    I recently purchased a vehicle from this location. The purchasing process was quite easy and harmless. I was referred by my Credit Union to come to this location. I met with Daniel Ha and told him about my interests and what type of vehicle I was looking to buy. Daniel was very accommodating and listened to what I wanted. Unfortunately, when I met with Daniel, the vehicle I was looking at wasn't at this location. Daniel got the vehicle to this location within the next couple of business days. A few days went by, and I took the vehicle on a test drive. Loved the vehicle. A couple of more days went by, and I took the vehicle to get professionally inspected by a third party. The vehicle passed inspection with flying colors. The purchasing process was easy and seamless. Just a side note, the vehicle did not come with an extra key and was quite dirty inside. I was told by Daniel that "those issues are automatically factored into the sale price." Now to the issues. When I took the vehicle home, it was FILTHY. Dirt in the truck bed, dust and dirt in the vents, floors, and controls. I went ahead and got a car detail on my own, I didn't feel like fighting with Enterprise about this issue. A couple of days go by, and I get an email from Baby Banger who is the "Customer Experience Manager" for this location. She was reaching out to see how I like the vehicle so far and if I could provide any feedback. I emailed Baby back and told her that Daniel and Mike were great to work worth, but I wasn't too happy with having to go out and purchase another key fob and that I already had to get my vehicle detailed. Baby immediately responded and addressed my frustrations. Baby went above and beyond and got me in connection with a Mobile Car Key company and paid for the new key, she also reimbursed me for my detail. The photos attached to this review, are photos of how I purchased the vehicle. Enterprise could've easily paid a mobile detail company (like I did) to come out and detail the vehicle. Baby really turned this pissed off customer around and made me a very happy customer. I will definitely be back for any future purchasing needs.

    On Thursday, 02/20/25 at approximately noon my daughter took me to the Enterprise Car Sales in Santa Clara to look at the new-used cars they had on their lot. We had just come from another dealership in Milpitas. The difference in service is night and day. We had a much better shopping experience at Enterprise Car Sales than we had at the car dealership in Milpitas. I appreciated the space that the Enterprise staff gave my daughter and I to browse through their cars that were for sale. Trever Rivera, the Sales Consultant, greeted us and he let us know that we could look as much as we want and if we wanted to test drive a vehicle, get a closer look inside a vehicle or just had a question, he was happy to help us and to signal him if we needed him to come over to us. Trever was very knowledgeable about each vehicle that we asked him about. He gave me helpful instructions before I test drove the car, I.e. where to adjust the seats, mirrors and he pointed out certain features on the car and how to use them. For example, the car that I was drawn to had three buttons near the gear shift marked Eco, Normal & Sport that adjusted the driving mode. I may have overlooked them and it was nice during the test drive to try each mode. Trever demonstrated how all the control buttons located on the steering wheel worked and how to add and delete data. Once I decided on a car that I would like to own, Trever took us inside to his cubicle. He introduced us to another employee named Baby who would be helping us find a finance company with the best interest rate and terms that fit my financial needs. She was very efficient when she took the forms that Trever helped me to fill out via computer by explaining each box that I either needed my signature or to my Initials before I signed. I felt he was very thorough and easy to understand. When Baby returned she provided a list of each finance company contacted and what each either offered or didn't offer. Both Baby and Trever made the finance and filling out the paperwork painless and easy for me to follow along, Once the deal was finalized, Trever took the car I just bought and had it thoroughly cleaned, gas added to the tank and had a giant green bow placed on top of my new-used car to make it a special experience. While it's not the first car that I have ever owned, it's the first time I have ever been presented with a new car with an oversize bow on top of it. It made taking ownership of the new-used car fun. Before that, Baby wanted me to ring a gold bell that the dealership has attached to a wall in the center of the building that each customer is supposed to ring when they buy a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales. It was sweet the way all the employees on both the rental side and the sales side of the Enterprise building stood up from their cubicles to clap and cheer for me to ring the bell. It reminded me of the waiters in a restaurant who stop what they are doing to walk to a table where someone is having a birthday and sing, clap and cheer to them as they present a dessert with a lit candle in it. I am glad that I waited to see what cars Enterprise had on their lot and not cave in to the pressure I was feeling from the salesman at a previous dealership. I was able to make an informed decision and I am happy with my purchase from Enterprise.

