushrooms. read more

First time here for Mother's Day celebration since we love Steve's pizza out in Folsom where we live. Beware as this is a small ish place best for family of 4 and a quick bite. We had great food still but we did not expect it to be a small operation with a one man show. Their beer selection and soda selection are also less than the store in Folsom. We will be going back there for our usual hit and maybe try the one in Elk Grove if we come to Sacramento for pizza next time We had aloha and all meats in regular dough and had medium gluten free (largest available GF in this location) Mediterranean with pesto sauce. We also had bbq wings lite sauce. Everything was amazing and tasty as always. We did notice the regular pizzas look thicker than in Folsom but tasted just as good. What I love about the pizzas here is there. Is no bloating or indigestion from the dough because they don't use oil in all their stores. Their gluten free is thin and tastes great with a crunch as well. read more

For a premium pizza, this location is not close to that. Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and it seemed they barely put the pizza in the oven and used cheap ingredients. Honestly tasted just a frozen pizza. Steve's pizza has lost its quality Just save your $$ and go across the street to pizza guys. Atleast their pizza's are throughly cooked and use better Ingredients. read more

Me a the missus stepped out and decided on Steve's pizza and it wasn't a decision I'll soon regret. Nice prices chill atmosphere, nice selection of pizza and a few solid beers on tap. Enjoyed a bit of Monday night football and the patio vibes are enjoyable with a nice view of Folsom boulevard. Chill spot with good pizza and cold beer. Can't ask for more. OK. I'm going to rave again. Pepperoni and peppercini's is my ultimate favorite pizza. The girls needed lunch so I ran over to Steve's which was a couple doors down from where we were. The crust on here is always amazing. Not to mention their sandwiches are fresh. I've never had a bad meal out of here. This place stayed vacant for a while, and so happy that it's been here and now it's a staple of East Sac. read more

mannnn this food was so bomb and worth the price too. the environment around it outside is always nice so u can enjoy ur meal both inside or out. they always got bangers playing too so u can get down as much as u want fr! not to mention the service, top tier imo. fernando my guy, u out did urself with the bbq bacon burger i ordered. girls he an eye candy frr if yall looking for a 10/10 morenito hit my boy up, and he train so he protect the customers on top of that. never felt my tastebuds melt so fast in my life will come again! read more

We ordered Steve's through DoorDash. We built our own large sausage pizza. The toppings are a bit expensive, and so the pipe delivered to our house came out to about $50 For example, I wouldn't put the basil on again - I could hardly tell it was there but it was $2.50. Otherwise, the pizza came to us very quickly and was a great pizza. read more

Pizza was average, pricey for a 10 in small vegetarian pizza with Cauliflower crust 27$ which is high. The cashier who checked me out then took my pizza from the oven and was unnecessarily handsy with the pizza while cutting it and putting little circular center on it for not sanitizing or washing her hands first, felt careless for the cost. read more

The BEST pizza I've had in years! I'm picky about pizza, so this is high praise. The crust was perfect, and that's the most essential part. Very generous toppings, friendly service. Charlie was great when I called in my order. Definitely recommend, I'll be back! Btw, they currently have a 40% off deal for large specialty pizzas, and they were happy to make substitutions, which is nice. It's a screamin' deal! My large pizza was just $21. read more

$25 for a medium pepperoni pizza. There was very little cheese on the pizza and I couldn't taste it. The pepperoni also lacked flavor. The bread was OK. I will not be going back here. It's a shame because it's so near my home. read more

My wife and I tried Steve's Pizza for the first time in many years. We were really pleasantly surprised with the great taste and quality. One of our favorites, the Margarita pizza, was made just right with plenty of topping and a very good crust. We will return and get Steve's back into our normal pizza rotation again. read more

The Spicy Garlic Twists are so yummy! Chunks of garlic and jalapeños greet your taste buds in these deliteful appetizers. The pizza is amazing! The crust is so good.....we ate the all meat and it filled up 4 adults. The staff is so friendly and ready to help you make up your mind if needed. I love Steve's Pizza. Little place with great ambiance. Quality ingredients, nice crust, made perfect every time. I especially love their lunchtime personal pizza, which you can choose up to 6 toppings. I always get 6. I love olives, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, pepperoni and sausage. Enough for two but I prefer to offer my guest their own because not everyone loves my fav. 2 of these is better because you can each get what you like and can take home leftovers for later. They serve craft beer on tap and some crazy boutique like soda flavors. A few big screens to watch games when you don't want to cook. Everybody including the owner, pizza makers are all quality and polite people. read more

