This review is for Brandon Naicker who was a sales associate at Stevens Creek Infiniti. We happen to drop by Stevens Creek Infiniti to look at what they had on the lot and Brandon was there. We had a lot of questions about the cars and the features of the differences between the different models and Brandon was very knowledgeable and very patient and helped us get a real clear picture of what we would be getting with each model. Brandon followed up with us over text and phone call. He wasn't intrusive but he wanted to make sure he was available for us in case you had any questions or follow-ups. We visited again to look at the cars one more time, and again, Brandon was very helpful and cheerful and made the car shopping experience the pleasant one for us. The dealership did not end up having the car that we wanted (QX 55) with the right features and colors so we did not end up buying directly from Brandon and even with that Brandon texted us saying that he was happy that we found a car somewhere else, and that his goal was to make sure we end up with the right car for us and that we were happy. That is not something you normally hear from someone who works in a dealership. Our review is several months overdue and we are not even sure as to the current status of the Infiniti dealership, but we really wish Brandon well. He was an outstanding salesman. Terrible Experience - Avoid This Dealership This place is absolutely terrible. I brought my vehicle in for a recall service, and they took far longer than they promised--multiple days beyond the agreed timeline. After picking up my car, I immediately noticed problems: the car felt off driving-wise and made strange, unfamiliar sounds. When I raised these concerns, they initially insisted the problem was somehow my fault. It later turned out they had installed another customer's rims on my vehicle! They're now demanding I return ASAP while claiming they "fixed" things that were never actually repaired. Beyond the service failures, the environment itself is unprofessional. Staff constantly badmouth customers and created an intimidating atmosphere They claim repairs are complete, but nothing gets fixed. Do your research and find a different dealer. read more

This review is for an overpriced service quote for an Infiniti G37. Stevens Creek Infiniti seems to be owned by the same company and sends their service work to Stevens Creek Nissan across the street. I am posting this review to both sites. After years of reliable operation, by car suddenly overheated. I took it to a mechanic who diagnosed a leaking water pump. The design of the engine is unusual (water pump attached to the timing chain), so most mechanics are not set up to handle this and he recommended calling a dealer. I called two local dealers and provided the exact same information and asked for quotes. The first responded quickly with a high quote (as expected since a lot of work was involved). Stevens Creek Infiniti/Nissan finally called back with a quote that was more than twice as high. Needless to say, I took it to the lower cost dealer. They took good care of me, the work was done in a timely manner and the actual price was slightly lower than the quote. I think quotes are based on standard time estimates that all Inifiniti/Nissan dealers should have, so I can't explain Stevens Creek Infiniti/Nissan's huge price difference other than just trying to gouge me. this review is purely with regards to the service department. I bought my Q50 from a different location so i have not had any experience with the sales dept. Jose Masangcay is the worst service advisor I have ever had. I went in for a simple oil change and he tried to up sell me by telling me multiple things that were wrong with my car when they were not. I went to TWO independent shops thereafter and both confirmed that my brakes, brake fluid, fuel injector, fuel inductor, were all in working order and did not need repair or replacement. Also, looking at the recommended actions, there was something about a $210 diagnostic of the touch screen on my infotainment system which is also in perfect working order. Basically, all in all, he "strongly" recommended over $1k worth of repairs just so he could line his pockets with commission money, which is highly unethical. I have already written a letter to Infiniti North America as well as left a 1 star survey (out of 5) as well. I will never be visiting this dealership again and would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. Furthermore, I am considering legal action for having wasted an entire afternoon in gas/time to visit the two other independent shops which confirmed my suspicion; which was that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. Oh and one more thing, I had a coupon for the oil change and he said the price was already applied (total ended up being around 7 bucks higher than the coupon quoted price), and I was like fine. When I got home and examined the paperwork closely, the coupon WAS NOT applied as the oil change was billed @ 53.99 versus 49.95. However, not worth going back and dealing with this incompetent moron for 4 dollars. read more

