Obviously the sales staff are paid by commission, which can create a rather cutthroat environment. However, at enterprise the staff work as a team. So the team that does the work for you split the commission. And it shows in the way the staff members supported each other. I also found out that Enterprise cares about its staff and has internal procedures to promote their careers Enterprise also has a no haggle policy, the price is the price and that's it. This made the car buying process so much simpler. It's one less factor to juggle around. All of the prices are below the bluebook value. Furthermore, enterprise does not sell cars that are more than four years old. Obviously the used cars that are available are from their rental fleet. I doubt they keep cars that are more than five years old. You can sift through the cars by here by make, model, year, and mileage. They automatically give you the Carfax report. They have enough in inventory that you have some choice. Both Pat and Kate help me decide which make, model and helped me narrow down my choices. I told them my first priority was reliability. Pat proceeded to show me a Toyota, a Nissan and oddly a Mitsubishi. I was not aware that Mitsubishi was in the most reliable car category. I was very interested in the Nissan Altima. It had a lot of bells and whistles, some neat safety features and was priced about $5000 less than the Toyota. After further research, it turns out Nissan has had a troubled history in the last decade and a half. Certainly cars from that era were less than reliable. However, seems like the company has turned itself around, and the cars are greatly improved. However, the turnaround has been recent enough that it's unclear if the new cars are reliable. they simply don't have the history to prove it. As for Mitsubishi... Before enterprise allows a car into the used car pool, it must pass inspection by their mechanics. You must obviously bring the car for an independent assessment from your trusted mechanics. My mechanics told me two of the tires needed to be replaced. I was rather angry because I had already paid for the car. Now the manager ( whose name has escaped me) send me to Pep Boys and promised enterprise would pay for the replacement tires. It was at Pep Boys that we discovered the tires were perfectly fine. I was totally confused. So I decided to buy a tire tread gauge. I measured the tire treads myself and the numbers agreed with the numbers from Pep Boys. I reread the report from the inspection by my mechanics. There was no indication that the tire treads were worn. This reinforced my belief that it was just a verbal mistake. There is nothing like having two silver Toyota Corolla's in the garage at the same time. Well, those enterprise mechanics won this round. Overall, enterprise runs a clean ship. The used cars all have a complete and documented history of maintenance. They don't sell used cars that have been in accidents. Overall, the experience at Enterprise was superb. Both Pat and Kate understood that I was still in the middle of trying to figure out the make the model and the age of the car which fit my budget. They carefully selected judicious choices for me to test drive. All in all I think I spent about 6 to 7 hours total reviewing their inventory and making my pick. Although I spent much longer than that doing extracurricular research. Compared to other used car dealers, the Enterprise buying experience blew them away. Pat and Kate listened carefully to what I wanted and brought forth the best fit . Another dealer were excellent, but they had small inventories. One dealership just seemed phenomenally rude. A third dealership seemed hell bent on selling me an SUV which was way more car than I needed. When I asked to see a four door sedan, they turned away and started to show me a Subaru Forrester. Finally, Enterprise completes all the paperwork for the DMV. The title, new plates, car registration will arrive in the mail. It can take 2 months or thereabouts but your temporaries are good for 3 months. Since I donated my car only thing I had to do was transfer the title for my old car. After all this, the tire pressure warning went off after driving 100 miles. all four tires were about 13 pounds below the recommended pressure. Now, if you under inflate a tire it gives a smoother ride. And if you choose to over inflate your tire the ride will be much rougher. So this is a dirty trick, played by the Enterprise mechanics to smooth out the ride . Enterprise mechanics, you have been caught red-handed. You lose this round.

We were helped by Trae McNeill, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. So helpful that we actually bought a car the same afternoon that we started looking! I liked Trae's easy manner and patience with our questions. When we came back to pick up the car, he was helpful and knowledgeable. The electronics in the car were all new to me but Trae's instructions got the car and me safely home! He even called to make sure we had made the trip successfully. This dealership is not the closest to where we live, but their inventory was better as was their reputation. We'd recommend them without hesitation.

