I don't know who Steve is but I love his style. This place is incredible inside and out and has delicious food - dare I say the best food in all of Richfield?! Someone local will have to correct me if I'm wrong. Steve if you're reading this, keep it up! I think the only thing that would have made my experience better is dry aged meat. Everything was prepared to perfection and extremely satisfying. Pair the tasty food with the well decorated interior (love the huge horse picture hanging above the fireplace) and you have a fan for life. It appeared others agreed because I only saw happy customers with smiling faces. I checked out their bakery and grabbed a chocolate peanut butter bar on the way out. Whenever I'm back in town I'll be back!

Chicken fried steak!!! Huge portion and cooked perfectly! We stop into this restaurant every time we are in town. Never disappoints!

Always perfect! I suggest the steak ends and fresh cut fries! Waitresses are always talkative and attentive too!

Fattiest filet I have ever seen.

It is important to say before I start that we learned after returning to the hotel that Steve had passed a couple months ago, and so the family is making a lot of changes with the restaurant right now. That said, I came with a co-worker while traveling to Steve's for two things - steak and key lime pie. And unfortunately it was Valentine's Day, so we waited patiently for a table for about an hour. We knew that would happen, and that service would be slower and things would be sold out. Our waitress was up front about what was sold out, none of which we planned to order. I ordered the filet 6 oz, medium to medium well, with a side salad and baked potato. The salad came out first just drenched in dressing. * Be sure to order dressing on the side. For the filet, what came out was crispy on the outside and rare on the inside. I sent it back, and ten minutes later, a very done chunk returned. When I cut it open, it was almost entirely fat. (Photo included) By this point, it was near closing and I was a sad traveler. They ended up charging me for the salad and potato (the side dishes) and comped the filet AFTER the waitress collected the steak for inspection in the kitchen. At that point, I was not about to wait another 20 min for a new one. When they asked about dessert, there was no key lime pie. So safe to say I left hungry, sad, and won't be returning. When we let the hotel front desk know, she told us about Steve's passing and I am truly sorry for the loss because she said he was a great man and ran a great restaurant. I hope they can revive his legacy.

Apple pecan grilled chicken salad with candied pecans and blue cheese. Delicious

Mom had the Southwest Grilled Chicken salad, and I had the Apple Pecan salad, with grilled chicken. Randi, our waitress was perfect! Gave us time, checked back, sbd made sure we didn't want dessert. Only TWELVE to choose from!! They have a coffee and bakery onsite; we didn't imbibe. Clean and tidy. If you're in Richfield, Utah and you want a good, reasonably priced steak, Steve's is the place. Seemed like a good option in a town with no options. It wasn't. The menu was grossly overpriced for a meal that was so sad and uninspired and the portions so meager. To make things just a little grosser, my daughter's "ground steak" not only came with brown gravy, it came with a paper soggy separator underneath that had been overlooked in the cooking process. Travelers, keep going.

A bunch of people recommended Steve's steakhouse so I was very excited to eat here. When we entered, I was surprised at the atmosphere. The restaurant feels like what it would be like to eat inside a shipping container that was ginormous. For a high-end restaurant that was an odd choice. It was frustrating to look at the menu and most items don't have a price. I got the chicken fried steak, which was good. Maybe next time I need to try an actual steak and roll the dice on how much it actually cost.

Steve's steakhouse was one of the best places I have had a Long Island iced tea. I ordered fried chicken barbecue chicken with onions and a side salad. The sandwich was delicious and the chicken was good. My teammates got the steak . Which looked good. The bartender was very courteous and attentive. Steve's steakhouse had this homely vibe where you can bring a date, friend, co workers and family. Very very nice and organized restaurant. Clean and friendly as well. The men's bathroom was clean as well. I also bought honey from the neighboring store you can enter through Steve's steakhouse.

Perfect amount of room and space for the RV. Food was great too. There was also plenty off area to walk the dog. Gas station very close.

Menu was promising but the food was ordinary. The big barn was less than comfortable.

Bar 86 is a nice watering hole in an alcohol free desert known as central Utah. Primarily looking…read morefor a place to eat we stopped by on our trip from the Red Rock country of Southern I Utah to Salt Lake City. The bar is a bit off the I-70 freeway, but not too far. It is spacious inside with large tables and a friendly, welcoming staff. I had a margarita with my lunch; only one though because I was driving. It wasn't strong but was tasty enough. The beers are mostly domestic with only one micro brew selection but there were plenty of national brand choices. The food was home made and not bad for bar food. I had a Pittsburgh cheese steak sandwich that I thought was good. I ordered it with a side salad instead of fries as I had also ordered the loaded Pastrami fries which came with cheese, pickles and mustard on top. It was a bit too rich and heavy for my taste and the flavors didn't really work well together. Maybe without the mustard I would have liked it more. Not a bad place for a rest stop or a reasonable local hang out as well with some decent food.

The cheesesteak was alright. It was nothing to complain about or write home about. The jojo fries were kinda undercooked but good and seemed homemade almost. Attentive service, not overbearing. A lot of locals since Richfield isn't exactly a destination but you'll get the same treatment and be just as welcome.

The steak came out well seasoned and cooked exactly the way I ordered it, the baked potato was great, and the fresh vegetables (yellow squash, young green beans, and carrots) were excellent. Cooked exactly right and not cooked to mush. My wife had the Bistro Filets with garlic shrimp. The bacon-wrapped filets were quite large and cooked medium rare exactly as ordered. The two shrimp were just okay. Our server was Amanda, and she was awesome! She just did a really good job to take good care of us. Attentive, funny, and efficient. Now the Inn review: Our King room with jetted tub was a really good room. Spacious, with a great view to the east from a small balcony. The sunrise from that balcony is awesome. We could have done without the always -on nightlight in the bathroom, which is way too bright. The air conditioner was efficient, though a little noisy. The giant jetted tub was a real treat, though. Unfortunately, it was a little bigger than their hot water supply was designed for. Still very comfortable and nice though.

My room was meticulously clean, and keeping in the western theme, well appointed. I wanted for nothing. Except for a peaceful night's rest. That I got. My room was quiet and the bed comfortable. Though the building was full, every room occupied, I didn't hear a sound from my neighbors. Either there's excellent insulation, or the adjacent rooms housed church mice. Not a squeak was heard. A hearty breakfast awaits after you're finished with your dreams. Take advantage of it. It'll provide the energy you'll need for the days adventures. Broken Spur will be a pleasant memory. Allow yourself this opportunity make it so. Quick Tip: I've never had a bad meal in their restaurant. Even the locals stop in. It may be a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
