Quite a nuisance and unpredictable appliance, indeed. Dennis and his late mother had uses Dick's TV and Appliance. He said it has been there like 30 plus years and had done a good job. So before our trip, Dennis and I killed ourselves and carried the monstrosity down the stairs and shipped it off to Dick's. 2 days later, they call to say it is ready. Come get it. $120 buckaroos. OK UPDATE: 2 days later and 1 day to vacation departure and the f-in TV has the same problem, this time it does not turn on at all. WTF? Last week now that we are back and settled we garner up the energy to lug the monstrosity back to Dick's. They fix it again (loose connection, they say) and it works. NE Antenna come out and assisted and help guide me through the process of scanning my TV's, programming, and making sure that we were up and running without the dreaded cable. Now that I have cut the cord with Comcast, we could not be happier with our 60+ free channels, as well as our internet TV options. Paid $106 for 1 hours work. Good deal.

He took the time and walked me through everything I needed to know, went over different options and answered all of my questions. He even turned me onto a website that helps figure out where you can best transmit from any location. I can't wait to go back and upgrade my radio as they have a great selection. The second order was ready 5 hours later and had to be picked up by the end of the day. The first order was ready the next morning and I had til Friday to pick it up. Why the first one was ready second, I do not understand. I ordered 2 guaranteed pickup since I needed the help with the groceries, but when I arrived, the drive up "is unavailable." The selection of beer and wine sucks and is randomly scattered through the grocery section. The only thing this Target has going for it is self-checkout. They called me and said that the charging port need to be replaced. They said if I waited till March 16th it would be covered for free but if I need it right away it would cost $200. I said I could wait On March 17th I called them to have them fix it and they said it would cost $200. I told them that they had told me that it would be free after March 16 and they said I misunderstood them. I asked how much it would be without the insurance and he said $400 which is ridiculous. He said that's deal or I can pick up the computer,which i did. I brought the laptop to another electronics repair shop and they told me it would be $150 to fix and it will be ready tomorrow. That's without any insurance. When I called the corporate office they looked everthing up and agreed with me that the repair should have been done free of charge. The corporate office refunded this month's $39 charge and canceled my assurance plan. But I'm still paying $150 for a repair that should have been free.