I checked status on a target red XLE on their site and not long after, Jesus Contreras reached out to discuss. It turned out that car was in the process of sale. Jesus then asked what I was interested in. I explained Ruby Red Pearl 2025 RAV4 Hybrid XLE with Convenience Package. He researched and came back stating that they had what we desired currently awaiting build in Japan. The delivery time was a month and a few days away, so he suggested a deposit would lock it in for us. We could then relax and just wait. (And fend off other dealers calling to ask if we'd want t look at something not red...). We took delivery of the red RAV on 6 March. José understood we had a wee bit of a time crunch and effortlessly stepped up through our cash purchase while the RAV was being readied (having just arrived the day before from the port). The point to my recommendation was Jesus was approachable, true to his word, a no pressure guy and accommodating. When we arrived at the dealership on the 6th, we found a clean welcoming and warm environment, a nice looking dealership and - and above all, we were treated with respect and not one iota of pressure from anyone. We had bought the Prime at Capitol Toyota in 2017 and the experience was totally different (mainly due having bought it in their old facility, prior to the new and larger complex be opened. Not horrible, but it was certainly missing the warmth of Steven's Creek Toyota - everyone was relaxed - many checking if we needed anything while waiting the on purchase to be concluded. So. Ask for Jesus Contreras if you're in the market for a new Toyota. I'm sure you'll agree with me that he's the real deal.

I gotta say - this was a pretty seamless and straight-forward experience - something which is unusual and rare when buying a used car. Here's what really stood out to me from start to finish: - Greg was quick to respond to my initial text - We arranged a time to meet at his lot and when I showed up 10 minutes early, he was already there. Thanks for being early and not making me wait around on my lunch break. Appreciate you for that big time. - When it came time to deal, we had some negotiation, but it was not high pressure. He was informative and knew the vehicle and showed me how some of the storage and seats flipped up for loading. Very professional, good attitude. - We agreed on a price and sat down to sign paperwork. Wow, this is probably the fastest and easiest car buying paperwork I've ever filled out. He was very organized and presented the paperwork thoroughly and really didn't waste any time. The paperwork exercise literally took 15 minutes total, although he didn't seem rushed, just organized. What a time saver! Sometimes you don't realize how valuable your time is until someone works efficiently like this and it takes much less time than you expected. -I've had the car for a day now and there have been no surprises. I knew a bit about this model car before the purchase and it has lived up to my expectation. The car drives great and is in EXCELLENT condition for being a 100k mile car. It's just what I was looking for and I'm glad we could do a deal. It was very nice to meet you and a big thanks for making everything so smooth and easy!

But, in a market where cars are in high demand, supply is drastically low, and are selling for $10k+ over MSRP... thats as good as it gets. We were referred to Arkady through a friend. Hubby has a long history in retail sales, so the car buying experience has always been... eventful, as everyone knows. But now with 2 toddlers in tow, we weren't able to dedicate the months-long research, wheeling and dealing, and multiple dealership trips all over the Bay Area to get what we wanted. So we decided to give Arkady a try. We told Arkady what we wanted. SPECIFICALLY what we wanted. Down to the T. A brand new Platinum Highlander Hybrid in Pearly White. A special order color, in a very sought after trim level and combination. Arkady looked and found us a few, but we weren't ready yet. So we waited. And the aftermath of COVID was in full affect. The dreaded chip shortage. Dealer lots were empty, cars were being bought up like no other, and the market is now flooded with buyers willing to pay top dollar from a supply pool that would disappear with a sneeze. Unfortunately for us, we just couldn't afford to battle with ballers, so we waited, hoping Arkady could find us a deal. Luckily, Arkady was able to place us an order with the Toyota Factory for our specific car, in our specific trim. We waited a few weeks, putting our trust in Arkady, and we finally got the call. The vehicle had landed and was ready for us. Everything we wanted, as we had requested. Even in this market, he was able to get us below the MSRP, which is absolutely mind blowing. He promised, and delivered in spades. His cost of service is worth its weight in gold. The process was painless. He was prompt with his communication and was always straight forward. On delivery day, we met at his office and spent no more than 15 minutes doing paperwork.... to buy a car... that was tailor made to our specification.... at a deal we were more than happy with... We cannot emphasize at how valuable his services were to us, and our family thanks him greatly. Remember the kids? They didn't even have time to even THINK about throwing a tantrum before they were buckled up in the new car and we were on our way. Arkady runs a no-joke, no-frills, get-it-done business. He saved us a lot of time, stress, and yes, money during the car buying process, and has a customer for life. Thank you, Arkady, for all that you've done!