    Our son recommended this place. Austin Lopez and Matt Cline knew we were coming after work from the North Bay. They patiently processed the paperwork even after their work hours. The whole experience was thorough and efficient. Hubby deserved a newer truck; he's the most selfless human being. He gets everyone in the family a new ride, except for himself. I was determined to get him a King Ranch. He needs a reliable and safe vehicle for work, as he drives a lot. I couldn't have dealt with a more genuine and understanding group of trusted professionals who's goal is to get customers on the road with great quality cars. He thought he'd miss his Titan, but he quickly got over it with his Ford. Omar Gutierrez, Aaron Campos and Baby were pleasant and professional to deal with, constant communication. If you're looking to buy your next vehicle with a smooth process and an "A" team to deliver, come here! 'Til we meet again ~ life is a highway like the song & see you on Yelp (SYOY)! P.S. Best advice is to rent one of their cars, go on a road trip, and decide on your next vehicle.

    I was really happy with my car purchase! The Nissan Rogue Sport was my perfect find. The mileage and condition of the vehicle were decent. The price was not bad, but keep in mind: no haggling here! They are a bit understaffed, so definitely have enough time to come if you plan to purchase. It took me about 3 hours from the test drive to leave with the car. We were concerned about the cleanliness of the vehicle and our salesmen would constantly say "it is a USED vehicle" as an excuse. However, once we became interested enough... Omar reassured me that they would clean the car and even replace the filthy floormats. There was also a detailed certification and history report. It made me feel much better about the overall purchase.

    MAJOR!!!! Shout out to Aaron and Michael - for top notch service from the time my daughter and i stepped on the premises - we were treated with respect and kindness and most of all patience and understanding during what was a difficult week for us. I also appreciated not being hounded or pressured - (like other car sales lots) I found an amazing SUV - absolutely beautiful - with all the bells and whistles at an amazing price. And let me tell you I was so impressed how easy the process was. Aaron offered for me to leave my rental there and made sure that it was turned in that was. PLUS!! - The lobby has a BELL - that customers ring when purchasing a car!! That was so cute!!! My new SUV was all cleaned and a huge green bow was put on the hood for pics!!!     Advertised "No-Haggle" Price

    One of our company cars failed and required replacement. After some research I found a couple compatible commuter models at Enterprise and decided to stop by. I met with Austin initially who was kind and seemed knowledgeable. He sold me on the fact the Enterprise had a "no haggle" pricing model because they've "already made their money using the car as a rental". Makes sense and I felt like I was getting good value without having to negotiate. Long story short, when I got the car back to our place of business, I noticed that BEHIND the advertised "No Haggle" price page was another price page for the same car, same VIN, same info, but LOWER PRICE! Not cool. If I had only found that during the purchase I would have obviously said something and negotiated for the lower price. For those of you looking, make sure to ask for the "hold back" price and/or check behind the "no haggle" paperwork to see what their bottom line price actually is. Lastly, Austin claimed that Enterprise always sells their cars below KBB suggested pricing. I looked up the KBB pricing for this car and found that Enterprise was on the HIGH END of the range. Again, not cool. I feel this was shady business and needed to mention it here. If I'm missing something and Enterprise can correct me, then I will change my review. Good luck.