So was in downtown Sacramento over by Mercy General Hospital and was hungry was for some reason just wanted a slice of pizza as it was lunch time and didn't want what the hospital cafeteria had. I saw a sign that said Steve's Pizza. Like the old school 80s pizza signs from when I was a kid. Stepped inside and was greeted right away and looked over the menu and decided on The Steve. This size is perfect for 2 people. The crust was great and crispi and not super thick. It was just right. The toppings proportions where perfect and not too much and not too little. Also the sauce you can tell is made there unless some local pizza places where they get the sauce from a bag in a box off a sysco food truck. Not this place. Another nice thing is they have a brand of soda called stubborn soda with a variety of favors. Not a huge soda fan but it was a change from coke or Pepsi and I enjoyed the Black cherry cola one. The dining room was clean and nice. Also a awesome perk about this place with them being downtown Sacramento is they have a actually parking lot. Rare thing in downtown Sacramento. I had my order for sit down and the staff checked on me and ask if everything was ok. I love the attention to detail and the quality and the price is right. In town for business and looking for a great pizza place. Everything I had was delicious. I got the pizza lunch special which included up to 6 toppings. The crust was crispy on the bottom, and soft & chewy on the top. Just perfect. The toppings were flavorful & fresh. I got the wings, bone in. They were also great. Lots of crispy batter & sauce. It was a good classic pizza pie. I ordered the thin crust and it was not thick but not super thin. I placed a carry out order and pizza is always better when it is straight out of the oven, served hot and fresh to your table. For carry out pizza, I usually preheat my home oven to 400F and pop in a slice to heat up like the NYC pizzerias do but I did not do that this time as I was visiting from out of town. As an out-of-towner visiting family at the nearby hospital, i should know to never order the burger at an unfamiliar pizza restaurant. That said, we all went for the cheeseburger. The guy was pleasant enough, and took about 15 minutes to make them with no else there. The bun was room temp and doughy, toppings very plain, cheese a bit congealed and the meat cooked very well done and dry. My wife liked the shoestring fries but i thought they were overcooked and brittle. Not terrible, but not good either, or nearly as good as my own. Not sure I've ever had a burger as dry as mine. Should have gone for pizza, lesson learned. read more

I was skeptical to order at first because I've never been here but we decided to DoorDash the Aloha pizza and the buffalo wings! The Aloha pizza had pineapple, bacon bits, grilled chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, and BBQ sauce! They are also super generous with their toppings. Best Hawaiian pizza I've ever had. read more

I have always loved Steve's Pizza in Elk Grove. Always good and always an amazing experience. We ordered a medium Bbq Chicken Pizza with some Cheesy Bread. They sent us the wrong order but instead of calling or sending it back we just decided to eat it. Shortly after I received a call from Uber Eats asking if Steve's Pizza could contact us directly. Then April called us and said they would be sending us the correct order and arrived with the original (never left the kitchen) along with a fresh order. Yay! Ever since UC Davis, we've missed Steve's Pizza. Same delicious recipe, fresh ingredients, yummy crust. Lots of outdoor dining. Super awesome staff and customer service. The owner, Rodney, was working today, and he's super nice. Lots of space here on a Sunday afternoon. Come by and support an East Sac gem! Trattoria Bohemia's pizza is still special to me, but now I have a new favorite. Oh, and I forgot to add, they have a soda fountain with all these fancy boutique sodas. When we arrived at 7pm on a Wednesday we were concerned because it was semi-empty. So we thought "oh gosh the food isn't going to be good"! But it was amazing- this restaurant has so much potential to be sold out 7 nights a week!

It is a relatively small restaurant but luckily every time we've coming during lunch it hasn't been too crazy. They have high top tables lining the windows, 4-top booth tables, and a few small 2-top tables outside. I also love how they sell merch! During my visit this time around we came for their Jimboy's collab. Who would've thought I'd actually want some lettuce on my pizza? Lol. This was a very interesting yet delicious pizza that I wouldn't mind getting again for a change in taste. I love carbs so that's the reason for my rating. If it had a little more dough it'd be an easy 5 stars. I'm just looking for the biggest bang with my buck!

The atmosphere is chill. They have a couple TVs, but they're all on one wall. They have a little area to sit and wait for your order, and to play some arcade games, on the right side when you come through the entrance. They have lots of seating inside and outside. The seating outside is not covered, but there are cute string lights overhead. They have ceiling fans and A/C inside. There's a free parking lot in the front and on the left side. There's plenty of parking available.

Everyone was super friendly and laid back. You can order at the tap or grab a seat and order via QR, which is awesome. Plenty of seating, spacious, good vibes, and they had Premier League on their massive TV. Beer was superb, kind of hard to review because I just love beer, man. We started with the shishito peppers, which were great and came with a really memorable miso aioli that was very addictive with a hint of lemon. We also got the "Fun Guy" pizza to share and made the mistake of removing the goat cheese, which I think hurt it. The crust was excellent and the toppings were fresh, but it felt like it was missing that salty, funky balance the goat cheese would've added. Still very good, but that one's on me. I'd definitely get it as intended next time. One of my favorite breweries, especially with so many having closed over the past few years. Cheers to them.

He also helped my grandma find something on the menu that wouldn't be too carb heavy since she is diabetic. He is everything you want in a server-kind,direct,knowledgeable, and dependable. I would come back any time just to get customer service like that. Now on to the food, I had the Fettucine Arrositi which I believe is their signature dish. I have had it before but this time it was especially delicious. The sauce has a flavor like no other pasta I've ever had it's rich but not too rich creamy but not too creamy and the thing that sets it apart from other creamy pastas is the subtle Cajun flavor. It tastes a bit like old bay and Tabasco to me with some other amazing things in it I'm sure but it was delicious 9/10 My grandma likes to order a lot of things for the table because she never got to have that so she ordered a bunch of things for herself to try and for me to finish. We had the meatballs and they were fantastic but she felt they were too big haha 9/10. Then we had the calamari which was my favorite of the appetizers we ordered. I'm hoping next time to try the polenta fries. Then for her main course my grandma had the wedge salad which she loved but she did mention she wished it had lots more bacon and I can't blame because I too always want more bacon on things. All in all it was a great experience and I will be back very soon.