The plot thickens.... The next day, I received an apology from Edwin and the general sales manager Vern, as well as an attempt at a resolution for the prior day's experience. I appreciate that, and I commend businesses that will spend time and money to fix their mistakes, particularly with customer service. So things are looking better, right? Wrong. Well, when I check my phone, I find out that one of their employees decided to go as low as cyber stalking/bullying my profile on Yelp. This is from an account that was created that day from Santa Clara (a city that I never travel to). How crazy is that?? Well, we alert the store that they can kiss their attempts at resolution goodbye until something is done about this situation. Of course, that newly created account has since been deleted right after management was alerted, but I have screenshots. I've decided not to publicly disclose any details of these profane remarks for now because I'm hoping that it's just an employee issue that will be dealt with swiftly, in which case sharing won't be necessary. In fact, how management handles this situation may actually change my opinion of this store....or it'll just confirm that it's all just smoke and mirrors over there (in which case, disclosing more details will definitely be pertinent to future customers and you'll get a fully transparent glimpse of the current sales team's approach towards their customers). It's now been two days since the profane remarks, and I'm not sure why, but I'm still hoping for management to act in the best interest of the customer. In fact, I've personally both messaged and called the general manager Scott in regards to their response, but that's not a good sign so far. Horrible. It has been over 7 weeks since my wife and I bought a 2018 Infinity QX80 from Stevens Creek Infinity. The salesperson, Mac, was fine (not great), however once we negotiated a bit (including them throwing in a small bottle of touch up paint) and agreed to purchase, we sat for 3 hours "waiting on the finance person." I threatened to leave after 2 hours, but promised "any minute she'll be ready." Then again 30 mins later (and same promise), then finally 3 hours... I finally went to the finance manager's office myself, saw no client - she was evidently making us wait while she we doing paperwork... wow. I asked her directly how much longer. She also told me, coldly, to wait, not answering my question. That's it, I'm done at this point. I expressed my frustration to the salesperson, admittedly my tone wasn't so quiet and nice as he begged us to stay (poor guy probably first commission he'd seen in a while). Alex, the General Manager, came over, asked me to (once again, can you believe it?) "wait just a little bit longer" - this time which I refused, telling him sorry but I'm not going to let him or anyone waste my valuable time. Surprisingly, he rose his voice and told us to "get out of my dealership!" To which I responded, walking out, "Jesus, really?! This is the way you do business?? I'm going to tell you aren't going to sell too many cars with that attitude." I turned and walked to the door to leave. At the door Alex ran over and apologized, promised to make it right and got us in with the finance manager (who still seemed too busy with her paperwork, but yielded). Alex authorized her to take a few dollars off the price of the car. At this point I was willing to get bygones and not write a negative review. So, 90 mins later (antiquated dot matrix, painstakingly manual finance process) we went to receive the car. Only one key FOB, and no owners manual - which they promised they would mail to us, along with that touch up paint we were promised. Long story short, we never received any of it (the touch up paint, the owners manual or the key fob) despite a series of unanswered emails (3 emails), two letters, and three phone calls. No exaggerating here. We even stopped by unannounced one Friday mid-afternoon a few weeks later, but the place was a ghost town - not a single person anywhere in site - except a disinterested older salesman at the Stevens Nissan used car lot next door, who didn't have any idea where anyone on the floor might be, not was he interested in paging or finding out for us. I've given up, I went ahead and got my own key FOB ($400) and touch up paint that was promised but never arrived. Safe to say, I would give negative stars if I could. AVOID, AVOID. Worst car buying experience in my 40+ years of buying (maybe 10) cars. BTW I'm sending a copy of this review to Nissan Motors North America. First time needing service. Got a flat yesterday and called the service number for "free" Infinity roadside service off 880. But luckily the freeway 511 service came to my rescue before their service providers. Changed my tire with the spare. Unfortunately the tire was not able to be patched with less than 3k on them. . The service department did not have available appointments for today, yet they worked me in to change my tire! So grateful, especially with kids to have the right tire on. Relatively fair price: $140/60. Tire/install. Plus a well needed car wash. William is my service advisor. Nice guy, with some great stories! The cashier, Clarice is a gem. Super patient with my son who had non stop requests or needs. He spilled almost his entire bag of "complimentary" popcorn (I refused to allow her to clean up his mess). But she tried. She allowed him to feast on water, a banana, and peanuts until finally he was satisfied. He was starving I guess (after school snacks). Then she changed the channel from NFL football to cartoons! So nice... It took about an hour. And my car looks fabulous!! read more

It has been over three weeks since I have leased my 2021 Q50 Inifiniti. From arriving to the dealership and no salesperson in site, to over 4 hours spent processing my new lease paperwork, to being promised my spare key and lug wrench will be mailed to me and never receiving when I drove my car off the lot, I am completely dissatisfied with my experience at Sliver Creek- Infiniti of Santa Clara. I called twice, and sent an email to the general manager asking where my spare key is and the wrench, still no answer. This is my first time leasing a luxury car and I am flabbergasted on the customer service I received. I understand that now that the dealership has my downpayment and signing off the paperwork, Silver Creek Infinity does not care about my safety. I hope for someone to contact me soon. If not, I will be making a stop this week to gather the items that were suppose to be part of my purchase when I drove my 2021 Q50 off the lot. read more