    These people were super friendly and very professional they even helped us after we got into a car accident the same day we purchased the car. the car is great my husband and I absolutely love it. However the reason for the three stars is because recently we have a problem with the battery we called enterprise to let them know the battery is completely dead they said the warranty does not cover the battery so now I have a car sitting in my driveway that I can't even drive until I buy a new battery. They should've put a new battery in the vehicle they put new tires new brakes new shocks but not a new battery. Update: November 22, 2019 I took the vehicle in for its annual inspection and I was informed by the mechanic there is a slow leak in the brake fluid and it's been like this for a while... so I'm thinking since I've had the vehicle three months ago... he also tells me I can go for another four months without having it fixed. Once I've informed the claims department they told me the brakes were not covered by the warranty... I think it's funny the two things that are not covered by the warranty are the two things that I have to pay to fix... However my thought is how can the car be sold in that condition in the first place. I informed the lady that commented on this post with the email that she has provided, she has yet to call me.

    Came here to purchase a car for my brother. Merick was an extremely helpful, patient sales man. He welcomed us from the moment we got here. He helped us with the whole process and recommended a great insurance. They DON'T accept cash, only card and checks, so we went home to pick up my checks. We came back at 6PM to just signed and take the car, everything else had been completed and it's been more than an hour, and we still can't get help. I asked how much longer and they said "you guys are next" but it's been more than an hour. No one has offered to check up on us or given us an average wait time. The facility is pretty clean, they offer water & they have bathrooms. This was a very easy process except for the wait time. My brother purchased his car and yes I would recommend this place as long as you have the time 3 hrs and you'll be out the door. Thank you Merick!

I've been here three times now, and each time, I've had a different service advisor. At Acura Fremont, I always worked with the same service advisor. The personalized service and attention to detail kept me coming back. At Acura Stevens Creek, my first service advisor was new. He was friendly, but he was slow and didn't seem to understand the system. It wasn't a huge deal, but I prefer to spend less time at the dealership if I can. He definitely won in personality points, though. He expressed genuine interest in my cat and even walked me to my car after my appointment. My second service advisor was more efficient. He was experienced and knowledgeable, and he made some small talk about plants and cats. He also walked me to my car after my appointment. My third service advisor was helpful and efficient, but less personable. I don't need to be best friends with the person helping me, but I appreciate friendly banter. When I picked up my car, I checked out, and he told me it would be out in a minute. I waited outside in the sun for several minutes, but my car was nowhere in sight. I walked back inside, but I didn't see him, so I let another service advisor know that it's been a while, and I don't appreciate waiting in the sun when I was told it would be a minute. He was not helpful. He looked confused and didn't offer any assistance, so I went back to standing outside. The most frustrating part of my experience was the poor follow-up on the tires I ordered. During my third visit, I was informed that it was time to replace them. I had texted the service advisor about specific tires, and he told me that they would order them and provide an update once they arrived. After a week and a half (five business days), I still hadn't received any response. I sent a text on Sunday asking for an update, but didn't expect a response until Monday since the service center was closed on Sundays. On Monday morning, I decided to call the service center, but the person I spoke to was unhelpful. I was eventually transferred to the parts center, but no one answered the phone. I sent another text after I hung up, but never received a response. Due to the lack of follow-up, I decided to buy tires from America's Tires instead. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. They even reserved a parking spot for me when I arrived, which was a nice touch after the disappointing experience at Acura Stevens Creek. While I understand that they didn't have the tires in stock, I expect updates and follow-ups while I'm waiting. Overall, I'm not sure if I'll go back to this Acura location for my future service needs. I might switch back to Acura Fremont, even though it's a longer drive, because I honestly don't think my usual service advisor Will would have let this happen to me.

He also scheduled all the test drives, negotiated the prices, and pointed us to a specific person at the dealership, a complete VIP experience. He did the same for our friends just this week, they bought a great car in a great condition, he negotiated the price down and steered them away from less desirable options. My friend was nervous (just like I was before ) because the process of buying a car is stressful. But after they got into the dealership and the car was waiting for them, they test drove and bought the car. My friend said: who would have thought that I can enjoy buying a car!
