I lived in NYC for 7 years. Steve's is the best York style pizza I've EVER had. PERIOD.

But especially on Tick Tock Tuesday only in Cooper City( Steve the founders Sons location - smart idea for the 5 surrounding family city's Cooper city, Davie, Pines, sunshine ranches etc...thank you for the break! we have 3kids) Tick Tock Tuesday doesn't ever happen in founders North Miami location thank G-d we had no kids then (it's $20 in NMB no toppings all year no exceptions no deals {no joke the phone is busier then power 96 cash giveaways line lol}) I know I lived there Tick Tock Tuesday starting 5:00pm ($5 at 5:00pm ) ($6 large pie at 6:00pm) So on so forth ANYWAYS The sauce has that original Steve's pizza sweetness from NMB but better - and cheese is way better I lived in keystone point for 3 years and just had some last week at a friends party wasn't as good anymore after eating the Coopers Town version lol All I can say is I KNOW Steve's cooper city is better ( and price not comparable) Yeah sometimes they make a mistake But even their mistakes are good! Last week they put my extra sauce on late and put it INTO/ on top of the cheese My mom was freaking them out one day and got mad so they made a beautiful error When pizza got home to me, I realized it was a divine miracle from G-d. This g-dly accident was with sauce in both directions on bread & then baked into the frikin cheese - JOY I swear just last week I was watching the cooking channel & saw a Special old ass New Jersey pizza Joint where they swirl the sauce out at the end on the cheese (but none on bread) and I said I wish I could taste that So!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is my go to Pizza Place in Cooper City. Their Pizza is delicious! Service is great!

We heard about them from a friend. The pizza and the choices including gluten free & vegan were great. The crust was a little under cooked otherwise I'd give it 5 stars. It's all take out with no indoor seating but there are a few seats outside so I guess you could eat there if you'd like. Good food, friendly staff and quick service. A great combination. read more

My daughter is a super picky eater and this is the pizza that her school usually provides for them. Since schools are closed for the Coronavirus she's been begging for her pizza so we tracked down where it's from and called them up. $9.99 for a large pie is a good deal!! Walking up from the parking lot I could smell it was going to be good. Excellent veggie pizza. Veggies are fresh, thin crust & good quality cheese. Salad was fresh and good vinaigrette dressing. Not much room to eat inside. It's a small place. Only can sodas and bottled water. The food speaks for itself. Nice friendly service. I want to go back and try the Italian dishes. read more

Classic pizza takeout with old school pedigree. Grew up going to the original in NMiami. This outpost started up years later, pretty sure by the original owners. Great for a slice or pie. They have some great combinations, various specials. Try the Mr. White w ricotta was light, flavorful and had that crust that makes this place worth it. I'm not one to write reviews all the time but I have to say I was very impressed with Steve's Pizza. First of all it's my son's birthday and I was looking for a deal in Cooper City for buying a large number of pizzas. I called all the pizza restaurants around including Amici's, John the Baker, Joe's pizza etc. and none of them had a good deal! When I call Steve's pizza he gave me the best deal I was so impressed because it was a significant difference in price from all the other places I called. This used to be one of my favorite pizza places order from there quite often as a matter fact I tried one more time last night but explain to them the last three times that I got my garlic rolls they were raw and not just a little bit complete dough in the middle you would think with that being said when I ordered they would have thrown the garlic rolls in free not only did they not do that but they came not fully cooked again and then my pizza was not cooked fully I think last night was the last time I will ever order from there read more

It's sad to say that there is a new owner and he's a total tool. We've been ordering from Steve's for over 5 years. Last night, we ordered a veggie pizza and what we received was a tomato and garlic pizza that looked like it had been delivered by the defensive line of a NFL team. The cheese had slid off the pizza and was stuck to the side of the box (it was kind of like a peel & eat cheese stick with cardboard flavor for less calories). We called the owner to address the issue as to 1) why our veggie pizza had no veggies and we were told that they were "out" of veggies and that's all they had. If there are NO veggies, it's not a veggie pizza, not mater how you slice it... (helpful hint..inform your guests what you don't have as they are ordering to avoid this issue). 2) we complained that the cheese was caked to the side of the box and wasn't edible and 3) if the menu has changed, why haven't they made flyers so the neighborhood would be made aware of it. We were told that if we wanted a refund that we'd have to bring the pizza to the shop because he had no intention of replacing it. Let me give you some basic business advice. I'm sure you didn't sink money into that business to fail. But your owner's attitude sucks. You are unprofessional and a total jerk. We work hard for our money just like everyone else and when we order something , we expect to get what we ordered, not what you felt like making. I want you to understand that I have posted this on my Facebook and have asked all of my friends to repost. It's the best advertising you're ever going o get, though negative, it's going out there. Ordered one lg cheese and one pepperoni pie right after they opened. Had both delicious pies within 25 minutes delivered. Sauce was a little sweet, plenty of it and a get amount of pepperoni. 7 co workers and i were really happy with out lunch. Will definitely order again. Great Job Steve. !!!! read more