I wrote the review below. Infiniti called me right away (Dana) asked what could be done to make things better & a better review. I stated I didn't want money in return but acknowledgment & at least a free oil change or even some wind shield wipers. He agreed and apologized for the miss understanding. I changed my star rating from 1 to 3.75 I took my Q50 to Stevens Creek Infiniti on August 28,2018. I understand my insurance had to go to Infiniti & approve damages that were done so it took longer for my car to get done. I was finally able to pick up my car on September 14,2018. My insurance paid over $6,000 in damages that were only done underneath my car. I also paid out of pocket $1,000 for 4 new tires. When I saw my car I asked the service adviser what happened to my car it had visible scratches & 2 dings one each quarter panel & all 4 rims where scratched ! Service adviser said she didn't know but was happy to get it fixed & give me a loaner. It's now September 24th. I asked how does Infiniti compensate a customer when things like this happened. Service adviser said she would asked her General Manager (Dana Caldwell)! Well my answer was they fixed my car and gave me a loaner! Are you serious is that how you treat valuable customers that just gave you over $6,000 from there insurance & another $1,000 for new tires. You had my car an extra 10 days due to negligence on Infiniti's end. Not even a service manager came out to apologize; it was like here's your car sign papers and off you go!!!! I brought in my Q50 late in the afternoon without an appointment because some warning messages had come up on my screen. Jose was able to help me get my car checked out and have a leak fixed on the spot right before I left to Tahoe. The service was done fairly quick considering I did not call ahead. I dread doing anything with my car because I would always have to wait such a long time. I would recommend bringing your car here for any repairs, and I will definitely be back. I came back the next day to buy. He made sure I knew I was getting a purple QX50, not a Black QX50. Subtle but huge difference. A topic scrupulous salesmen wouldn't have taken the time to brooch. He did and I was very glad the next day to see that there is a huge difference in these colors. Subtle and indistinguishable at night but noticeable in the day. I thank you John. Been coming to this location for sometime... leased a q50 in 2015 great service blah blah blah... 1.5 years later the car starts acting funny, I needed help and this dealership was not stepping up and ended up making it seem like I was a crazy lady around cars... way to keep up that 5 star service and ensuring that your customers are safe... best way to make loyal people go to other brands... and they NEVER have loaner vehicles at this location it's just really subpar service compared to beshoff O there is a service advisor there who makes you feel like crap... looks like an avid trump supporter and shows his disdain towards people of color or women, who knows... never have I felt so puny in front of a man who looks like a pimple that needs popping... Again another 1.5 years later, went to beshoff this time the car started the same problem again.. the service advisors there broke down what the issue was and how it is unsafe and gave me a few options of what to do next.. I go to beshoff and get the truth and walk away with a brand new 2018 q50 While there may be people coming to this location due to convenience, service is below average and not worth losing peace of mind so these guys can keep a sale...seriously haven't looked back at this dealership since 2017 DGDG or not... sucks read more

I bought my Infiniti Q50 from Steven's Creek infiti and I've been a regular customer for maintenence service. My sales experience was fantastic. I collected quotes from most dealerships within 250 miles of where I lived to buy the car, and of course many dealerships kept calling me repeatedly asking me to visit instead of sending a price over email. On the other hand, Jerrord K. from Stevens Creek Infinti was smart enough to realize I had done all my research and test drives and I'm only looking for a good deal on price. His emails were to the point and we started the price negotiations immediately. I stop by and say hi to him everytime I come for a service. The maintenence service experience has been equally great where I've been working with Mike L. This morning I dropped my car for the 20k mile service, they had the loaner car ready and I was out in 20 minutes. Mike even gave me a option to choose which loaner car I want which was very nice of him. The wait here to get a service appointment is usually about 5-6 days compared to 2-3 days at the peninsula Infinti, but the wait is totally worth it. Highly recommend working with Jerrord and Mike, and the dealership to everyone. read more

