I would recommend ordering around lunchtime, as my experience ordering at 7 PM seemed to coincide with a busy hour. Unfortunately, my pizza and wings didn't feel fresh when they arrived. While the sauce was delicious and the cheese and pepperoni were flavorful, the pizza itself was quite dry. After a short 10-minute drive home, I had to reheat it, which was disappointing. The wings had a great flavor, and I loved how crispy they were, but they were tougher than I expected. The ranch sauce, however, was the standout, it was by far the best part of the meal.One thing I found frustrating was that for such a large pizza, the slices weren't properly cut. Took the 40 minute drive down to Steve's Pizza because I heard it was the best in South Florida. It does get pretty crowded and there is a wait so be prepared to wait for your order. Pros- food is cooked to order so your food is always fresh. There wasn't much of a vegetarian option so we got a spinach pizza and cheese and it was OK, I wouldn't call it the best in South Florida. The Alfredo was very bland and we had to add our own seasonings that were on the table. The garlic rolls were OK as well. The girls at the register, one was pretty rude and snappy and the other was OK, they can definitely work on their customer service. I give this place a 6 out of 10. I was planning to Tip these folks 100 usd for working on thanksgiving for my 39.00 pizza pickup . However , the arrogance to underpay me my change and then cop an attitude and treat the customer poorly for asking for the correct change was a Big insult . We ordered 12 pizzas for a birthday party and each pizza was made perfectly! We called the day before the party to give the team a heads-up. Then we called the day-of (around noon) to give the team enough time to prepare. The party was around 6pm so we scheduled pick-up around 5:30pm. Steve's is the place to be for late night pizza! Especially after a couple drinks, it hits the spot. The last time I came by, it was late afternoon on a Sunday. It wasn't too busy which was nice. There was a line but it went by quickly. We decided to just get a large pizza with half cheese and half pepperoni. We sat at one of the booths inside and just people watched as we were waiting for our pizza. The vibe here is super chill and the staff are really cool and fun. There is alot of hype surrounding this place and to be honest I like how they've kept the look like a true pizza parlor straight from the 80's complete with graffiti everywhere and the good ol wholesome smell of good pizza. Place gets crowded quick so we were glad we got in a little early and beat a crowd so we were able to grab some seats. We kept it simple and ordered. heese slices but I had to throw in a veggie slice (I just love a veggie pizza) but I shouldve asked what veggies they actually topped it with. The cheese slices are ni e and crispy but could've used a little more spice for a kick. I didn't ask so that was my fault. Now the veggie pizza was just overloaded way to much and I could've done with out some of the toppings like the broccoli. It wasn't cooked all the way so it was more on the crunchy side. My preference would've been for softer but next time I know to just tell them specifically what veggies I like. The rest of the veggies I did like but it's like the pizza got lost with the over abundant toppings. Still though I would come back cause the. heese pizza was good and the slices are huge.