Have to say, they've gone WAY downhill recently. Ordered a pizza at 7pm- an extra large with sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions and green peppers. They say delivery is going to be 35 minutes. At 7:50 we call back to inquire on the status of 35 minute delivery. They say "driver just left, it's been busy". An 'I'm sorry for the delay' would have made a world of difference, but no. Delivery guy walks up at 8:05, and hands us the box. We pay $25 (including tip and delivery charge). We had been quoted only $19 over the phone. Get it inside, only to realize that it is cold, very greasy, and they left off a topping, which we were charged for. Call back the store, and complain, and as resolution they offer coupon for next purchase or same pizza (but we have to return the messed up order). We are told it will be another 35 minutes. A few additional things with this- their extra-large pizza is a measly 16 inches. Most other places medium sized pizza. They've decreased the size from previous orders we've made. And the original order came in cold- very cold. So they send out a new pizza- and it arrives at 8:25 (credit goes to them for getting it here in under the estimated 35 minutes deadline). But we open the pizza box, only to find out that they had left off the same ingredient. Again. Call back, and spoke to the phone person- and find out that the result is that they "just ran out of said ingredient". But they charged us for it, in the first place. They attempted to make it right, but fell short. I'm disappointed. And truthfully we live less than a .25 mile away (maybe 6 blocks??). No reason it should be so cold. Feel free to eat here if you want a small, over-priced, cold, greasy, pie- with a surcharge of $3.50 per topping (advertised on their website vs. $1 on their flyer for topping), for the extra large size, that may or may not have all of the ingredients you expect. Mention the flyer, and pay the lesser price for the topping. read more

I USE to order pizza from this place all the time. It was OK pretty OK (papa johns is better). I stopped ordering from here recently because they had bugs like roaches I think. It was pretty gross so I started ordering from papa johns and dominos which taste a little bit better. Though the pizza here isn't horrible it COULD be better. I mean at first it's ok but there are pizza places better that's all I am trying to say so just keep that in mind if u are going to order from Steve's. read more

Sadly, This place has really gone downhill. What they call an extra large is considered a medium at any other family owned pizzeria. Not only that, but they bang you for $18 for it. In addition to it being small, the pizza looked absolutely terrible. We used to order fairly regularly from them, but after the last THREE times that I've been disappointed, will not be going back. I'm going to start off by saying Mike and the staff at Steve's Pizza were fantastic! I just had a problem previously at a another pizza place not far from them and when they heard about my experience there they went over and above to make sure that my family and myself had a much better experience. And I'm not saying the Food review I'm about to give has anything to do with them being pleasent. We had Mike's special (I think that's what it was called). An extra large cheese pizza 20 or 30 chicken wings and a large Caesar salad for 25 bucks.. That's a fantastic deal! The food was right on par with what I would expect, excellent! i have been wanting to try steve's for a while so i ordered a stromboli which i was not impressed with and onion rings that i thought were made fresh but just frozen and fried for 8.00 it was insanity. delivery was horrid almost an hour and a half. sorry steves i will be sticking with enzo's far superior product. steves food is ok but not as good as the competition. read more

I was really excited to see there was a Steve's pizza in my area today. Ordered online through their website and got a call an hour later saying they don't always check their email and my order hadn't been made yet. They were pretty unapologetic and blamed their delivery service for the mixup. I was told after already waiting more than an hour that it would be another 45 minutes so I just canceled it. We just got our delivery from Steve's Pizza. We order often. We need a quick meal after holiday shopping. This delivery was different! Wow! What a fresh pizza. The toppings were generous and the pie tastes extra delicious. It was the right balance of cheese to sauce ratio and well placed toppings. We were so impressed, we called Steve's to find out who made these. Matt is the man!!!! We learned he is cranking out these awesome pizza on Monday and Wednesday 5pm-10Pm. Friday 2/12/2016 Had to come back I couldn't stay away. Dude this place rules. Not much to see but it is filled to the teeth with Good Pizza from what I've eaten thus far. Last week I was blessed from the cheesy gods among us with a delightful plain cheese, it earned 5 out of 5 toppings! It was everything I wanted and more! You can't review a Pizza on plain cheese alone nah man you need to try out its speciality, find what makes it the heart of the franchise. I don't know about many menu options but when I see the name of a restaurant in a meal I know it had to earn it's rights to be placed on that menu. I called my boy up and placed an order for Steve's Special. As soon as I opened up the box I was treated with the aroma of Italian Sausage. The Pepperoni, Fresh Mushroom tickled my senses. The Red Onion, Green Pepper was the wind beneath my wings! I was greeted by refreshing squishy mushrooms welcoming me into the pizza party, from there I got cheered with the pepperonis cheerleaders twirling thin shredded layers of Onion enticing my tastebuds in a excellent dance routine, the green peppers shot fireworks combined with meaty texture and spice so fine it makes you wanna call the firemen! I'm not one who usually partakes in vegetables but my gosh these guys got me loving the valley! I give Steve's Special 5 out of 5 toppings. Defitently worth the name!