Came in the 30th of Dec, got a lease offer for 2018 Q50 and 2018 Q60, written down by their employee, I told them I would come back the next day. But after I came home, I was reaching on Truecar, it shows Dublin Infiniti had $2000 more discount for the qx60. So I texted my salesman to hold on for the deal until I figured out what are my other options. They replied "What you can do is explore Dublin Infiniti and we'll still keep our offer on the table. Let us know what time you decide to come back in. Thank you!" But a few hour later , the salesman told me their manager tells me to buy from Dublin because they don't wanna sell me the car anymore. Then I replied back:" I wasn't sure about the price for QX60, but I was gonna buy the Q50 regardless ." He said: you will need to buy both cars together, otherwise no deal. During the new year holiday, I actually got better offer from other Infiniti dealerships but they didn't have the color that I like, so on Jan 2nd 2018, before the end of year incentive ends, I finally made up my mind to buy the Q50 and QX60 from them, even though they are more expensive at this dealership. Before i went there, I asked them if the cars were still available, they said yes but I am still required to buy 2 cars at the same time. When I arrived at the store, the Sale Manager Aaron De Priest showed up and refused to sell me the cars, he didn't apologize or even try to explain anything, only thing he said : I am not taking the deal, period. Classic shady car salesman. He doesn't care how customer feels and just doesn't give a shit. Wasted my time and energy dealing with car salesman entire holiday and ended up not getting anything beside Aaron's cocky attitude. Their offer means nothing even though they wrote it down unless you are ready to buy it the same day. Super pushy, I asked them just for a quote, they came back and said congratulations, I was like : what for ?! What is your offer?! I don't even know how much how can I buy it? I came here 5 years ago, also had a super bad experience with the old store, it seems the new management didn't change much after all. On a phone call with the salesman (John Sturek, Santa Clara store on Stevens Creek), I was told he could write up a deal at $10,000 below MSRP. I went in on this basis at 9:00 in the evening to purchase a car from their inventory. When we sat down, the first thing he did was profusely apologize--that after speaking with his manager, what he told me on the phone was incorrect and that he wasn't permitted to discount so deeply (despite having told me that he sold a car the previous evening on these same terms). I protested. He eventually acquiesced and said he was going to "get in trouble" for making this deal. Cute. When he came back with the price/terms sheet, it reflected the $10,000 discount from MSRP, but he also added pre-paid maintenance, gap insurance and a couple other charges that we'd never talked about and which added up to a couple thousand dollars. I asked him to eliminate them all. We eventually got through all the paperwork. When valuing my trade-in, we went through the Kelly Blue book process together on his screen. As I provided answers, he clicked the appropriate choices (has the car ever been in an accident, etc.). When we got to the "Has anyone ever smoked inside the vehicle" question, I responded in the negative. He clicked the answer and proceeded. I'm glad I was double-checking his work, as he had clicked "Yes" to the smoking question. This could have been an accident. Or, it could have been a quick and easy way to make the value of my trade in go down by a couple thousand dollars. Given how our meeting started, integrity was now in question, so this bothered me. I told him I wanted a trailer hitch. He told me this was about a $300-$400 option that they could add on for me aftermarket item. Fine. I didn't leave the dealership until after midnight. As a result, he assured me that if I brought the car back during normal business hours, he would fill up the tank and detail the car (there were still loads of stickers on the car, and it was quite dirty). We scheduled a time to bring it in to get it detailed, gassed up, and have the trailer hitch installed. The trailer hitch turned out to be over $1,000 (of course it did, right?). They detailed the car, but failed to fill up the tank (of course they did, right?). We love the car, but unfortunately the buying process did little to diminish the greasy experience the public has come to expect from car dealerships. read more

This company is dishonest and the management team will lie to get you to leave the sales floor. They advertise bonus discounts if you purchase parts and labor but if they forget to discount your invoice they will not make any adjustments to correct the error. Be sure to read your invoice before you sign and pay. The maintenance team performs sloppy work. When I checked under the hood bolts securing the air flow part were missing. They claim to perform a multi-points inspection on your car and check off boxes without actually conducting an examination of your car. I had a malfunctioning head light and they didn't look to see that it was not working. The General Manager Alex Moqadan would not give me his business card and promised to send be a check. Instead, he gave me a bogus phone number and never followed up on my complaint about not receiving the bonus discount. I should have read the Yelp reviews before bringing my car to this dishonest dealership. read more

After I did my homework for what car I wanted (make, model, year, miles per gallon, number of cylinders, mileage, color, price, etc), I was ready for my search on Stevens Creek. My first visit was at the Lexus Dealership, but the only used car they could find for me, had a strong smell  from cigarette smoke and the salesman's explanation, was that the smell was coming from chemicals. Next and final stop, was at the Infinity. We were looking at cars outside to locate what I had in my mind, but I couldn't find anything. After a few minutes Osbaldo came out and took us inside and things got easier. When I described to him, my dream car, he promised me that he will find it. After some computer search he found what I wanted and he brought it from a different dealer's parking lot and after some test drive, I knew that this used (2 years old) Lexus was for me.  Osbaldo gave me the best price he could for that model, he works for DGDG so I never felt pressured by him (he does not work for commission).  I was impressed with his friendliness, patience and professionalism. read more

Came here to get my engine oil changed and they significantly over-filled to the point that I had to ask the tech to remove some of the extra oil way above the H mark. One thing that is great about this location is the level of professionalism from the staff especially the service team. When I call I feel like I am their priority, shout out to Nora for being the person who sets the gold standard when I call in. If you have a service appointment I highly recommend asking for Mike Lyons. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, in addition he's got a great attitude and is arguably the reason why I keep having my car serviced at Infiniti. Bunch of thieves. A friend test drove a Black gti golf. BEWARE THE CLUTCH IS SLIPPING. They wouldn't negotiate in price so we had to leave because of that. Fucked up if someone's selling a car later on they have to repair the clutch for 2 grand. So if you're buying a gti. Do not buy it from them. They don't know shit. Why doesnt ANY car salesman come out to greet u????? ‍ First time experiencing this.Are all high end car dealerships the same??????
